  3. Does this team need to tank? I wouldn't even ask the question if yzerman had any luck at all but maybe they need to tank for a top 10 pick. If it's not looking promising, come the trade deadline I might trade chiarot as a rental and play haminic is many minutes as possible. Excuse the spelling.   4. Bitched about not having enough top end tallent for 10 years now the wings have 3 guys on pace for 80+ points and 2 of the best under 24yo defensman in the league an litterally nothing else. 5 Studs and Cam Talbot doing his absolute best (god bless him), is only gunna get them so far.

  5. As a GM you need to hire players who have the mental fortitude you want. You can't implant that in them. Ditto hitting, physical play, toughness. Either they bring it or they don't. Seider got his azz kicked by a lightweight because as a European they don't fight. We're not in Europe. This team is just not put together with these things in mind. Wanna see a gm that does it right? Zito.

  9. Larkin leads the emotional response of the team and his lows are too low. You can see it in post games. His highs are also incredibly high, too high. He lacks what Yzerman had, a stoic middle.

  10. Yes. At some point, this core is going to have to be torn down and another tank. Zero faith in them doing anything it hitting 85-90 pts, missing again, and furthering the laughing stock they are become by other fanbase.

If these guys are mentally soft, then that's in the character of the person that they're actually drafting.That's on stevie for drafting, soft mental players.Guys that don't have grind grit, you know, there was a reason we had the grind line.Because those dudes would grind out gutty goals and we'd grind out gutty wins.   14. If coach thinks we’re a soft team and he’s been with us for a year maybe he’s not the one to lead us . I’m tired of this team winning 7 games in a row then choke on the next 7 . If We’re going to be .500 club and miss the playoffs by a game or 2 just tank the season for god sakes
