AGREE or DISAGREE: The #Titans should fire Interim HC Mike McCoy

I think the Titans should do something that no NFL team has done before and rarely even happens at all in professional sports. On the heels of the 253 blowout to the Jags, it’s time to fire interim head coach Mike McCoy. I’ve been calling on Mike Macau for over a month. He’s continuously ruining opportunities for Cam Ward, the rookie quarterback, to to learn in high leverage fourth down situations, to put points on the board, and he seems like he’s making it up on the fly. The team looks like they’ve given up on him. After our reporting on a tozports.com after that game, the locker room messaging did not look good for Mike McCoy. The players seem out. They seem like they’re searching for answers. And so, why not? Like Cam Ward said, you got nothing to lose. Why not go for it on all these fourth downs? So, why not fire the interim head coach? There’s five games left. You have five more opportunities to do something, to learn, to carry something over with these rookies, including Cam Ward, to next season for whoever the next head coach is. And Mike McCoyy’s just getting in the way. You know who’s got juice? You know who’s going to help this team fight and try to do what they can the last five games? Dcoordinator Dinard Wilson. His defense continuously shows up and gets the short end of the stick every time the last year and a half. And I think Dinard Wilson at the very least earned the uh pay bump that being the interim head coach uh gets. And so I think Dinard Wilson should be the interim head coach the last five games to see what this defense, see what this roster and the offense can give them for these last five opportunities for Cam Ward to grow. So Mike Macauard, I just think it’s time to move

  5. I was calling for a coaching change at the by week.., that would’ve been the perfect time to get someone new in and have a couple weeks to get settled in. That would’ve been the right time to do it! It kind of feels a little late now.., like who cares… just about over…
    I wouldn’t mind the night getting a shot though just to see how he looks as a head coach

  14. He's doing what they asked him to do. Lose. The Giants are 2-10 and would mess around and win that top pick. Yes at this point I want that. It's the only thing that makes this even half way ok. Why you think Wilson wasn't the coach? He won't agree to lose.

He's cant throw a touchdown He makes Will Levis look like Bret Favre. I'm done with him. Select a QB at number 1 and make Cam ward earn his spot
