Can Anybody Beat the Oklahoma City Thunder This Season?

I [ __ ] with the freak. I [ __ ] with the freak. But I don’t see that one happening. Pooping and hollering. Another episode. I’m here with Jason Williams, White Chocolate, and my bro Shake. What’s up, bro? What’s up, bro? How you doing? How are you fellas doing? Straight like eight. Eight is not straight. I think that that’s one of the key things about that number. Well, let me let me teach you. A curved line is a bunch of straight lines made made into that curve. So, it is straight. You feel me? Is that Is that science? There’s somebody down there knows that answer. Yeah. A curved line is actually just straight lines. It is. Uh well, let’s get one thing straight off the top. Uh our other co-host of the show, Pat Bev, is not here with us. Not going to be here for a bit with us till we sort out whatever is going on with him. And we don’t necessarily know the specifics. It’s all going to play out in court. So, we don’t want to talk too much on it. Obviously, the stuff in the report, uh, as we said, no one in this building rocks with whatever’s in that report, but we’re going to let it all play out and see what actually happened. And, uh, yeah, it it’s obviously he’s been part of the show, but for the time being, that that’s not the case. And we’re just here to to, uh, talk hoops and holler. A lot of hollering, a lot of hollering, a lot of hooping, and a lot of hollering. And honestly, I missed a couple weeks. I missed a week or two of being able to talk to you fellas about hoops. I just want to talk a little bit of hoops. Even I was on FaceTime with you yesterday and I was like, “Dude, sometimes I [ __ ] forget that it’s like Jason Williams from the videos.” Like, it’s the same dude from the highlights. That’s like, “Oh, that’s you that’s [ __ ] doing this.” Like, that’s so [ __ ] insane to me. And uh it does get me fired up to to do the show. I appreciate that. But bro, yeah, I’m the same dude as that on the videos, right? I’m same dude. You’re right. It is crazy to me too that that the dude in the videos that that’s also you that he had the same like idiom idioms and like country. What you mean? I actually was watching um it was called the life or something they used to do with ESPN. I was watching Memphis. Yeah, I was watching that of you. I was like, “Yo, this is the exact same guy.” You were talking the same [ __ ] at the time. Like the same like the same like hand gestures, all that. It’s not talking [ __ ] It’s like truth. Yeah. Most of the [ __ ] I say is true, right? It’s valuable. You know, some people misunderstand the [ __ ] sometimes. And I get that. I get that. Maybe they just don’t understand what I said, right? But but most of the time I make sure they understand what I said. So, but they don’t really understand what I said. I asked him how he was doing on the phone conversation. He’s like, “Same soup, just reheated.” Did I get it right? Is that Yeah. You look like you needed some soup, bro, out there in that cold. Yeah, bro. It was brutal. I’m [ __ ] walking my dog through. Isn’t it nice being up here? You [ __ ] your neck up on the flight or what? No, it’s not nice being up here in this cold. Would you like to um come to Palm Beach or somewhere like that if we a studio down there every week? Be nice. You’ll do it. I used to fly out to Milwaukee, bro. I was flying to LA. I was just telling them that. That’s how we used to ride. What’s it cost to to rent a studio in Palm Beach for an hour, too? Wait, Palm Beach is expensive. That you live in Palm Beach? No. If you’re going to come, come on down. No, we’ll fly to wherever you live. Where are you at? Orlando. Yeah, let’s go to Orlando. It’s probably cheaper to rent a studio in Orlando than [ __ ] Palm Beach. Rent out the uh what’s that golf course Mara Lago down there in Palm Beach? Trump’s joint. Yeah. Get Trump on the show? He’s got to have some studio space down there. You know, he hoops in. Do you think he ever shot a basketball in his life? I’m going to say I’m going to say he’s probably shot a one-legged runner once or twice in his life. He went one for two. A floater or something like that. %. That’s great shooting percentage. Actually, I know he’s shot a basketball because remember when he gave out those paper towels and he was like form. Yes, he was all form. That’s right. Guaranteed. Here to hoop, here to holler, here to talk a little bit about uh a little bit about basketball. And I don’t know what’s a more baffling statistic that the Oklahoma City Thunder are 20 and one or that they have two top 10 picks in in this coming draft. I’m gonna say 20 and one because 20 and one is insane. Yeah. What the [ __ ] is going on? They’re good. And they just got Buddy back, too. Jaylen Williams finally back. And uh you think that they were holding him out so he could get a bigger bag? Do you think that they they had him on ice? I’m going to say no because as a player, I think he could control that. Tell the players union if they were like, “Yo, they doing some some foul shit.” It was like a what a 30 million like his his contract could have gone to 285 they’re saying. Like that’s I mean that’s a massive difference. But I think he’ll be all right. I think whatever amount of money he’s making, he’s going to be okay. He should be because he’s going to get another one of those after this one’s over. Yeah. Just on 5year 239. If he was playing and made all NBA would have been 287. I think the 239 still really good. He might be pretty nice. What shoes he wear? Adidas. I’m sure he gets some bread from them, too. Yeah. Has to get a little bit of money. That’s like what the That’s I think the Powerball when I was driving home yesterday was like $90 million. So it’s basically like if he won the Powerball like you know three times, three three strike power balls and then he gets to get another one. What is he? 21 22 22 years old and then he’ll just get another power. That’s for sure. I mean but 24 24 Okay. But he’ll still get at least one other like massive contract. Easy. Do you think that he’s as su uh responsible for their success as uh Chad and Shay? Like rank the three of their like responsibility for their success? You mean this season? No, overall. Well, I mean, I think they all have something to do with I think it’s genuinely is a group effort. Like you add in Caruso, too. Like it’s just like like there’s one of the most connected teams I think I’ve seen for real. Yeah, the connection is I mean obviously you see that off the court, you see it on the court, too. Yeah, like every player that plays in their rotation. I think every team every other team in the league would take any one of their players in their rotation or on their roster for that sake. And can we not sleep on like what Lou Dort adds to them as a as a team cuz he was there first. Like he was there [ __ ] just fighting in the playoffs, just being a pest in the playoffs. I feel like he gets overlooked when people talk about like you had someone like AJ Mitchellin like just came out like not he was on the team but it’s like oh now you’re giving us 15 off the b or probably off the bench now Jaylen Williams is going to start but but the the fact that they have this like stockpile of draft picks but also that they’re just getting random dudes on the bench that are just like Kase Wallace like was a massive part of their success like deep in their rotation last year that that like some the best GM work that we’ve ever seen. For sure. Cuz they got it all, you know? They got the good picks and and they got the draft picks. So, what the [ __ ] do you do if you’re if you’re paying all these dudes and then you’re about to get like multiple top 10 picks, multiple top 10 picks after that? Like, you own these picks from so many teams. Like, are you planning on getting rid of some of these dudes eventually? I don’t know how you can pay them all. I mean, do they I know they paid three of them right now, right? Yeah, they paid their top three guys gave out threequarters of a billion dollars this past year. What does contract look like? And what’s Caruso’s contract look like? And Hartinstein, they already paid. They got some money. He got like 80, you know, and that’s like a mid-level contract in the NBA right now. L Dort has a 5year 82.5 million. And these are just like that’s like the middle class. Like those guys will definitely get paid and have to get re like, you know, replaced eventually. But I guess you pay the guys now, let everybody work out a rookie contract and build out a whole new team. I mean, what an incredible franchise to be able to be like a fan of right now. Oh, for sure. Got to be fired up. Yeah, that dude Shay. AllNBA. AllNBA Shay. I don’t see him in that MVP race out there. I mean, I think it’s kind of like LeBron used to be is take it for granted. Like, you know what I mean? He’s That’s probably I’m just saying that’s why it’s not up there probably. Yeah. I think it should be up there always. Just like LeBron’s name should have been up there always the past seven, eight years. Yeah. I mean, he’s he’s just automatic. What do you think is his game just isn’t as like sexy or they don’t have the comeback story or sometimes you get to a point where people like expect greatness why he’s not in that conversation in this MVP race? I would put him in the conversation still like 32.5 points a game, 4.8 rebounds, 6.6 assists. Like they’re winning every single game. They always say winning has something to do with it. like they not losing at all. At all. He’s he’s not even playing fourth quarters like that. And then so it’s Luca, Cade, WBY, and Joker. I mean, Joker has to be in that conversation. Kind of like Shay and LeBron, too. Always in, you know, I mean, just take [ __ ] for granted. Triple double. I saw LeBron talking about him just being like, “Yeah, he’s the toughest and like most insane representation of a great basketball player right now.” Saw a little behind the back. Little behind the back. I think it was a left too, was it? in Memphis. Yeah. Who did it remind you of, bro? Oh, man. I don’t know. That behind the back [ __ ] Vlots. I mean, Vy did have it. Vl could [ __ ] pass the ball. Vl could pass. Yeah. Yeah. What did he ever teach you about passing? You guys You You guys didn’t even share notes. You weren’t even like, “What was he? I mean, he he’s a alltime uh all-time great king.” But nothing against a sevenfooter, but I I’m not asking no sevenfooter what do they think about passing. No disrespect. Not even Jokic. Um, no. Because it’s I think it’s in a different way. Oh, because I think he’s got it more so with his back to the basket sometimes. Not like on a threeon-one type [ __ ] You think that most of his like really good passing just comes from like knowing what where like where everyone’s supposed to be? just having like an idea of like there’s going to be someone in the corner. Like if I could just get this going with speed to the corner, like throw a dot to where the corner is, like just knowing the the layout of the offense. I think it’s that and whatever else needs to be had too. Whatever like he’s he’s so good that that that he can pass it any type of way. Yeah. It’s not just final like cuz it’s he’ll find somebody on the move too. He will, but I just don’t think it you don’t seem some like a lot of times leading the break like like a threeonone type [ __ ] like old school like I used to most of the time. You know what I mean by that? Or talk to me. Break it down. Break it down. Break what down? I mean that you said it’s not like uh the threeon-one like it used to be. Are we not saying much anymore? Like when he’s leading the break, it’s more so like he knows the guy’s going to be there, but I’m not taking away where he can’t throw it to where it’s not going to be there. He’s still got that too. I don’t think you see it as much. And so how is it different as a guard being that kind of great passer? Is it that you’re playing downhill and like the Well, for me and his me and his you talking about me and him. Yeah. Well, he’s great. I wasn’t great. Interesting. I think the expectations him was a lot higher than it were for me. Yeah. For me it would be Well, I’m just talking about as like a passer. Like what makes him a great passer versus what makes you a great passer is like you’re like driving towards the basket. you’re running like you kind of have eyes on the entire and if he’s catching it back to the basket like there’s a different level of what he’s seeing what his court vision is. But I think he also too he’s looking to score too. I really wasn’t looking to score. I think he’s really I mean I think his first option is to score probably. Yeah. But I mean don’t get it twisted. He’s a great passer. That’s just my I’m not asking a sevenfooter for help and pass. [ __ ] out of here. He’s a great passer, but passing as a feeling type of thing, you know, like, oh, how do I pass at this situation? You know what I’m saying? It’s kind of like a, oh, he’s open. I feel him. Cut something like that. Yeah. Do you think that there’s dudes who like want to be great passers but just don’t have the feeling? I No, I I I don’t know about that because I think in today’s game, these these kids got or these guys got to score to be successful. They’re not thinking about passing. Yeah. You know, I mean, a point guard back in my day is like pass the ball. You’re passing the ball. You’re setting everybody up. A point guard today, I bet the top 10 point guards average 25 or more probably damn near. Maxi Brunson, Luca, Luca, Steph, Dame when he was, you know, at at his peak. Yeah. These are smaller guys. And you think that’s just like a a product of them being able to guard point guards? It’s like, okay, your point guard size, we’re going to put you against a point guard, even though your skill set maybe is more compatible with a traditional two guard, like a guy who’s playing like a two guard for you growing up. But it’s like, well, you’re 6’2, 6’3. Like, we’re going to have to play you against a point guard because if we put you up against like one of these monster two guards, you’re not going to be able to do [ __ ] You got to have help somewhere. Yeah. They got to have teams will teams will throw like I don’t know like say the Sixers are playing the Knicks like PE they’ll throw like Male Bridges on on uh Tyrese Maxi like they have to go against those 69 guys too when they get guarded. It’s just you got to find a way to score when you’re leading your team like that. I want to whip around. But I want I want you all to do the most surprising thing so far in the season or something that’s like surprised you a little bit, but I want to go first and I want to I want to talk about the Toronto Raptors coming out of [ __ ] nowhere and surprising the [ __ ] out of me. I think they’re the two seed in the East right now and the way that they’re kind of built like I didn’t see it. I didn’t see it coming. I think I might have said that they’re going to be ass this year and I want to go hand up are the three seed right now. Three seed right now and they’re playing their ass off. They’re in I think they’re one of the final four in the east in the in the play in and people might be like oh play in whatever but I think that the playin has done a decent job of being like this or the end season the end season you I’m sorry in season Jesus Christ the end season that it’s like uh that’s what the crazy courts yeah with the crazy courts they got to get rid of them why them [ __ ] is crazy ain’t no way bro why does it bother you though it’s just not good for anyone involved I think they’re just trying to make it clear like yes this is the inseason tournament Man, and I think that works though. No, that makes you want to turn that [ __ ] Turn the channel. Why? Did you see Minnesota the other day? That bright ass. It is. It is a lot. It kind of reminds you of like like a college volleyball game or something like that. No. No, it doesn’t. No, it doesn’t. No. No, it don’t. What does it remind you of? Nothing. Because I’m turning the channel. Why? You just don’t like how it looks or it reminds you of bad basketball. It’s just terri No, not bad basketball. It’s just a terrible look. I really don’t. You think Houston or or Atlanta had a red court? Yeah. Yeah. That’s crazy. Why is I mean I feel like basketball is just basketball. It is, but not for the viewer. Yeah. No. You think it works better with the uh You can’t see the lines. That is true. But they’ll paint if it’s a red court, they’ll paint the lines black or something like that. But you got all the other [ __ ] on the court, too. You can’t really tell. You think it’s harder to play on? No, shouldn’t be. The Lakers had to um use just the normal court. They said it was too slippery. Really? I think that uh fine. I bet it got fined. It doesn’t bother me even a little bit. It doesn’t bother me at all. And I think that it’s fun watching the inseason tournament because I think that it means more to the players. I feel like I’m just doing NBA talking points right now, but I think it does. I think that they’re like, “Yeah, let’s let’s get this win.” Like more to the players than than what a regular regular season game. Oh, I got you. You think they just want to get a trip to Vegas? Maybe 500 like Yeah, nice 500 sounds nice. But I think that it’s like a just a way to get a like to prove yourself as a team. I’m like, “Okay, it’s 82 games. It’s a slog. You every game is not going to mean more.” So, as a coach, maybe you tell them like, “Hey, let’s get up for this game.” That’s how I would look at it. And I’m a little bit disappointed as as like a Sixers fan when my team loses in in a game like that. And I’d be fired up if I’m a Toronto fan. I’m like, “Okay, we’re showing something in a game that matters a little bit more.” So, if you’re 10 and 20 and win win win tournament, get in there and then you end up end up 30 and 52. But has that happened yet? Has a team that’s been shitty? I think that it’s been like a pretty sign of who’s gonna be good. Who’s gonna be good? Yeah. Oh, really? Like the Pacers were did well in it the other year and it’s like everyone was kind of like, “Oh, the Pacers like that’s not a team that should be in it and then like you look the next year Pacers are in game seven of the finals.” I think it’s like a litmus test of what teams kind of have something. Okay. So, the first year it was uh the Lakers beat the Pacers. Um the next year the Bucks beat uh the Thunder. Okay. Okay. Look right now at how how many teams are they down to right now? Eight. So there’s four on each side and that’s kind of like it’s a good sign. Okay, so check out the teams that are what what teams are in there right now. What teams what are the final eight? I know that the uh Magic Magic or one MA Detroit’s one of them for sure. Uh so Heat Heat Magic Knicks Raptors Suns Thunder Spurs Lakers. And that’s all that’s all interesting. And even the most interesting to me is the Raptors and the Suns because those are two teams that you’re like, “Okay, like I don’t really see it for them this year.” Like, “Show me the vision of why they’re going to be good or better than than they were last year.” And now that they’re in the tournament, it’s like, “Okay, the Suns are kind of putting something together.” Like the Suns have kind of cleared up like the power structure and the hierarchy and it’s like the Suns make sense more to me in a way that they didn’t before. And now you’re going to be able to see them on a bigger stage. I’m into it. I’m into it, too. I like it, too. So, how many of these teams will be in not in the playoffs? Maybe the I think the Suns have the I think are the are the lowest on the toe or maybe the Spurs. Suns are seven seed right now. Yeah, Suns are seven seed. Spurs are five seed. I think they all all those teams have a good chance of being in the playoffs, which like would you would you have expected that of the Suns this year after unloading like or or the u um like you said the Raptors? Yeah, it’s interesting. I personally think the NBA is shifting towards like, yeah, maybe we have our one emerging star or something, but like everyone else, we’re going to gel, we’re going to fit in, we’re going to have team chemistry. I feel like the days of, yeah, we’re going to have three superstars. Like that I don’t think that works at at this point in time. It just seems like the hierarchy is like [ __ ] up. Well, you can’t pay them. You can’t pay the um if you have three, then it’s hard to pay like like the Thunder. It’s hard to pay everybody else. The Thunder though, they’ve done they’ve done it. You think that there could be more of a thing where it’s like the gap between like the a really good player and a quote unquote superstar is like smaller than it’s been before where it’s like it used to be like the upper echelon was like so far removed from everybody else where it’s like there’s enough really good players that it makes that gap. It doesn’t feel like there’s these two tiers of a superstar and a pretty good guy where it kind of blends in where there’s some guys where it’s like, yeah, maybe he’s getting paid like a superstar, but he’s just like in that tier of really good players because when you look at how the Thunder paid their top three guys, they paid them all like superstars, but like are they traditional superstars? They all