Chicago Bears – Culture Shift 2025 Movie 720p

When I started this journey 20 months ago, I knew there would be days uh like this that would be challenging. But one good thing about challenging times, it allows people around you. It allows each one of us to become strong and stronger, to become committed, to become dedicated, to become vibrant, to really understand what it means when we talk about having character and integrity. My goal still remains is to make sure we build an organization that can have continued success both on and off the field. Now is that time. The decision was made uh to terminate the employment of head coach Battlers. Good morning. Let’s go. Here we go. Hey. 1 2 3 1 2 3. Let’s go. Let’s go. There is always something special about a Bears game. Yeah. Woo. Let’s go. Let’s go out here. Let’s see. One the whole day. We play ball for 15 minutes of communicating. Here we go. 1 2 3 1 2 3. I think to me I I talked about alignment last year when I came back to Detroit. touchdown. And that was really important to me was to see that the structure set up was was conducive to winning. Listen, it it’s clear that modern football in the NFL is quarterback driven. That that is no secret. You look at you can look at analytics right now. Quarterback success is a higher predictor of winning and losing than turnover ratio, which has been for 20 plus years. Okay, that’s changed. Let’s go. Let’s go. There is always something special about a bears game. There there’s no doubt Caleb played a a large component into my decision. Um he is a phenomenal talent that had as many quarterbacks do an up and down rookie year. Um, where I see my role is as a supporter of him. Uh, this offense will be calibrated with him in mind. You know, competition, I think, exists at all levels of our roster. That’s going to bring out the best in all of our guys. Not only master our fundamentals over the over the next couple weeks, but also execute the playbook and really bring it to life. Uh what we’re looking for it’s it’s dependability, it’s consistency, it’s uh production on a day in and dayout basis, unsettled the defense, created the one-on-one match up. 32 fire, man. There’s a lot of talent on the roster. Looking forward to see what leaders come out of the locker room and and really lead the charge here for us going into the fall. The focus for us is going to be on continuous improvement. All right? Really for the next six weeks. That’s all we care about. Is getting a little bit better every single day, day by day, brick by brick. And that starts today. They just got it away on third long. Watch out. Picked off. There’s right down the sideline. Block and now a touchdown. Gets going to crack down inside. You get a ground attempt. Many sensational run pull around on Cam Taylor Grin from the start. Mungai unleashed it. They’re down at six. Williams looking for the end zone. He is in. They fake the pitch. Throw it wide open. Williams on short and long the field and nobody I mean nobody accounts for him. It is complete inside. Williams looking for some blocks. Incredible play by Stevenson. Williams doesn’t see him coming from anymore. Devonte Williams gets a great lead block down there. See if he was in bounds here. Got the ball and Dino’s watching it with us. He literally took it away. Let’s see if he steal and the ball comes out. Chicago says they have it. Bear with a smiler yet. The ble flicker the toss to swift way up there. There’s a cover. That’s a lolli. Get everyone. Thank you. See the safety react. And then you run that what we call a high seven route. The seven route to the corner. Fourman rush. Pres. What an effort. A great throw by Prescott to Pickkins. Got looking around. Pick just drops it and it’s picked off the hands of Edmonds. Those hands of the linebacker right there Williams looking at throws. Touchdown. Soon as he throws it, he’s like, “Oh yeah, we’re good. We’re good.” Touchdown. Blitz coming. Digs one-on-one with Roma Doom and he just slips. Picked up as a man wide open. He’s got it. Gets imbalanced. And fourth and goal. Cowboys have to have it. Prescott got a little pressure and it’s kind of a hope of prayer at this looking intercepted again. Look at what the rookie Mungai has done. What has been a career day already over the 100 Williams underneath of the check. They get Manungai in open space. Manung I I really like what I’m seeing out of this drive. This has been an excellent first started dreaming of the sport. My nung guy showing the stalin and pass. Mungai cuts back. Mungai way the Bears have played today. Under a minute to go. Milton loads out of Milton’s hands and he’s got Turpin who’s not the biggest target into a tight window. Mongai number 35 pitch play Mongai who’s been territorial back to the grand game trying an out receiver Mongai manungai he’s got a con boy this going to be a first down run for the Bears and the 10 from inside the Bengals 15 ready for his work on this next few plays from back zips one and it’s picked off Gino. He’s just reading Gino Smith. The Bears show pressure. Nice snap on third and 10. Throws a dunk and he’s picked dropping everybody out in zone. And just look at Bayard’s eyes. Well, that’s how you start on defense. the secondary spirits. Center of the field, it’s Bayard. And Bayard has some running room also gets cut off. