I don’t think one division loss will be an automatic firing.
Even if we lose the division, I don’t see Bowles going anywhere.
It’s not a dilemma IMO. This team doesn’t quite seem good enough to win a super bowl, so I’d 100% take missing the playoff if it meant we can move on from Bowles and get better draft positioning.
I’m finally ready to see him go. But I’m doubtful it will happen
He’s not going anywhere, so you all are better off getting behind your team and hoping for the best.
I’d put the pressure on Licht to find at least a league average edge rusher. He didn’t want to trade for a player citing the reason to keep his picks, well Braswell, Hall, Kancey, etc. don’t get it done.
Josh Sweat, who we played against yesterday, just got his 10th sack on the season and he was available in FA.
I don’t mind the mates of keeping your picks, but you need to find us an edge rusher that can get 10+sacks while staying healthy.
I like him, but 10 wins seems like his ceiling.

Anybody rooting to lose the division didn’t have to sit through 15 years of miserable non-playoff seasons. You dorks have NO idea how good we currently have it.

The Glazers fired Dungy after making the playoffs. They fired Gruden the same year he signed a 3 year extension and started the season 9-3. If we dont win a playoff game this year Bowles is gone.
What the fuck is this? Win the division and watch playoff football.
We are winning the division, panthers look good right now but they are incredibly inconsistent, I’m foolish sure but im not afraid of a team with Bryce Young at the helm. We split our series with them at worst
That being said, if Bowles doesn’t win a playoff game this season, he’s 100% gone.
We fired dungy for less and Bowles would be 1-4 in the playoffs when we were 5-1 the 2 years prior.
At the end of the day, Bowles is as Mids of a HC as it gets. Plenty of coaches worse than him, but plenty that are better too. He’s not the guy to take us to a Super Bowl, and I’d be shocked if the glazers don’t see that

Y’all really want to be the Tennessee Titans? Because this is how you become the Tennessee Titans. Root for your team and have fun. Stop the doom spiral already.
I always want win the division and make the playoffs.
I never want my team to fail. I’d take 100 trips to the playoffs with no ring than a decade of suck we’ve gone through twice as a franchise.
You may not like the coach but we could be the Saints or the Falcons. Hell, we WERE the Saints and Falcons before BA and Bowles brought Brady and Baker here.
I know we struggle with injuries even more than last year. I just dont like us looking lost at times and that’s what I attribute to coaching. That’s why Im having a mixed opinion here. Injuries this year have been brutal.
Anyone saying to fire Bowles better also have a great idea on who to hire next
Bowles ain’t getting canned this year no matter what. Contract extension plus lots of injuries saves him no matter what. If all 5 games turn into blowout losses then he’d be on the hot seat for next year but still not fired.