were like pretty young when when it’s all happening though. Like they’re not all like 30 years old, like 10 allstar appearances. like they’re all like coming up so it just kind of happened for them. I think a lot of NBA is opportunity. Yeah, they took advantage of the opportunity. Well, they’re champions is what they are. Superstars or not. Yeah. It’s so [ __ ] sick to be a champ. They’re good. Talking speaking as a champ over there, bro. Yeah, I carry Dade and Shacking him. Nothing like the What’s with the uh the Texas Tech? What you mean? Recon, bro. My daughter goes to Texas Tech. Oh. Transferred out of Florida. Oh, so do do you rock with the Texas Tech football team? Um, uh, I do a little bit. Yeah, because they had a nice year this year. They’re they’re they’re having a good great year. I I’ll be honest, I rock with the Florida Gator football team. Okay. Um, I don’t I don’t lose sleep if they lose or anything. Yeah, that’s the nice thing about college football. They had a horrible year this year. Yeah, you could like pop in for a little bit, like pay attention a little bit. You guys see that uh college football reporter? He like called the the one coach. He was like on the show he was like you can’t turn a hoe into a housewife. Yeah. Lane Keifin. Yeah. I don’t know what the big big to-d do about Lane Kein is anyway. Interesting. I mean I mean I think he’s a good coach. Yeah. But I think he I think he did Old Miss kind of dirty leaving like this. But but that’s the game though. That’s the nature of like I’m I’m surprised that college football fans still get [ __ ] shocked when a mid-tier coach or a mid-tier program, not that they’re mid-tier, but like that coaches climb the ranks. Like that’s I’m not worried about the fan. I’m worried about the player all the players he brought in to play for him. Like we’re in the playoff. Yeah, we got we got a chance to win championship. Honestly, like you might be hurting my league chances with like Yeah, that that that’s what I’m talking about. But they feel like that’s more NCAA problem. Well, you need to put I agree. It probably is like put in something, bro. Like like coach out the Yeah, but you can’t start it until a certain time. There should be a certain time that that they he did screw them over that like they’re about to be in the playoffs and they could win a championship, but without him it’ll be way tougher to win a championship. But isn’t that the point of like NIL and being able to transfer like players transfer whenever like But that’s why you can’t be mad when players are entering the portal. You will you’ll leave me in a heart. I’m just thinking from a player perspective. Like if my coach left and we’re going to go into the national championship run, I’d be pissed at him. Yeah. I don’t care. I’m not trying to hear about the money stuff at that point. But at the same time nowadays, you got to listen to him cuz you know, I know LSU probably going to have just as much money or more than a couple Old Miss uh players will be on LSU next year. Like their quarterback was a D2 player before he came to Miss. Yeah. I mean, he he got to go to LSU, right? Yeah. He’s got a I mean he’s he’s getting a bag and he’s going to like a prestige program. So why would you play the last two or three games for Miss? Yeah. I don’t know. I guess they just as soon as the season’s over, they’re hiring up people left and right. I know James Franklin signed right away. I know Penn State’s trying to get a guy still. What do you think about the dude uh the way that he confronted the reporter though? Do you see how the reporter uh he was like, “Come call me a hoe. We’ll [ __ ] meet in the Call me a hoe back here. Call me a hoe back here.” I think that he kind of bitched out that reporter. I’ll be honest. Sometimes you got to stand on what you’re saying in the media, bro. Like if if you’re like talking crazy about someone and they they approach you like that, you kind of got to you the reporter should have just at least looked in his eye. I’m not saying go full Steen A. Smith where he’s like, I would have [ __ ] fought LeBron. You went on tour. I would have been boxing LeBron. Ke’s going to say what he wants though. Yeah, I like that about a coach. But you I don’t like how he left the players. Yeah, I don’t like that. I think that the coach was especially mad because he knew he was leaving and so if the reporter had really stood on it, all the reporter needed to do is just look him in the eye, just keep on looking at him and he would have been fine. Like the fact that he like kind of looked down, it’s like it was kind of animalistic like when a dog is getting like barked at by another dog. Oh yeah, he was. If you were the AD, would you let him coach the uh Old Miss Rebels in the playoffs? [ __ ] no. Get out of here. Yeah. What are you going to like steal the the company secrets? like steal the [ __ ] recipe and sell it to somebody else. Dude, you you know enough already. You’re already out of here. How do I know you even want us to win? If you you want LSU to win now. Go be with them. That’s right. Right. It’s brutal, but it’s a good time to I’d love I’d love to be the opposing team against Old Miss in the first round of the playoffs. They ain’t going to be ready. It doesn’t seem like Or they could be super ready. Or they could be like, “Man, [ __ ] the [ __ ] coach.” But this dude’s the game. But how many players are not that are going to go to LSU aren’t even going to play in the game? Oh, that are going to transfer. Yeah, that are I mean, yeah, he had a great season with them. I mean, life must be great for him. Just handsome, running around collecting bags. Yeah. Two or three years and then I get up out of here. Yeah. Collecting bags. I mean, he ain’t never won a championship, has he? Uh, did he win? He did he win as a coordinator with like Alabama? I think he Well, [ __ ] if he was there with Nick Sabin, you you Everybody got one, of course. He was giving out championships of course and then they’re just random dudes were catching them. Random dudes running up championships. Uh let’s keep on going with some basketball. Let’s keep it on the basketball for a little bit. Blue Chew. Blue Chew is the upgrade button for your sex life. I think that was the Mavs like I don’t want to call it debacle yet but all that drama was might be the best situation for Cooper Flag’s future though. What do you mean? Like as a number one pick usually you come into a terrible situation. Like usually you’re coming in they expect you to be the Mavs record but they this year it was different. It was like oh yeah Mavs they just adding to a piece championship team but now it’s like all right maybe we our ass. You got C like Coop is h like youngest player to get 35. I think had like 10 assists next game. I know we were talking about like uh him being a point guard, but I think that’s like helping him out for the f like as a 18-year-old. I don’t need you to be your best player right now. That’s how I would look at it. But if he puts up numbers like he like he has been doing, then he’ll be fine. I think the only thing that would be would make him make him feel bad or make him think like he might not belong is if you had like mediocre numbers because he he’s too good to have me mediocre numbers. Well, people are starting to be on Kanupal like that and they’re like he’s the actual white dude from Duke that we should have drafted. Like he’s the [ __ ] the the truth. I mean they’re way different players but Kenupal has been hooping. But he’s like someone you could plug in anywhere. Like as we’re Cooper I think he goes and like yeah you’re our guy. You’re going to be our one of our main guys. high usage with the ball. Khan is like, “All right.” Ironically, it’s kind of like a Klay Thompson situation where it’s like, “Yeah, he just needs it. He like a couple dribbles.” Yeah, a couple dribbles. I’m I’m I’m a big defender. I could guard. Like, I’m You put me in anywhere, I’ll be good. Yeah. Strong enough. But it did seem like uh Klay Thompson has had a fire lit under him. Shooting the [ __ ] out of it lately, right? Yeah. They play The Clippers aren’t a very good team, though. The Clippers are They still had to make the shots. He made them shots. The Clippers are like uh the product of like stacking mistakes on top of mistakes. Just like trying to like get find other old dudes to to populate the roster and like I was like, “Okay, maybe if we just have like enough old dudes like everybody’s playing worse because of how that team is built.” Should have never got rid of Norman Pal, bro. Yeah, that was a big that was a big misstep. I think that just like not having some kind of infusion of youth and just trying to be like, well, if we just like add Bradley Beal and Chris Paul like it’s made Bradley Beal play worse. Bradley Beal’s not playing well. He’s out for the year. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. He’s out for the season. He wasn’t playing well, but it’s like uh the the What was he averaging when he’s out for the season? He only played a few games cuz he started out the year hurt, played a few games, got hurt again, and then he was out for the year. I think you got to get a different kind of player to learn to play with James Harden. Bro, what do you mean? What kind? like a low usage like that. Yeah, like that. Like that. I mean, James Harden is so unique and so good that that he can do so many things. You just need I mean just and that’s ironically why Norman Powell could do that. Like Norman Powell is such a talented player because he could do both. Like he can be as as big as a small role and he could also be as big as like on ball slash in like what he’s doing right now for the Heat before uh Hero came back. Like he he’s in that role fully. But like he could when he was on the on the Clippers, he could be in the corner, right? And like Chris Paul think Chris Paul like he you know he his whole career needs the ball to be effective, right? Yeah. I mean I’m not saying he can’t be effective the other ways but but Harden will be more effective than Yeah. That’s the guy, you know, and Harden gets it done. So Harden defeated. I don’t know if you guys seen that video of him like talking to the reporters. Harden. Yeah. It just seems like every situation it ends like like I’ve seen as a Nets fan. I’ve seen that look in Harden’s face. Oh man, he going like as a but he got what he wanted. Yeah, as a Sixers fan like but it seemed like every time you just see that look in James Harden, you’re like, “Oh, what’s happen? Where’s he going next?” How many years James Harden got left? Well, doing what? Like what what it like being James Harden. That’s the only thing you