1. Guy with mid stuff getting by on great (but declining) control is not the kind of guy you want to sign to a big contract, and certainly not worth losing the pick, imo

2. Gallen is on the decline so no thank you. Would rather sign King

4. I hated that suggestion. They pretty much said the Angels won’t go for a top arm, so here’s a washed out starter for your sucky team. In what world would that be a “perfect free-agent”?
