Well that’s a name to remember. Good luck to him and have fun training with the big guys. Although it sucks that so many of our guys are injured but for him the stars aligned and gave him a chance. I hope he will be in net one game so we can have a look at him and he can experience the big stage.

Damn our season is about to be tanked due to injuries. I was just telling myself how nice it is to have a healthy starting goalie in Dostal.

Saw him play Friday in San Diego and he got lit up for 5…
Well, hopefully it’s like when Gibson was a rookie; the team used to try extra hard to protect him during his first couple games. Defense is gonna want to figure their shit out and protect this kid’s net.
I have season tickets to the gulls, I love watching the players grow into the NHL. All I can say is I honestly don’t think Buteyets is ready. Fridays AHL game was absolutely brutal and another AHL game the opposing team (Calgary wranglers) caught on to his weak points immediately (they shot top left after juking him to the right because he is slow to recover to the left).
Please Dosty, make a speedy recovery. 😩

Thought we’d bring up Clang before him.
An update on Mrazek would be nice too, happy for the kid though hopefully he’s ready to go.