know. Yeah. I mean, it will be he’ll be a different guy to to have to transfer into that role. He can pass well enough where it’s like, but would he be happy being a 10 and 10 guy or does he have to be 25 and 10? But he’s still like 27.7, 5.9 rebounds, 8.7 assists, 35 minutes. Like that’s stilling elite numbers. Like he could stand in the corner and shoot till he’s 60. But would he be comfortable with that? I don’t know. He loves to hoop. He’s amazing. I think that he has a few years left, but like when he gets bummed out like that and like it like where are they going to go when they’ve traded away all their draft picks and all the guys on the roster are old like what what hope does James Harden have? Like where how can he be excited and what’s he going to demand another trade? He got where he wanted to go in the trade from the exact where he wanted to go. He he cherry picked where he wanted to go. They found a situation for him and he got to go there and now it’s like he’s looking around like is he just going to play it out here or is he going to be like I want to go to Miami? I don’t know man. I think I think he going they got to finagle some trades out there in LA. How though? I don’t know. They have no draft picks. Trick somebody. Yeah, you got to finesse something. Yeah, bro. Would you trade Kawawaii, man? Cuz that’s like where if you want to get people going to let that happen, huh? The people that got the sanitation company trade kawaii for you know just trading bro that’s Kawawaii Leonard. Well what what else who else are they going to trade that they have zoo like what what what other like young tradable everything they had they either waited for it to be too long like I feel like Terrence man like that could have been a trade piece for them. Feel like they waited a little bit too long with that. But you picked up John Collins. Yeah that you tried to make something happen. Derrick Jones Jr. He got hurt. But it’s like like you’re too old. Like you’re too old. Everybody’s 30 plus. The league is always trends to me. Like you see the Thunder how they just won. Youth movement. Youth movement. We seen back in the day when Curry and them were good. Oh, let’s put up a bunch of threes. Let’s get a bunch of shooters. Like it’s like trends and it seems like they try to break that. But and that and the trends work for everything. like the trends. I I I would be more excited if I was a Charlotte Hornets fan than a Clippers fan right now because hope is a commodity in the in the NBA. Like one of the best times I had is when like the Sixers are tanking and like getting a bunch of draft picks and like oh like you’re you’re scouting college players and then they have a young core. It’s like oh I’m rooting for this core. I can grow with this core. The Clippers don’t have a core. No, they don’t. Clippers don’t have anything to get a core either. Yeah. They have nothing that they got to trade some of their assets. Try to trick somebody and get some picks. Yeah, but what assets? And then if they get and they really can’t be worse than they are right now. They take them to some teams that need some expiring contracts maybe. I don’t know how it works. Maybe someone needs a Kawaii right now or something or James. I’m saying they Yeah. Like who who’s giving up for all that, you know? Who’s who’s gonna who’s going to help you out with that? You know, I don’t Yeah. I don’t know. Like I said, I I don’t think anybody’s going to help them out cuz they know Yeah. I’m going to give them up, you know, I’m not giving up my assets for that. And all all roads lead back to the Thunder. Then the Thunder have their pick and then the Thunder are going to get another like top 10 pick based off of it and like the rich get get richer and like Steve Balmer put a wall up and he wants the fans to be excited. Like who’s even going to be excited to go to the games when you’re looking at the AARP playing out there, dude? How much how much are tickets to the Clipper games, bro? They’re probably still they probably they probably still could charge a lot, but they’re tricking people right now. Like they’re not it’s not going to be like this for a long time. Especially with the Lakers being the better show in town. Are good. Yeah. Like the Clippers can trick people when the the Lakers suck. But like the Lakers are good. Fun to watch. LeBron’s like subing out for Bronny. They got LeBron James. Of course they’re good. But they got LeBron and and some like they they figured out how to build it around LeBron. Yeah. They’re in the I mean imagine if they win an inseason. That’s nice if they win it in season. I honestly think it’s nice to see LeBron not have to be like the main focal guy. I like I think it’s just time for him. Like I’m still LeBron, but yeah, y’all y’all got it. If I’m hurt, my foot hurts today. We still going to win. They could be they were sick without LeBron. Mhm. And like he could just drift through. I’m not saying he plays the Draymond role, but like he could [ __ ] just be connective and get rebounds, pass, leave breaks, play fast. Well, I think eventually that’s what that’s what he’s going to be. The Draymond roll type [ __ ] Yeah, a good one. You know what I mean? Is he going back and forth with people though? Do you think if he’s into the Draymond role, he’s fighting with Kenyan Martin about who the best? Man, I don’t know about that. Goes to LeBron cuz How do you guys feel about that? That Draymond and and Kenyan Martin uh back and forth. That felt personal. I think it was personal. Yeah. That didn’t have anything to do with basketball. No, they’re both great players. Yeah. You know what I mean? That felt like it was like an axe to grind. If you could have one on your team, who would you take? Both in their prime, man. First pick, nobody who’s on the team, who’s on the roster type [ __ ] Or we just like That’s interesting, too, because different roles. Yeah, it’s so situational. Like, if I already have a few good players and I just need somebody to connect it up, I’m probably taking Draymond if I need a big power forward could go get buckets for me, block some shots. Yeah, play above the rim. I’mma get Hey Kmart. Yeah, it all depends, bro. Whichever one you get, you’re getting a good one, bro. I would take uh Draymond Green though when it came down to it. Like first pick. I’m saying to to like no matter what my team like on more teams than not, you could use a a Draymond Green more than a Kenyan Martin. Really, man? For multiple for multiple reasons. How you say how can you not say that about Kenyan Martin, too? He can guard anybody on the floor, dog. What do you mean Kenyan Martin? You say he can’t guard any He can guard anyone on the floor. Uh you think he can guard a guard like that? He can. Yeah. Enough to deter him. Yeah. I mean, I think that it’s I think they’re both great players, but I think that uh Draymond to me that he does a he does a lot defensively. He does a lot defensively that he’s playing devil’s advocate. I know. Totally. I think it’s I I just wanted to to pick an answer so we’re not just like, “Yeah, everybody’s actually good at basketball.” And I don’t have any opinion. You think Kenya Martin could go a game where it’s like, “All right, I’m only taking five shots today.” Do you think like he could live with that? Um, I think he could if he was on the right team, you You know, I mean, if he if if that was his role type [ __ ] I don’t think Or could he get a double double in that same game too? Like he only took five shots, but I still got 13 and 11. I think Kenya Mark can do anything asked of him. I do think that. Um, but that doesn’t mean Draymond can too. I think Draymond will be Draymond will be more happy, you know, setting 10 15 pick and rolls and scoring five points and winning as opposed to Kenya Martin doing that every night. That’s what I’m saying. I think Kenya Martin might have a problem with that that type of role cuz that’s a that’s a hard role to be in. Like like Kenya wants 20. Yeah. Like it’s like however, if that was Kenya Martin’s role, them 10 screens going to be 10 good ones. 10 hard screens. You know what I’m saying? You’re a Kenya Martin fan. I’m I’m I’m a Dream Mountain Green fan, too. Interesting. Yeah. I would I wouldn’t be mad if I whichever one I got stuck with. I think that Kenyan Martin also Well, I think that they’re both tough and fiery players, but I think that Draymond does a lot to set a tone for a game. We’re not taking [ __ ] from anybody, you know, just or like when there’s that loose ball and everybody’s like pushing to be the guy in the middle of that. I think that’s valuable. That is that’s some some people’s role. That’s their role sometimes and he knows that. I think that’s a very valuable role. Do that. Yeah. It’s a It’s every team needs one and there’s team like players. You know, you know who else did that? P Bev. Kenyon Martin. Kane Martin. Okay. Yeah. Uh uh Dylan Brooks is a guy who’s good at that. It’s like Dylan Brooks is a winner. Yeah. He’s great at that. Like people are like he’s [ __ ] knows he wins. Like nobody wants to play against none of these dudes we just named, but all of them everybody wants him on their team. You saw uh Adoka trolling uh Dylan Brooks? No, I didn’t see it. No. What happened? He just uh I think that Dylan Brooks kind of got in a little bit of a back and forth and I think Adoka like said some [ __ ] like real slick in his ear and Dylan Brooks like turned on him and Adoka was laughing already cuz they were just together in Houston or whatever. So, he was [ __ ] around with him. That’s his former coach. But again, he’s he’s there. He’s impacting winning. He’s always impacting winning. And I think that that’s like a a timeless quality. You need some [ __ ] like that for sure. I bet you go back and look at all the past champions. Somebody somebody’s like that’s on the roster. Who was like that on the Thunder? I’m gonna go Dort Luke Dorto. Yeah. Yeah. Caruso. But I feel like those guys aren’t even as vocal with it as being like shut the [ __ ] [ __ ] like that. No, but it’s still diving at your knees and [ __ ] for different leadership in on every team. Boxing you out when you ain’t looking type [ __ ] Yeah. Making extra plays, 50/50 balls, all that. We haven’t uh recorded in about a week. Um I saw a football player punch another football player in the dick this past week. That was the Panthers and the 49ers. I think you see that dick punch. Yeah. That’s not That’s not cool. That’s not That’s not [ __ ] cool. And neither is the spitting [ __ ] either, bro. If you spit on somebody, dog, during competition, you should be suspended the rest of the year, dog. That’s not That’s not cool. Yeah. If if you