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. He’s going to score to go in there. Put a boy. They roll the dice. He has Billings lined up right on top of him and for some reason short yardage situation and you know I don’t care and they don’t get it. football that comes out. If you’re Ashton Genty or Earl Campbell or Christian Aoy linebackers in the lock and goal not enough certainly no pressure 125 yds and a one pick. Williams slings it over the middle snap and they both come down and there’s no safety in the middle of the field this look. Raiders all two on third down so far. Gino same look. By in the middle he’s going to protect it this time. Gino over the middle and there’s look at Meyers coming inside and he’s going to jump it. It’s fired. His second in play9 in the slot on a crossing route and and they’ve had some trouble on these crossing routes, but Gino Smith going to run for it and he’s picked again. Snapper AJ Cole the holder. The kick is split. Second down and five. Enzo and the ball’s just laid on the throw as he plants his foot and lets it go in a 33 yd return. Samuel intercepted by Prrisker. Samuel was the target and the chance Heat. Heat. So back to first and 10. Crossing Merritt left side Chicago ball. This defensive throw by Chicago. You see well played by Chicago ball out and Billings as well as Chris Williams number 91 laid out. I think TJ Edwards got on it and ripped it. They’re down and one falls on the height with that elite build of motion man through that pocket with all those big bodies around you. You cannot have one hand on the ball. Pressure ball is out. He’s fumbled and it’s recovered by Chicago. Spencer Rattler is is you got to go get over there and get involved, right? You you waited a little bit. Third and nine. Pressure cutting again. It’s picked up. Rattler intercepted. Kicked off. And it’s just it’s thrown behind by Deshaawn Wright across the 40. Wright still on the move down the sideline. Desawn Pressure the grounds for the Bears as they work since 1938 on this offense. Guy to third goal but the hole. It’s a small hole. It’s a phone penalty. Bears go back to the ground game. You know, Ben Johnson has a lot of trust in that run game in this in your young bat. Nung guy on the pitch on third and five. Many slips it tackle. Rattler Kevin Byer. He’s he’s pretty savvy. Away from Sweat directing traffic. Wants to throw down. He’s going to see you directing traffic and he’s going to be able to track the field. He’s got Shahed out there and instead it’s intercepted. Rattler under center. Fourth down and one on the roll though. A great job by the Bears. They they had everything covered. There was nowhere. Rattler throws. It’s deflected and intercepted by Edmonds. Shotgun on second and short. Rudolph the three was inbounds. So this is going to be a discussion. Looking for a big play sideline. One hand up. Both feet down. That’s a lot of weight coming downhill. Oh, what a cut by Man. Make the hand off Williams. The quick throw is off. Time to the out push. They don’t get there. There’s Williams. Deep drop. Clean pocket. Throws it underneath and Williams from the gun. Beautiful play design. Williams quarterback keeper. He’s got it. Trickery. Eventually, it’s the fact that Ben Johnson has the creativity and Burton and Burton’s got a running lane and the pieces to work these gadget plays. It’s a 15 yd gain. And these get in the way in this zone defense. So, he doesn’t have free release first half. Williams throws it and caught Under a minute to go. Williams shot toss handled by Williams underneath. Lot of traffic. Loss of four on the play. And it’s just a very long time to ask your tit one through the air. Williams on target. Little flatter down. Williams downfield. Open man. does to Jaylen. It’s going to slip and the Bears secure it. Two remaining in the third. This is Williams with a deep drop downfield. Hits his man deep and put the brakes on and find plenty of space and body machinations. That’s a full bear outfit for that. Follow that interior of the offensive line. I know you guys are hungry for more, right? Let me tell you something. City of Chicago is going to redo. One guy is back in. He comes down late but gets it. Williams protected well. Goes to the opposition here to defend. Look at this ball. Great looking at the man in motion. You’ll see this instead of getting a little impatient. The unai cuts it back here. Puts a nice ball. They have a tendency to want to throw that right through. Pressure is put on. Patch is made and first down. Little toss here. assume that you’re going to run the football every single time. Tackle both pulling and the mis kind of misdirection. Little trickery here with a first down up the middle or outside zone. Couple bait on the run. There’s a you take a risk as Jaylen Herz is trying to create going deep downfield and he’s trying to scramble trying to make something happen into traffic and that is picked. He’s trying to get a receiver downfield and there’s lost to him. 13 of the 16 plays just enough there and they did an opportunity to get better blocking angles almost like a wham with first down and very very little go. You hear the crowd, they’re going crazy, right? Go get him. Big trouble. And there he goes. The mentality Jmore over the middle. Snap throw right hand. Shotgun snap. Got the seat end. Touchdown DJ Moore. Touchdown. You told me it was bad. Be fans are going to win this one.

  1. What a difference a year makes, when a franchise makes one of the better decisions in decades. I am so glad President Kevin Warren convinced mckaskey to fire eberflus after the lost on the thanksgiving day game. BEARDOWN

  2. Blue collar. Middle of the country. No big deal. Coastal cities like shiny things. We just wanna a team that fights on Sunday the way we fight the other 6 days. Blood, sweat, tears…and you've got a legion.
