I def agree. We get a top 1st round pick and got a guard that people were saying should’ve at least been drafted (who also led the ncaa in assist per game). Now that Nico is gone, I hope Dallas doesn’t mess this up with those 2 in the event they both exceed expectations, esp Nembhard.

These last two games were desperately needed. Nembhard is the obvious choice to run the point and I hope they don’t pull the plug the second he has a bad game. He’s the only player on this team that can do what he does. And that’s by far our biggest need.
Cooper is ahead of where I thought he would be this early on and I can’t believe some of the criticism he was getting. Even as recently as 3 games ago people were blasting him.
Why is AD not on a minutes restriction lol I kept getting more and more nervous whenever he would play for long stretches. There was a moment where he clearly looked gassed, but after the timeout they left him in. I was completely on edge and then he immediately jammed his finger on the rim. Thought I was going to puke. If Chicago was interested *before* this game, surely we can let it rip now right? 😂 I can’t handle it, he’s a ticking time bomb and there’s no way his body can handle the game he had tonight.