spit on somebody anywhere else on the world, that’s a fight right now. But if you going to get your ass whooped or not. Yeah. I got to swing on you, dog. I know. Even you know what I’m saying? Football players do it more knowing that they’re inside of helmets. Yeah. You’re in a cage. It’s still not cool. 40 cameras on you from 10 different angles. Yeah. They got the Zruder. There’s more films on a spit than there was on Kennedy’s assassination. There’s [ __ ] standard as low as it gets. But my question to go with that is I’ve seen it happen in basketball games. A guy running around his screen bonk [ __ ] rip through on one. Did you ever do it? Did it ever happen to you? Have you ever seen it in a game? I never did it because um I was trying to run around that [ __ ] screen. I wasn’t trying to hit no knees, no nam, nothing. Yeah. No contact. Yeah. So um Never did it. Did Did it ever happen to you? Someone ever smoke you in the nuts like a [ __ ] wrestling move? Never happened to me. I’ve never seen it happen. You’ve never seen it happen? No. Really? No. I mean, I’ve definitely seen it happen. I mean, just watching the game like what what I got so much other [ __ ] to be thinking about than trying to hit you in the nuts. Like, I got to get back in front of this. I got to get over this screen one, back in front of the ball too, and then defensively I got to get under the screen. You know, all that [ __ ] You think that when dudes do that, they’re just playing with rage? You think that they’re just or or do you think it’s calculated? They’re like, I’m about to do this real quick and they’re just like, it has to be calculated. At what point have you you hoop? Not not well. But you who? I’ve played basketball before. At what point have you ever been like, you know what I’m saying? Oh, I got your help. I got your help and then the ball goes up and then all of a sudden you think, “Oh, I’m going to hit you in the dick.” How many times have you ever thought that? I haven’t. I guess I haven’t thought that really. And I have never either. Yeah. I feel like mo like most hoop most like no it’s not going through your mind like I’m going to do a dirty play right here. Like say if it’s a hard foul, you be like, “Oh, bro, just go to the free throw line.” I don’t think anyone’s like, “Oh yeah, I’m about to injure him right now.” Yeah. There probably are some crazy people out there though that might think like that but and there’s players who are like they have a history of doing like a lot of things like uh Grayson Allen at Duke like there was a lot of tripping and stuff with him like a lot. It didn’t happen just once or twice and I don’t think that it was like he kept planning it out. I think he just play is playing with like a a fire in him like a untamed rage. Well, I don’t think nobody’s ever probably whooped his ass for doing that [ __ ] So that’s probably why he keeps doing it for one. Interesting. Yeah, I don’t I like I said, I don’t get that. There’s so much other [ __ ] you got to be worried about than thinking about that. But why are you trying to hurt somebody on the hoop court, dog? Especially their Yeah. Trying to hurt somebody is crazy. Unless they did something to you that we didn’t see. That’s the only reason. I mean, if they did something to you, why can’t you just set a back screen hard on them or or something you can get? There’s so many other ways you can do it and try to hurt the [ __ ] though. Well, the Browns played against the 49ers and they talked about the same dude that got dick punched and they’re like, “Hey, that dude’s a scumbag. I’m surprised he only got dick punched. I’m surprised that nobody has punched him in his jaw before. They were like, the [ __ ] that he says on the field, like no man should ever say that to another. And I’m like, what? What did he say? Now I’m curious. Well, yeah, that is weird. Yeah, but still I don’t know. Like what what can you even say? What could you even say to be like I’m I’m punching him in the dick. [ __ ] it. Like why would you want to p What just punch him in the throat or something like that though? Yeah, cuz like I I think it’s cuz they’re like helmet shots in the NFL don’t do anything. You punch someone in the helmet like cost you money. That’s what it does. Yeah. You’re not hurting You’re not hurting him. You’re probably more likely to hurt yourself. So dick punch, you’re like, “Oh, I’m exacting revenge.” Yeah, but you cost some money, too. Yeah. He lost Yeah. He lost like a a game check. The dude still going to talk [ __ ] to you next time he sees you. Yeah. You punch me in the dick type [ __ ] Is that You remember the dude Ake Talib who uh he would like rip rip dudes chains off. Yeah. In the NFL. That’s sick. I’m surprised we don’t see more of that in the NFL. That is crazy to do. But these NFL players were mad and Cubans. I can’t believe they’re allowed to do that. Yo, every single player will have like crazy diamonds. Yeah, bro. He has a [ __ ] dog collar. Those diamonds are massive. I guess he’s just cool that no one has every like like Cubans on like in the game. It was like Michael Crabtree and they were just going back and forth and he just [ __ ] his [ __ ] That had to be personal. That wasn’t just because he just tried to pass on you though. Yeah. You got to get a heavier chain, too, I guess, bro. [ __ ] padlock that [ __ ] on the back. Football players are different, though. Yeah, they’re just different. Yeah, it’s a violent game. Violent. Yeah. Were you when when you played in high school? Could you I didn’t play in high school. Ninth grade was my last year. Really? Yeah. I don’t know why I thought you played more than that. But so you cuz everybody lies on the internet say I played in high school. Well, I say when I say I played in ninth grade, most places 9th grade is high school. Oh, you know what I’m saying? where I went to Jun it was junior highuh seventh eighth and ninth and then 10th 11th and 12th was a different school and I think you’re also associated with Randy Moss no matter what so they’re like oh yeah that was his quarterback too yeah the best one he ever had yeah play with uh Randle Cunningham didn’t he Dante Co Pepper Tom Brady J will too you think you could have gone to the league as like a like a a Johnny Manzel type quarterback I don’t, bro. I was so scared to get hit, bro. And plus, you had to read those defenses and [ __ ] like that in a quick amount of time. No. Yeah. Um, let’s rip through some uh some trade rumors on this. Um, I could sling it though, just like Tom Brady, though. What? But was your [ __ ] sidearm though? It’s whatever it needs to be like Pat Mahomes. Oh, so you could do like you could stand in the pocket and have like motion. Yeah. Whatever you need, Sher. Yeah. Yeah. Cuz some guys are only sidearm, you know? Some guys are only like I’m not I’m not in the some guys category. I’m I’m in a category over there. Talk your [ __ ] [ __ ] though, bro. If you were just like, what would what would it have taken? More time in the weight room or like just why are you scared to get You know what I mean? Yeah, it does hurt. And they’re different, too. They’re different mindset. Yeah. That that that that sport’s not fun at all. I mean, that [ __ ] ain’t fun. Yeah. Dudes are just like, “Fuck my life.” And just like Yeah, bro. throwing theirthletic as [ __ ] too. Cam Scataboo. I think he said he he just doesn’t feel anything anymore. He doesn’t feel anything. That’s why he’s scooting around on a scooter right now. Feel something in my ass. She Yeah, them dudes is different. Yeah, it’s insane. Trade rumors. Uh, which of these four you uh or or three you think is is most likely? Anthony Davis out of Dallas, Zack Lavine or Sabonis out of Sacramento, or Lori Markin out of Utah? Which one of these guys you think is most likely to get traded? Man, you asking me first, but I’m going to go with with the Sabonis and Lavine, them boys out of sack because I think if they don’t turn it around in in a in a in a in a hurry, they’re just going to blow it up. I think that’s where it looks like it’s going. They made a lightweight similar decision that the Clippers did and just are kind of try to build like a they did just try to try to get in the playoffs type [ __ ] Try to build old instead of trying to build, you know, that’s tough to do nowadays. Yeah. They just were I think just grateful that they could get some players in there. They’re like, “Oh [ __ ] we got we Russ, D Rozan, and Lavine, like all great players, and they all could be vital pieces on championship teams.” So that’s why I think they’re easy like all trade pieces. Yeah. But uh I think AD’s out of there really. Yeah. He doesn’t even want to he didn’t want to be there like it that was like forced. Where’s he going to go? I feel like you could any team that might need a a dominant big or something like he’s an easy piece for this year. like you want to you need to win this year. Like he would be in that conversation. Yeah. But then that means you got you got to give up something for Anthony Davis. He’s too good not to get nothing. So So that team’s going to have to give up some valuable piece, right? Probably. Or unless you got like crazy amount of draft picks or something like that. I would be sick if I was the Mavericks and I got rid of AD before Kyrie came back. So you just you never know. You know what I mean? You never get to see Flag and AD and Kyrie and Clay and Gafford and like just the whole team as it’s built and Lively and PJ. It’s just like the whole team as it’s like intended to be seen. Like if you never get an opportunity, you always be like, “Well, what if?” And I think Kyrie could be a floor raiser. I think that he could be the guy that like makes it way easier at point guard. But did they have the patience to do that? Do they have like the the timetable? Because six and 15 right now, 12 seed in the West. I mean, at what point at what point do you tell Kyrie this just this just Yeah, just hold up. Yeah, we’ll play play next year. Yeah, come on. Next year, that ain’t good for for anybody. But I think you just want to see what it is. Like just see how it looks because then you can get those answers. If he gets like 20 games at the end of the season or something like what’s his most recent time table? It’s like it’s going to be I think I think he tore it like in March or something last year or something like that. 20 games to see it ain’t worth it risk. You don’t think so? I don’t think so. Like if we’re God forbid heard it again, he fighting to make the play in. Like I know ACL is a little different nowadays though. Like people are coming back quicker and if they can get to the 10 that’s like 10 with Kyrie in there. Like