Jaguars Take Care of Business in Week 13 Beatdown | Jacksonville Jaguars

Welcome to Rapid Recap presented by Dreamfinders Homes. Kanani Stevens, Bucky Brooks. We’re in Nashville and the Jaguars are walking away winners after a dominant win over the Titans today. Yeah, we beat them down. That’s what we like to see. You like to see these division games, a rivalry game, the team take care of business. And that’s the thing when you go to the next level, when you go from a good team to a great team, you have to be able to take care of business against teams that you’re supposed to beat. Today was a very sound and solid performance on both sides of the ball. Talk about the defense being able to generate turnovers, the physicality, the toughness, and then Trevor Lawrence off the offense being efficient and effective. Just love what you saw. Um, I know things can get emotional between these two teams, but to see them still be able to focus and get a win without making it close like we’ve seen the last couple of weeks. Is that showing the maturity of this team as it moves along? And I think so. And I think that’s the thing. Uh, when you think about the Raiders game and then the Cardinals game, two games that went to overtime against teams that we were supposed to be, this was different. this um is the growth that you saw from those games. Let’s jump on the teams. Don’t give them any life. And then when you have an opportunity to finish it off, finish it off. I think this is one where Liam Coin and the coaching staff, they’ll look at the tape and they’ll be very, very pleased with how the team performed. And leading into next week, going to face off against the Colts at home. It’s got to be the biggest game of the season. I mean, it’s the next game. Don’t So, it’s always the next game is the biggest game. The next game is the biggest game, but no, it’s a big game. Division big implications. If you’re able to take care of business against the Colts, now you’re sitting pretty with nine wins. You maybe can think about the playoffs, but more importantly, getting a division banner. Very good. First place in the AFC South. We’ll see you next week back in Jacksonville against the Colts.

The Jaguars went to Nashville and executed on both sides of the ball en route to a resounding win in Week 13. The defense did their job and forced multiple turnovers while the offense looked poised for the entire game. The team will look to stay hot in a pivotal clash with the Colts in Week 14.
