Max Brosmer is the Vikings QB!
Who is this undrafted rookie quarterback that was playing in the FCS just two seasons ago, but is now in line to start for the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday? This is Max Bromer, and he now has an opportunity that he wouldn’t have even dreamed of just a few seasons ago. Max played at the University of New Hampshire for five seasons, leading the FCS in both passing yards and touchdowns his senior year before transferring to Minnesota. While playing for the Gophers, several members of the Vikings front office got a look at Brosmer, including Kevin O’Connell. So, right after he went undrafted in the spring, Minnesota was quick to make him a Viking. Max has a great feel and understanding for the game, processing reads at a very quick rate, something Kevin Oonnell has stated he doesn’t see often out of young quarterbacks. Max Bromer impressed enough throughout training camp and the preeason to earn himself a roster spot. And we’ll see if any of that can carry over to the field on Sunday against one of the league’s best defenses.

I did the math. Considering that JJ is ranked 351 out of 352 quarterbacks in the last twenty years in the NFL, there is a 99.7% chance that Brosmer will play better than him.

Yo Brosmer will be great. His mechanics look really solid. His ball release and posture are definitely on point. He will take this job from McCarthy, write THAT DOWN!
