Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles says thanks to film study, his defense knew what was coming.

“The formation told us the ball was going outside. They did a heck of a job with the film study," Bowles said of the stop.

Later in the quarter, with the game on the line, the Cardinals were once again stopped on fourth down as a Jacoby Brissett pass fell incomplete to Michael Wilson.

"The guys did a hell of a job coming through there. We kind of knew what the route was; they did a hell of a job jumping the route knowing it was going to come up short," Bowles added.

  1. Bowles: “we knew exactly what they were gonna do, they’re so predictable.”

Gannon: (with his arms crossed) “we don’t need to change anything, we’re gonna continue doing the same things, we just need to do them better.”

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  2. I’m well above a .08 BAC by 1:00 every Sunday but even I could’ve told you when we go under center in split back formation (no other team has ran that shit since 2007 btw) we’re running the ball outside the tackles, I’ve seen it multiple times this year. Drew Petzing is going to hell.

  3. Fun fact: Whenever Marvin Harrison Jr. leaves the field (before his injury), the Cardinals literally always run the ball. It’s so obvious, I am not kidding it was literally 100% of the plays where that occurred. Then Marvin Harrison Jr. runs back onto the field for the next down and you know its 100% going to be a pass. Just braindead scheming, and this was happening in the Dallas game too and earlier in the season.

  4. If Todd Bowles who is an average NFL coach as they come has you figured out, you have issues.
