Justin Fields is a football terrorist
Okay time to mail it in for the rest of the season. Nothing but trick plays and checkdowns to a no-name rb we pull up from practice squad.
We might not be able to get a QB, but at least we might have a WR2!
And didnt drop the ball before the end zone
AD Mitchell, Garrett, Metchie and the guy we draft this year is gonna be amazing. Unfortunately, we wont be able to know how great they will be until 2027 probably since we lost out on a QB.
Metchie had a bad day, but he had two good games before that. I honestly think at this point I’d be good with just adding a FA legit WR2 to Wilson, Mitchell, and Metchie for next year. Like add Alec Pierce or Rashid Shaheed to that group and it’s actually decent.
Been trying to tell y’all, AD is a good receiver.
Been saying this, but AD can be the WR1b.
Hilarious. Mitchell and Metchie are solid, Lazard is good for one improbable catch here and there. I like our TE’s, we just need Wilson back.
WR2 checklist:
* 2nd round talent in year 2 of his rookie contract
* 6’2, 200 lbs, and runs a 4.34 40 yard dash
* Excellent route runner
* Ability to stop and accelerate at an elite level
* Always open
* Is catching everything thrown his way after Fields was benched
Sounds like Mougey hit the jackpot again.
I actually like this group, get another legit #2 & the WR group would be deadly

i want to see more of Mason Taylor. I understand he’s a rookie but would love more plays for him specifically. Taylor completely botched a cross pass for him near the end zone.
Kid is talented.
Just keep working with him.

Colts fan here in peace. Just glad to see AD get a good game under his belt with you guys. Genuinely hope he does well. Got the talent
3 first round picks in 27’. One of them needs to be Jeremiah smith to complete the wr room.
He has the tools to be wr2 across from Garrett. Truly passes the eye test and his ceiling is extremely high
He looked pretty decent. I also like the movement skills and speed of Metchie although he had to make that easy catch in the Redzone.
Oh crap…Jets have decent receivers WONDER if QB Fields was aware of that.