that’s a scary team. Every team in the West is scared of that. Don’t you think? I agree. Yeah, I agree. If they could put it all together, Safe Flag is like at a point where he’s like consistently doing what he did the other the third man like the third man on and like and they have like I mean he would just be such a shot in the arm to them. I don’t know. I I just don’t I think it’s premature to try and trade him is and and you’re selling low like his value is not great right now. Like why not wait to like build up his value if you want to trade him and then uh Lori could be going out at out of Utah. Um that’s something I feel like has been threatened for so long. But I know Danny A isn’t taking a shitty deal. No way. There’s no chance he’s taking a shitty deal. No. He had to get a lot of other draft picks from uh Oklahoma City for Lorie Markin type [ __ ] Yeah, bro. There’s [ __ ] They’re They’re going to want something for Lorie Markin because that’s been the prize piece for quite some time. But I don’t I mean I I don’t know if they they could wind up waiting too long on on him. Yeah. Yeah. It seems like the Jazz are every year in the draft they’re like, “All right, who could we get now?” Like they’re trying to build like that. It seem at least to me that’s what it feels like. Is it hard for the Jazz to get rid of him though because of all everything involved? Cuz they’re going to want two picks for sure. They’re going to want two picks and like probably a good young player for sure. And it’s like who’s giving up two picks? Are you going to want those two picks? Do you want late first round picks? Is two picks from like, you know, the Knicks or some [ __ ] like that going to be the same as two picks from a a young franchise? Like I I just don’t know. But he’s the kind of player where it’s like he’s so useful. He’s so big and so skilled. Let me ask you this. How many years has he been in the NBA roughly? Eight. Nine. And how many years has he made the playoffs? Less than that. Yeah. Less than how many years is it? Uh he’s been NBA for nine seasons. Nine. He got drafted 2017. And yeah, he I mean yeah, he was on the Bulls. He hasn’t really been able to make the the playoffs, but is is it bad situations or you think it’s on him? Because he’s also the guy he I mean on him for sure. I don’t think it’s on him because you need more than one guy to make the playoffs in the NBA. He’s never made the playoffs. See what I’m saying? So, so you said he was a he’s been a prize possession for who? Yeah. I mean, it’s just the potential. It’s like when you sit on this potential for so long, but that’s the a credit to Danny A. Like some some of these these uh GMs can just like hold a guy be like, “No, balls in my court.” Who are you taking? Lori Markin or Caruso? What team? Just you got start a team. Yeah. You you you’re on you’re on a basketball court. You got to pick four guys to go play with you. I think marketing. I’m taking marketing. See, I don’t I don’t know how how how how wholeheartedly you believe that because of how long it took you to answer. Well, I wanted to consider everything that they bring to the table and I don’t want to just be a prisoner of like Alex Caruso having just won a championship. I think people are prisoner of the moment. It’s like, yeah, he won a championship, but like he didn’t win a championship when he was on the Bulls, but he’s super useful. It’s But it’s not like he like automatically wins it the same way Lori doesn’t automatically win it. You know what he did on the Bulls? He played the exact same way he did on uh on Thunder. No, I’m talking about uh Caruso. Oh, Caruso. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And he got one with the Lakers, too. So, are you taking Caruso, too? No, I’m taking marketing. Yeah, exactly. Why? I I just feel like a a big is more uh kind of like serviceable skill big too. Yeah. Like Caruso, you kind of gota he got to fit with the right players. Like you throw him in like some crazy situation, he won’t work. Mark could kind of figure it out, I feel like. But Caruso is great. Yeah, Caruso. Yeah, I got you. I I mean I wouldn’t be mad as stuck with either one. Caruso at&m was great. He was been great his whole career. Yeah. 6’3 white dude. Let’s go. Yeah. Yeah. Just making it happen. That’s right. Doing what he’s supposed to do. Um, they it it says on there, “What’s wrong with Philly?” And I feel like that that that Max Mac, you you must have wrote this. Yeah, that’s a Boston ass coded. What do you mean the [ __ ] What’s wrong with Philly? Philly is not supposed to be doing [ __ ] this year. But Philly [ __ ] sucked last year, bro. They have like an MVP on their team and then they have the best [ __ ] dog. What’s up with dog [ __ ] [ __ ] him. What happened to uh Edge? Was he what? He hurt. Uh his calf. I think his calf. I think he’s he’s all right. They’re not dog [ __ ] They’re like [ __ ] 11 and eight or something like that. They should They’re like exactly where they’re supposed to be. 10 and nine. Ninth in the ninth in the East. Go down. That’s going to go down. But Paul George is just getting back like Yeah, they don’t like to play. You don’t think? No. I think I think they’ll be I think they’ll be in I think they’ll be in the playoffs this year. But bro, you have to I I gave up I gave up my hatred for Boston a long time ago. Like you you’re hanging on to this hatred for Philadelphia because you play you’re a Boston fan. Like you don’t have to have this hatred. Listen, that’s both of you [ __ ] got the worst fan base in the world. I mean, I say that I say that with all due respect. Yeah. Great fan base, but [ __ ] as a whole. How so? And you you deserve it, though. You you guys earn to be [ __ ] Boston fans and Philly fans. Well, what do you think? They’re exactly the same. No, they’re not. What’s the difference? Um, probably. You said titles. I mean, that among the fans. Yeah, they’re both [ __ ] bro. Like, like great fans for for the home team. But, but like as far as how they treat a player when they come in there, how like opposing Yeah, opposing players. When you go to play in Philly, when you go to play in Boston, how does Philly treat you? How does Boston treat you? Like like a dick. Yeah. Great. It was great. Philly used to have a little a fan that sat like three rows behind the opposing bench and he had like a little dry erase board. This boom and he used to write folks stats. So like people at the end of the bench he like point two points for you know type of [ __ ] If you acknowledged him he would let you go. But if you was like mad like [ __ ] you type [ __ ] He was on your ass the whole game dog. It was great. Well you just have to be like aha. Yeah. Oh yeah. Just like yeah that’s a good one type [ __ ] Yeah. Yeah. You got me. Yeah, that’s creative. Yeah, you never seen a Boston fan with a white board, bro. They couldn’t even think of some [ __ ] like that. Oh, but they going to tell you how they feel though. Yeah, they will. They definitely will. Boston would have loved you, too. I guarantee that. Man, I’d like playing in Boston. Yeah, they would have loved you. He’s like Hornos but better. He’s like a new Bob Koozie. I don’t know about that. If I got to play with those guys, bro, that’ have been great. Yeah. But I’m thankful for the guys I got to play with, though. Yeah, you got to play with some some studs out there. Animals. But the the Philly problem is that their uh like power forward and like wing situation isn’t as strong as their guard situation and their center situation is a victim to injuries. Like they’re throwing guys out there at uh like power forward. They’re starting like Barlo and like Watford a lot and it’s like yeah those guys are fine. I don’t think that they’re starters in like in the long run in the NBA if you want to build a championship team. I think their guard play is incredible, but I don’t think that it’s built to, you know, that you have four good guards and then like no no like their their forward situation isn’t where it should be and you’re expecting too much of Drummond. Like Drummond shooting threes and [ __ ] like this year like trying to fill a void that he’s not big enough for. Yeah, that’s kind of crazy. But 43% from three. He is 43. Yeah, he added the shot this off season. 43.5. Yeah, bro. He added a little uh he’s and he’s confidently hitting it, too. It’s nice. I always wanted to play with Andre Jones, bro. I just throw it throw it anywhere near the rim. I know he was going to get it, bro. He’s amazing. He’s uh like I mean the league, bro. Connecticut legend. Connecticut. He What do you think? Like 13 years or something like that that he’s been in the league? I bet longer. Longer. Yeah, longer, I think. And he has found uh he’s like a perfect backup big. Like he’s he’s gracefully taken that role where it’s like He could start 45 60 games a year. Yeah. And put up like this is 14. Yeah. Double double machine, dog. Yeah. He could He’s a great rebounder. And the fact that Detroit found like a player that plays just like him in uh Duran like [ __ ] Dur’s a monster. Duran’s a beast. Like he’s the same it like he’s double double machine. Absolutely. Like an a monster. And like if we talk about young teams that are built right, like the same way that we’re giving a lot of credit to the Oklahoma City Thunder, we almost have to like start having that conversation about Detroit. Yeah. But do they have the same amount of picks as Oklahoma does? Oh, they the the future like doesn’t look as bright like as far as the amount of picks. like there’s no one that’s as as bright, but like with the talent right now, they they they the way that Kade is playing, the way that Duran is playing, and the way that they’ve been able to surround them with like smart, good vets like Tobias Harris, player. Yeah, I think that that’s a very uh exciting young franchise to be able to root for. I think they’re very they just like let their player they’re letting their players develop. I’m a big fan of Yeah, we drafted you. We’re sticking by you until we can. Like we let Kade develop. Perfect. Jaylen Duran, perfect. Yeah, you got Assar Thompson, Isaiah Stewart. Like these are players that were just already there. Like you go get a Tobias Harris that’s he’s not like a crazy superstar. Philly hated him for some reason. I don’t know why because he he’s a good player. Well, it’s just because Philly hates anybody. Yeah. Yeah. [ __ ] like them Boston fans. It’s It’s honestly true because like great [ __ ] You know what I’m saying? He But he was a great guy, too. But I think that people just, you know, you want to win a championship and it’s hard to blame other people and you see the contract that he gets and you’re like, “Okay, you’ve made how much money?” He wanted to demand something. But it’s it was unfair. And I’m happy for how he’s been able to be like the big bro in Detroit and like you even look at his social media and he’s always biging up the other guys that are on the team and he wants those young guys. He like thrives as a vet. There’s lower expectations in Detroit and it’s like letting them blossom into that role as opposed to getting crippled under the high expectations that you would get in Boston. Boston’s beating big teams though. Boston’s beating good teams this year. We’re going to make a run in the playoffs. I believe it. Well, I said five seed. I would I wouldn’t want to play him in the in the playoffs. Yeah. But do you think that the talent is like is there to be I don’t know. I think it’s wide open. I think it’s wide open for sure, but I don’t know if they have the talent. I don’t know about their their bigs, their big situation. I feel like that might hurt them in the or the guards could get cook catch cook, you know, they could get to cooking and that’s all you need, bro. Heats up. Like buddy had 42 last night. I think Pritchard Pritchard heats up, bro. That can happen in any any game that can happen. And it’s like you look at Simons and Pritchard and like profile-wise you’re like, “Oh, like that’s a guard that could take advantage of.” But like Missoula will have them playing tough as [ __ ] have all the help behind him that he needs. Bro, he’s Bro, there’s five guys out there. