With the current roster nope
If somebody else takes out OKC on the other side of the bracket maybe
the only real contenders are (okc,nuggets,rockets when healthy )
nope there are lots of major issues for the wolves
-There is no experienced point guard who can space , become a perfect pnr duo with rudy gobert to maximize his last years and facilitate consistently at least who is not 35+ year olTd
(this team’s offense crumbles with ant getting more ball pressure and randle stagnating it)
we saw it last year , okc pressued ant man soo much there are a lots of games where he couldnt produce offense consistently , we need 3rd ballhandler who can take pressure off ant and randle and be a floor general
-Rudy gobert , he is the best defensive center that you could get besides wembanyama
but his offense isnt reliable in the playoffs which limits this team’s offense
he is also aging , historically 32+ year old 7’1 freaks donot age well so be happy rudy gobert is still impacting this well for the wolves rightnow
-No true backup center
( this team’s rimprotection sucks without gobert,
naz aint a true center nor randle is good enough to defend the rim this duo kinda sucks bad against double bigs lineup of okc which is the main deal )
