[Page] The offense has been designed terribly all season. Hurts has had a below average season, but has been pretty awful the past couple of weeks. I trust Hurts because I’ve seen him compete & win at the highest level. I do not trust Patullo because his offense has been terribly designed all season

Hey ho, Kevin Potato must go!
Should I know who Jonny Page is?
At this point, I’m sorry KP but you gots to go just to put the pitchforks away. Nick needs to at least say that someone else is calling plays or Something!!
You should really listen to Foles pod cast about the state of things he makes some really great points and something along those lines sounds like could save season or let us know for sure about him like a rookie qb.
Hurts is having a bad season in part because our O line is so beat up and we aren’t using him as a rusher. His rushing threat opened up gaps for saquon and opened up the passing game. The O line you can’t do anything about, but the play calling you can and the play calling is bad.
Yep
Let’s hope bullying works!
Hurts hasn’t even had a below average season. 2900 yards, 26:5 TD to TO, 103.9 passer rating, and taking much fewer sacks than last year (which was his career high).
He’s still top 5 in CPOE and has somehow clawed his way to an average EPA per play despite the absolutely horrendous offensive scheme that asks him to do just about everything perfectly to succeed.
This sub and Philadelphia Eagles fans at large are melting down over a 200 yard, 2 TD, 2 TO game where he missed a slant like its career over for the man. Have you all watched Justin Herbert this year? Hell have you watched Patrick Mahomes? Whose team is 6-6, while he can’t hit a deep shot to save his life? Maybe Josh Allen? I could keep going. Jalen has had a great season for what this offense has allowed. If anything I am more sure now than ever that if Sirianni has an epiphany and decides to play normal football or we kick him to the curb for someone that does, Jalen can be that guy. What have we ever seen him do but not adapt, learn, and grow. He’s always said he will do whatever it takes to win, but now suddenly y’all are convinced he just hates passing over the middle and can’t throw into tight windows, even though we’ve seen him do it plenty of times. Imagine him with a coach like Ben Johnson or Kyle Shanahan, or hell one with half their ability. We need a real offensive mind to lead this team, not a glorified cheerleader.
Agreed with both. It’s certainly not all patullo, but the offense is stagnant and you’re not benching hurts or firing sirianni. If your true goal is to win this year firing patullo is the only option, they will not win the superbowl with him calling plays
It’s Sirianni’s simplistic offense! He’s the culprit. And Jalen is a loyal dude but, he hates it. Necessity says take off the strait jacket, free up Jalen to do his thing unencumbered! Create a pass first offense to help the O line!
He certainly has not had a below average season what are you people smoking
Hurts (and the offense) is being set up for failure, I dont blame him at all
Does anybody remember the perfect passer rating game? He’s had a bad couple of weeks, but so has the entire team. Hurts is unquestionably QB1, a Super Bowl MVP, and I’m riding with him.