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So, I’m I mean, I’m happy to give Boston their flowers. We’re about to get some bonus, too. You think you’re going to get some bonus? Good authority there. You think who you got to give up against? Sources. We’ll get rid of like Kada, a draft pick, and then we’ll get rid of like hopefully not Derek White, but maybe Simmons, and then we’ll have some win the championship this year when Tatum comes back. Wow. See, that’s that’s that’s that’s a Boston fan right there. Yeah. Tyler thoughts. That’s a Boston fan right there. I can tell you have more thoughts, too. That was like the aid version. That was the short version. We’re getting Sabonis. We’re going to get Sabonis would be a good pickup for anybody, though. Yeah. I mean, he’s that same type of player that get out of bed and get you that double double. Yeah, no problem. Can pass it. Who is a better passer though, his dad or Vlad Dvok? Oh man, I’m gonna go with uh I’m gonna go with Vlotty because he was my teammate. But the highlights that I seen of uh old man Sabonis, he could pass now. Who was Harry? Pastoyakovic or Vlatty Devok. Oh man, that’s a tie. That’s a tie. Equally hairy. Yeah. Damn, bro. Those are some hairy bros. I wonder if Europeans sit around and talk about us Americans like like like this. Who has less hair? Yeah. Type [ __ ] Yeah. Jay Will alone. Yeah. Who knows? Yeah. That I mean they they have to. But I I I think that you got to give it to DevO. Devok had the [ __ ] the beard to go with it. DevO was great, man. I mean, we used to uh they did a uh what is it? A a highlight reel of every each player on Sacramento’s team one year. Each player had a different song to each and the only one I remember was Bloody Device was a smooth operator. I never heard a highlight film to that song. Smooth operator. Yeah, that’s hilarious. I mean, he was a smooth operator. Uh Chris Weber could pass the ball as well. All them boys could pass, bro. Yeah, they could catch, too. That thing was flying around. Your broby He Baby could pass. Baby could pass, but Bobby could shoot better than he could pass. Yeah. What? What’s Bivy’s workout? All the weights. All of them. Strong looking dude. Talking about [ __ ] And he can still shoot it, bro. That’s crazy to me that he can still shoot as good as he could back in the day. Yeah, he’s Desmond Bane before Desmond Bane. They’re just [ __ ] rocked up. Oh, man. I think Yeah, he looks uncomfortable. He’s so jacked. Honestly, he can still shoot though, can he? Yeah, that is tough. When you do you have to like change the mechanics when dudes get jacked like that? This [ __ ] looks the same. Yeah, I think my shot changed shot to shot. My form is felt like it. When you were shooting, how much do you think about your form when you’re shooting? Not really at all. I was just trying to get that [ __ ] off as fast as I could so it wouldn’t get blocked a lot of times. A lot of times. Yeah, that’s the smartest way to do it, bro. It’s uh it’s it’s uh you have to have that irrational confidence. And I saw uh one bro who had the most irrational confidence and uh it made me laugh. The crown is yours. hearing uh Giannis talk about where he would be on the scoring list in the the next five years. I don’t know if you saw Giannis in the locker room. Well, where is he at now? I think that he’s he’s climbing the ranks. I think that he was the fifth fastest to get to some scoring milestone before like before he was 30 and he was in like a very rare company with he’s 42nd right now. 42nd. But he just he was the he was the sixth youngest player to reach 21,000 points. There it is. six youngest series 21,000 and he just hit it right at 30 years old. How many more years does he play? He’s talking. Well, the way he was talking, it’s like he he’s not falling out of it doesn’t look like it doesn’t look like he he’s 30 years old and he got at least seven more years. He said in the next five years I’m going to be at the top of the list and that would mean that he would top of the list. He said, “I’m going to be at the top of the list in the next five above LeBron James.” above LeBron James who’s playing at 40 years old, 40 plus. And then he said he’ll be at the top of the list. And that would that would mean that LeBron would have break LeBron’s record. He said LeBron would have to retire today. And then he would have to average 56 points a game for the next five years, not missing a single game to be able to pass him. I [ __ ] with the freak. I’m like, “What the freak?” But I don’t see that one happening. I don’t know. Braun played a long time. Braun is still playing and getting adding to the jump. Yeah, he’s still adding to that pile. That’s not going to happen. I don’t think that Giannis crunched the numbers. I think that he was just like, “If I try hard.” Yeah. A goal. He’s got a goal. Yeah, he’s got a goal. It’s a great goal. And I hope that he plays a long time. And I do, too. He could wind up just being a post threat like I hope he never leaves Milwaukee. Yeah, I hope so, too. I don’t see that happening, though. Oh, you really? I think that he’ll wind up going and uh When’s his contract up? I mean, they signed him to a long one. But I I think uh Celtics trade like Payton Pritchette in two ones, kid. Not even. Yeah, less than that. Not even that much. But I think that he’ll wind up later in his career. I don’t think he’s going to get one in Milwaukee or get another one in Milwaukee. I think that the way that they’re built right now, they’re playing well. I don’t see it. I don’t see the nine and 12 right now. 11th in the East. Yeah, I don’t see it. Yeah, I don’t I don’t think they’re like really contending for real. And I don’t think that they have the build. So, you think he has to get out? I think that within the next three years, he’ll be out of there. If he’s trying to get that LeBron record, you might want to stay there. Yeah. I mean, what’s more important? He already has one ring. He got his ring. So it’s like, can you just chill and [ __ ] eat steaks in Milwaukee and drink for sure winning another championship is more important than beating LeBron’s scoring title. Yeah. For for young that that might not happen. But if you could wind up top 10 in scoring and get another ship, it what what that mean? It don’t matter. He’s still one of the greatest ever. Yeah. But I think that it would be more personally fulfilling for him. Oh, I got you. If he winds up like say he goes to Houston, say they package some of those picks in OKC. It’s like if he could be the Houston. You don’t like that or you do like it? Oh, I like put Giannis anywhere, bro. Yeah, because that’s because it’s interesting. Like it’s I love AJ Green as a player. Like I think that they’re they’re Who’s there two that they have this year? He’s like playing like they they’re making something happen. Bucks. Yeah. Gary Trent player, too. Ryan Rollins. Ryan Rollins been hooping lately. Yeah. He’s playing well, but it’s like is that enough? Is that to win a championship? Yeah. To win a championship. I don’t know who you got to beat the Thunder. Yeah, that West that West gets scared. Yeah. Yeah. The West. So, it’s like I I want him to be able to succeed, but it would be more interesting to see Giannis on a team that that is stacked. I mean, the Lakers is obvious. I think that the uh the Thunder is like one that’s been talked about, but they kind of poo pooed it because it doesn’t necessarily fit their timeline. They just want to pay people, replenish, get more picks. But, uh I think that Houston would be interesting because they What about the Magic? Would you trade Uh Vagner for for Giannis. Yeah. Yeah. Really? That’s that Vagner and Pics for what? Yeah, I’ll do that, too. What about Vagner and Suggs for for Yeah, I’ll do that for sure. I’ll give that everybody but Paulo. I would do that. Y everyone at the same time but Wow. Yeah. What? I would do that in a heartbeat. I ain’t going to lie. Sucks. You don’t love the Magic that much. I’d probably do that trade, too. But but man, just that fast. And Bane, well, [ __ ] who you got to play. But I mean, but but if it’s Milwaukee, they need to get something. They got to rebuild everything. They got to get a new a new name for the town so they could put someone on the burger joint across the street. Yeah, but the Magic ain’t giving up all that for Giannis. Maybe two of those dudes. I The Magic should give up everything they can to get Yiannis. Man, if they give up if they give up Suggs is huge for them, the heart of their team. And I understand why y’all are saying to get rid of him for Giannis. I know you got to give up something to get that. But well, I also don’t think it’s Giannis isn’t 37. Like if Giannis was 37, maybe Giannis is 30 years old and he wants to play. He wants to get the scoring title. Like that’s all you need to hear. He’s tripping. He wants He’s out of his [ __ ] mind. Can’t do math. No, it’s not his fault unless his three three ball gets a lot better. Yeah. Yeah. But I think that you could kind of put him in the like he could be a traditional post player. Like I’m not saying he’s Andre Drummond. I think he’s like even a better