NHL Highlights | Senators vs. Stars – November 30, 2025

He looks good just like Jake did. The Stars look good the other night and we are underway as the puck just dropped from American Airlines Center. 49 seconds in he scored. Nick Jensen added one about 8 minutes later. That’s familiar two nothing lead for a Stars opponent that vanished in the comeback win. Save made by Dis Smith. Kept alive by Eller. He circles the zone. Ottawa on the attack. The hand off Jensen. Jensen flying down low, centering feet off the outside of the cage and then to Smith pounces on it. Good awareness by Tyler Sean. He knew he had a defenseman in dropped back. Sean down the left wing. Nice move on Zoo. Spun it. Shot. Same. Beck was denied by Omar. Play terrific 200T hockey is what they call it. You know, they play defensively all the way back to your zone. Offensively, create little dangle down deep. Spinama feed. I don’t know that he knew that Oscar Beck was coming down the throat of the slot and a spiffy stop by Alar to flex away to the far boards. Maverick Bork jumps on it there. Feeds it for Beck. Best scoring chance in the game set up by Sean. Sends a bouncer. Kappo Bienko keeps. Drags along the blue line. Sean and now Robertson. Half a minute remains on power play number one. No score in the first. Granton in a shot. Save made Omar. Rebound kept alive. Pon back for Spence. Steers jumped over Zetterland. Rojaru to the left and a shot. Save to Smith. Rebound. Couldn’t get back clean to the net. Minder looking for a Mattio. Five on five hockey as Pinto. Drags it up the board. It’s fed for Sanderson. He’s got Zoo near circle. Save made. Rebound to Smith. Rope hints off for Sean. The shot goes wide, settles behind Omar’s net. That’s centered and hints turned away by Omar. Unable to get it cleanly past Cleven. So Ottawa’s turn to rush. Stutzla gets knocked down by Lindell as Lindell. Tim Stutzla shouldertosh shoulder makes his way back to the bench as the stars Maverick Boursh shot save. It’s clogged up by Pinto fought for in Dallas territory. Grabbed by Amatio. He’ll walk towards the net. Shot save. Heavy game between the Stars and the Senators. Second and final meeting this year in his Stutsa. Makes a move to the forehand. Save made to Smith. With the team switching directions and the Senators will chase down this puck behind their own net. He will go across where Bishell looking for Hints. His job to stay with it. Roe hints with the shot and Omar makes the save. What a great full flight along the end wall. Fought for him. The Stars meanwhile second best record in the league behind only Colorado 11 games over 500. There’s a shot. Score. Deflected in. Maverick Bourke was at the side of the crease. Stars just got their change in. That’s Jason Robertson who dumps it in or chips it in and goes to the bench. Allows this line to get out here. Boy, they’ve done good work at this digging a puck free down deep. Good support from Oscar Beck. They get the Senators swimming in their own zone because of that rim. And it’s a very fortunate redirect. Partial for check. Stars break it out to neutral. Ben throws a check there. Back in. Stutzla keeps it on his stick. Tim Stutzler. The pass for Zoo. Shot redirected wide. Senators trying to keep the pressure on here. They will. Peron Sanderson shot. Score. It was just wave of wave of wave of pressure from the Ottawa Senators. And then Sanderson, the defenseman, gets the equalizer approaching the midway point in Italy. And yeah, the the Stars were playing little roller hockey defensive zone coverage in their own end. a lot of just sort of coasting around. They could never get it fully stopped. They couldn’t get that pair on defense off the ice in a change. And in second periods, it’s the short change offensively. Boy, that was a tricky shot by Sanderson. I don’t know. Ottawa all the way back to their defensive hash marks and then Stutsla just mishandled it to Robertson. He’s in. He scores. Jason Robertson. It’s almost like it’s guaranteed in offensive ice, but a cadaavverous turnover. Robertson just looks people off. He’s got such great puck tampering skills. Hangs on. He’s got an option over to his left in Maverick Court and whistles this past the glove of Allark. Off the boards, Lindell back across it just too far for Steel. He gets it back for Lindell. Low shot creates a rebound momentarily before Omar covers. Checked off and it’s Robertson instead. The differencemaking goal fed it across. Brandon in the save made by Omar. And back for Johnston. He scores. [Applause] Wyatt Johnston just enough to power that one through the glove of Omar. Sans could never get themselves reset. Good stop on the original again. A a stop. Trap it and dust it off. Man, Miko Rantin is a sorcerer on the back hand. protects against Eller down low. Slides the same side. Wyatt Johnston understands that pad is 11 in wide. I need to get it a foot off the ice. He does off the bottom of the glove on all mark and her hasten in Lindell who finished up the majority of that second period. They are out there to begin this third over for Rantin. Nico Rantin 17 points on the power play this year. Leaves for hints. Back for Rantin in the front of the net. Scored. Wyatt Johnston. He scored even strength earlier, but right back on the power play. Husky lead for them. Now they take the blue line. You can see that Roe Hint wanted that puck after Ranton and got in. They just attack immediately. They’re like Frell on the power play. Those swift hands of Wyatt Johnson gets it from his backhand forehand and stuffs it through all. Flip it along for Lindell. Tipped and just wide. Ben gets to it. Threeame point streak for Bend on the net front. He scores and immediately turns it into a fourgame point streak. It’s another primary for the Moose. Ben just flips it over, then goes to the net. He threads the needle to the back post. It’s a crop duster. Fifth goal for the Stars in the contest tonight. Bing bong indeed. And to Kappo Bienko in front. Loose puck. Kappo Bienko got there. Then it back to Ben. Petravic drive and a save made by [Music] for Ben centers fought off. A big save by coming in as the second unit on this with the healthy advantage late in regulation. Hasten in to Robertson. Goes for hints back for Robertson. Hasten in Johnston. He scores. Patrick, here they come. [Applause] He’s got that six stash going. He is a content creator on the Stars power play. They’ve worked the triangle. What a pass by Hints. uses the triangle between the stick blade and the body on Jake Sanderson. They can’t collapse quick enough. The kid just rolls the wrist. He’s so quick and understanding that if you do not elevate a lot of times you will not. They salute him. They looked good. They played good. This was a fantastic weekend and a homecoming in Dallas. 6-1. They beat the Senators. [Music]

Wyatt Johnston scored a hat trick, while Jason Robertson and Mikko Rantanen each had three points to help the Dallas Stars beat the Ottawa Senators 6-1.

  1. Stars really have some good announcers.
Alts are sweet. Get rid of the stale green for sure.
Mikko really has next level awareness on the ice. And he has a finisher to pass to.
    Stars look tough.

  2. Is it just me, or does it seem like the Stars' passing has been elevated this year? These guys aren't passing to an area. They are putting the puck on the tape over and over again; sometimes from crazy angles. It's a sight to behold.

  3. Stars are a wagon. As an Oilers fan I honestly have no clue how we beat them in the Conference finals 2 years in a row looking at how these teams are playing now.

Hope we don’t meet again lol
