Mini-movie: Packers feast in Mo-town

Is there ever a doubt? Good afternoon. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us to all of you as the Packers take on the Detroit Lions in the most traditional of Thanksgiving NFL football game. Who going to eat? Who going to be that dog at the end of the game? Eat on me. 1 2 3. Every game is going to have ups and downs. You got to stay with it. You got to stay resilient. Floating for the corner. Wigs. Yes, he’s in. Touchdown Packers. [Music] There’s no game that’s ever going to be perfect. You got to keep that belief. I think the confidence is critical in every game. If you’re able to battle through adversity and you come out the other side of it, you’re usually better for it. The Lions with a late touchdown cut the gap to three. Green Bay’s been up 10 a couple times. Lions have answered each time. Opening drives of the second half always seemed to be important, but this one more than any other. Third and two. Gibbs again, man. Adam, this time he gets swallowed up. Nowhere to run. He’s going for it on fourth down. Here’s the snap. The hand off to Gibbs. He’s hit. He didn’t come close and they turn Jamir Gibs away. We’ve talked all season we got to go out there and play complimentary ball and take advantage of the big time stop the defense did and to hit a big explosive play for a touchdown was everything that we’ve been hoping for. Rainbow deep down the right side and he’s got touchdown Christian Watson blows the top off the Lions defense. Don’t look now guys but there have been touchdowns scored on six out of the last seven drives. On the fake love throwing it whips makes it catch lunging. He’s in. It’s been the dog fight that everyone was anticipating. Championship football games, division games. Just had to step up my level of play and just be the person they brought me in to do. Lions go no huddle on first and 10. G is hit and sack from the blind side. Pressure in trouble. Hit it and drop. It’s Michael Parsons again. 254 to go in the game. The Packers leading by a tenuous seven points. Got to get a drive going here, fellas. We got a chance to go out there and ice the game. That’s what it comes down to is just those got to have it plays. And we made plays tonight, everybody. Game on the line. Four and three. Love looking off his back foot. Throws the second [Music] leaping catch. First down Green Bay. There is your dagger. A turkey day. Dagger right through the lions. I’m going to go home. Eat me some turkey. Give me some stuffing. Give me some cranberry sauce. That’s what I’m talking about, man. Do on Thanksgiving. Let’s go. Yeah. All right. Have a good night. Happy Thanksgiving. [Music]

  1. Need Stackhouse and Brinson to step up BIG TIME in Wyatt’s absence. Need to
Find ways to get Golden more involved once healthy, kinda like how Detroit schemed up Williams (vertical drag routes, speed advantage). Belton will get better with more opportunities at RG, i like the switch over Morgan
