1. Coming back from the east Coast, against a Colts team with the division on the line (it could be even worse if they lose against the Jaguars).
  2. Rams, we all know it, all or nothing.
  3. Traveling coast-to-coast, against a Panthers team with the division on the line.
  4. Traveling coast-to-coast AGAIN, against a 49ers team with the division/playoffs on the line (and on the road btw).

DRAMATIC season ending.

  1. We wanted the HFA back. I have a feeling Lumen is going to be a madhouse WK15 and 16

  2. Honestly this could go either way, any team can just walk out and beat you (we have just seen the Panthers do it). Luckily we have a coach whose mindset is to prepare for the worst no matter who they are playing up against. That being said, 9-3 right now is really good because worst case scenario, if we end up only winning 1 game for the rest of the season, we would still end up being 10-7 which could be a #7, but obviously our eyes are set on that #1 seed which is under our control and destiny.

  3. Remember the gauntlet during the 2023 season:

49ers into Cowboys into 49ers into Eagles

This stretch kind of feels like that in terms of *this stretch will define our season*

  4. For whatever it’s worth, the Seahawks have lost 3 games by a total of 9 points. And against the Lambs and Bucs, they did it to themselves – especially against the Lambs.

Can they win out? Absolutely. Without a doubt. Are they also capable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory? Sure.

But this Defense will 100% keep them in every game. So it comes down, methinks, to O-line.

My gut feeling is 4-1 to finish 13-4. Been feeling that all seaaon and nothing has changed that. Couldn’t say which game it’ll be that we come up short, but whichever one it is, it too will be close.

  5. Walker down the middle into the wall of Defense…
Please for the love of God something else Mike MacDonald

  6. This stretch is brutal, but we can drop a game if we beat the rams/niners and the right teams win. We can win the division with strength of record if it comes down to it.

  7. Worried about what? There’s not a team in this league the Seahawks can’t beat, and there is a very small list of teams they can’t straight up embarrass.

This team can beat anyone, anywhere, anytime. No need to worry, just take care of business

  8. Maybe, I realized this a week ago when I saw a thread talking about playoff teams we have played. Realized that after the falcons, each one of these teams could be playoff teams. But hey, Falcons are first. BTA.

  9. Well if this team is really a contender these are games they are capable of winning. If we beat the falcons this weekend and even split those games that should be enough to get us into the playoffs at least. And then the playoffs are a different environment where this team is going to be tested further

  10. Bring it on. If we can even get 3/4 we’ll be battle tested for the post season. If not, then we know where we are and what the bar is for next season. We are only getting started.

  11. I’ve watched a good amount of football this year and I feel confident saying that our team has the highest upside of any team in the league. This schedule is a great way to go into the playoffs, win or lose.

  12. You have to beat teams at the end of season to win in the playoffs. This is a test the Hawks need. Let’s get it done!

  13. The right side of the O line subs got pushed around by the Viks. Need the ones back.

  14. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This is a fun team with a spectacular defense.

The offense is still a work in progress but they’re good enough. They have shown dominance and they’ve been very ordinary to ugly.

    They are resilient.

The team plays complimentary football. That’s the separation from the competition. They might not climb the mountaintop this year, but you can bet they will be in every game. As they have been all year.

I don’t envy SF and LA as MM prepares his revenge.

Indy is in freefall it seems. Not sure what’s going on but they’ve lost 3 of 4 with their only win being an overtime (?) victory against Atlanta.

Carolina is the wildcard. Who do we get? They lean on the run. We do well vs the run. Young is as mercurial as the team itself.

First things first, 1-0 this week. I don’t like that you excluded the Falcons. The Football Gods hate that shit. Gotta handle that business first. It’s the most important game in the world right now.

Hopefully Love is back on the field for us.

  15. This is what we *should* want.

It’s almost like a mini playoff run. Players want to test themselves against the best to say they’re the best. The win against Minnesota was a foregone conclusion and didn’t do much for the team besides help the offensive line coach figure out how fill gaps better and protect Sam

  16. If we don’t win, we have no business being in the playoffs anyway. I’m confident in our team being able to handle the competition.

  17. Mission Over Bullshit. Keep that in the front of your mind (Looking at you, Woolen). Young team, big upside for years going forward. Let’s hope for a Bears/Hawks NFC Championship game which will be hard on me personally after living in both cities for many years.

  18. I feel good vs Colts, big part of their season is Jonathan Taylor, and our run defense is insane. We force the Colts OL to pass protect and we will keep Daniel jones shut down.

Falcons could be another ugly win, not worried about Cousins, and we can keep the run game shut, but they have a suprising pass rush this year. Gonna need to really get the run going and make sure Darnold feels safe eating possible sacks rather then forcing dangerous throws.

Panthers are the chaos team this season, but the coaches have been on top of not letting us lose trap games so far, we should be going into that game expecting a playoff contender.

Only ?? are the rams, and 49ers, which also happen to be the absolute must win games left.

  19. i see us going 3-1, ceiling 4-0, floor 2-2. just because the rams lost to the panthers, don’t be fooled. it’s still bryce young.. we’re one of the best run stopping defenses in the league and their offense operates off their rbs. colts in a funk and very possible they continue to slide. very possible we lose to rams again (as much as i don’t want to) and unlikely but we lose to the 9ers when we shouldn’t sometimes.. last game of the season unlikely either team is resting players and it very well could be for the division like you said.

  20. Seahawks playing good teams all Dec will get them seasoned and ready. Every game is basically a playoff game.

  21. Worried? Geez, man, I feel for you folks who missed the Great Years under PC. A schedule like this would have me salivating. Tough games? Sure. That just makes the victories all the sweeter.

I have the same feeling now as I had then. Could we lose some of those games? Of course. Can we run the table and finish the season on a seven-game win streak? You’re damn right we can. And should. Show the rest of the nfl nation we mean business. They say our QB is weak, that we don’t have enough guns on offense. Except our defense is stellar and the best offensive player in the league is a Seahawk. Reminds me of 2012. It was Beastmode then, it’s JSN now. We all we got, we all we need.