a better version than that. But like he could he doesn’t have to do the downhill Giannis two dribbles from half court [ __ ] Like you could probably if he wants to beat LeBron he’s got to do that cuz they ain’t slowing down to post his ass up. Yeah. Do you think he has to like [ __ ] just going to foul him? You think his body will hold up to be able to do that? It looks as if it has a good chance cuz he’s built long and skinny but he’s been uh he’s able to like skinny. What do you think he weighs? But like I agree that but he he’s built he’s been able to build out the frame whereas some of these other guys it’s not like WMY will never be at Giannis’s frame. No, cuz he’ll never work that hard. Oh, you think that’s what it is, man? I don’t know. I don’t know. Wy was with the monks. He was in the Shaolin. Giannis. That’s That’s pure work in the weight room, dog. What he do? Yeah. Yeah. He’s on the bib. If Wimby worked as hard as Giannis looks like he worked, what do you think Wimby would look like? I don’t I think some people’s frame just don’t allow it. Oh, and they don’t want to do it like KD. Oh, so you think KD doesn’t want to? I think KD’s so strong on the basketball court, probably. Yeah, but why why does KD need to get any stronger? He’s going to give you 35 at at at I think that would hinder his I do too. Like all this [ __ ] Yeah, I do too. Like Giannis is like, “Yeah, I’m getting downhill euro step.” Yeah. And yeah, he wants you to bump off of you, too. Get to my midies. Yeah. He don’t need to be strong. Giannis’s shoulders are [ __ ] weapons, dude. The way he throws his shoulders, his elbows. Like, so are KD’s. Just a little E. That’s all he needs is E. Oh, you’re saying they’re like they’re like fine. They’re like uh those are sniper bullets. Sharp. Yeah. It’s a little slit. He Yeah, he’s playing, bro. He He’s going to be great no matter what. Uh Kings struggling. Sun’s balling. Trailblazers fourth in the West. That’s if we want to talk about teams. I didn’t see [ __ ] coming. What? What the How is that happening? Is it all Drew Holiday? Is Drew Holiday just like the team whisperer? I don’t know, bro. What? How is that? How is it? Denny is I guess like he’s he’s like a I’ll be honest with you, bro. They don’t start till 10:00 over here on the east, but I’m 50 years old. I’m slept already by 10. Yeah, I haven’t watched, as you would say, n That’s right. Watch [ __ ] any They’re actually 10th. Uh uh 8 and 12. Yeah, I think they’ve lost like a couple in a row or something like that. But still, I thought they would be like one like like the Pelicans like two on 17 or something. What’s up with the boy Scoot Henderson? Is he Is he Is he healthy? He uh he pulled he had a hamstring injury that he’s still getting. I thought he was going to be nice when he first came in. Yeah. I feel like once he gets back from that hamstring injury, this is the year he got to you got to prove something. I agree. Yeah. Well, that top five of the class isn’t doing him any favors cuz everybody else looks great. Who’s the top five of that? They have both of the Thompson twins. Wimby people were like really and and Brandon Miller. Yeah, man. People were like, “Yo, no way you taking Wimi over Scoo Henderson.” I remember like that being a conversation. It’s crazy now, right? But Scoot Henderson’s gonna be nice though. Yeah, I think he’ll be good. He just had like he just hasn’t I wish he didn’t start the year hurt cuz I feel like this year it was like here bro like uh Infony Simons is gone ball is should be you. That’s why they got rid of Simons because it’s like okay here’s your turn. Shaden Sharp next to him. He’s nice. Denny like that’s like then you like Jeremy Grant. I I don’t I don’t know. But I mean I Yeah, they’re they’re they’re better than I thought that they were going to be. Uh but you’re fully out on the on the cup, huh? The Yeah. No, I mean I I I like I I’m out on the courts. I like I like the I like I like what it means. Who do you think it would mean the most for them of the eight teams that are left? The Orlando Magic. Yeah. Yes. Cuz it would really show that like the Magic are doing something. They’re building something. Yeah, I think so. I mean, this is they’ve been rebuilding and rebuilding and rebuilding and now they got their guys. You popping champagne if they win or what? I’m not a drinker, you know what I mean? Yeah. I mean, I partake I I’ll celebrate in different areas, different aspects, a celebratory, you know, I might hit I might take a shot of Pink Whitney. Oh, you’re talking. You know what I mean, bro? Does uh How old is too old for a man to smoke a bong? And if you’re breathing, if you’re able, willing and able, and you so choose to smoke a bong. Yeah. Why not? Not hurting anybody. Why? Well, I think like bongs like it’s like dirty kind. Well, it gets you fresh, clean the [ __ ] [ __ ] You know what I mean? I feel you. But a lot of times when I see like a dirty bong or even just the water of a What’s your thoughts on bongs? You think you think you age out of bongs or you think bongs are timeless? I think it depends on how how you want your high. Well, I think bongs are You want to be assaulted? Is it bombs will be in frat houses until there no frat houses? Well, I’m saying they’ll be in frat houses, but I’m saying uh how about for the frat boy, the brother, the man. Oh, they’ll be at the smoke shop for sale for everywhere. I know adults that still partake in bongs activity. You got you got bongs are for real. I saw a bong in the background of a bar stool sports video and I was like, who’s like who’s in the ripping bong? Who Who’s just hitting the [ __ ] bong? It’s Do you think it’s it’s aggressive kind of? Yeah. You want to be a little more efficient with your uh your weed. Yeah. You about you going to get high. Yeah. Yeah. I got a little ball marker for golf. It’s like this big as a little bone. Yeah. Is it usable? Thanks to Swag Golf. No, it probably is in in an emergency. But I I’m never in emergency. What was the biggest p like what was the the most creative MacGyver out you ever got smoking something in a pinch? Probably like a a soda can. Soda can. Yeah. Yeah. That’s not That’s light. Yeah, we used to put a joint inside of a we burn a small hole into a a water bottle like and then put the end of the joint in and turn that into like a nonwater bong, which is basically crackhead behavior honestly. Like if you’re as soon as you’re burning plastic to put the Yeah. last little bit of weed in. But I was poor at the time. Yeah. I’ve been pretty fortunate since I partake. Um so I haven’t really had the struggles. Yeah, the struggles are nasty. I bet the struggles are are But they’re not they’re not nasty when you’re going through them. Yeah. Oh my god. It’s amazing when you’re going through. I reconnected with a friend one time where where I was just we were talking about how we were really in a pinch and I we we couldn’t find any weed. This is probably 2011 or something like that. And we took like uh that we got K2 from the store. We got the spice from the store. What? Wait. Whoa. That’s not like making people chew jaws. Like this is 2011 when K2 wasn’t like that. It was a spice and they made it look like weed and then we put that with blunt guts and wrapped it and then put it long ways into a water bottle and like put a hole in the water bottle and really we just got a headache like uh it was no there was no pie involved. It was a headache and that’s crackhead behavior. You know what I mean? You you bought the uh what was it called? The K2. You bought the K2 and like what like I went to a like a what they sell like 3.5 pack? No, it was like like a a little gram in a plastic container and they made it look like weed where it would be like it was fluffy as like pillow stuffing, but there was like a stick in it to to like kind of convince you that there was like sticks and stems involved with it. How much was that? Uh probably $8 to $10 or some [ __ ] or something like that. Or maybe it could have might have been less. I don’t I don’t remember the exact economics of it. Uh yeah, it’s gave you a headache. A wonder I’m alive honestly. But but people I mean now K2 is like K2 is a different thing now. K2 is like people outside. Yeah. That they’re at like a park like like scratching themselves being you going to need two two [ __ ] like that’s like bad. But uh then they were just selling it at a smoke shop. Then there was like a valley and then it came back as like the devil. But yeah, true. back and rolls like it was really back and it wasn’t it wasn’t I wouldn’t say it was good but uh we were in a pinch and uh I was trying to get fried before work you know what I mean okay too yeah it was it was a bold uh it was a bold decision um what else we have on here before we get the [ __ ] out of here confronting fans sitting courtside he said you don’t know nam case that I’m going through. What about by that? What What’s the case? Refresh my memory. He um I think I don’t know if he had relations with a a woman who was allegedly allegedly had relations with a girl who was allegedly underage, but allegedly she got into the club uh with a fake ID. I don’t think nobody should be yelling [ __ ] like to that uh uh uh level at a at a player. Did you see the the Kings fan, too? Kings fan was I actually am a big fan of the Kings fan. Like play defense. Yeah, the Kings fan was on their ass. Kings fan. He was like, “I’m from He’s like, “The fans out here are are great. I’m from Brooklyn, but the fans in [ __ ] Sacramento are great.” He was behind their bench yell. He said, “Six uh six possessions in a row, Zack Lavine didn’t pick up his defender, and he was [ __ ] tired of it. So, he got behind the bench and he let them hear it.” How many times did he say some [ __ ] over? How long? Is it bad? I mean, I I don’t know exactly what he was yelling, but they stopped the game so he could [ __ ] get it off. They kicked him out. They kicked him out. So, like, is it just like say if I’m just chirping you like randomly like just doing what a fan does? Like if you were literally like, “Oh, I want him out.” And I’m not sure. I never I never witnessed that in my career. I feel like I see that a lot. Like, yep, get him out. And then they don’t want to hear any explanation or anything, which I think is whack. I think the fan the fans pay a lot of money. They can say they can say some [ __ ] but but like if they’re yelling [ __ ] about he said to him, he said, “Yo, uh, we don’t pay to watch you not play defense.” Uh, Zack Le said, “Go home.” And and I think that I think that the fan is within his rights to be like, “Play defense.” I think that that’s fine from a fan. I do too. If I’m Zach Lavine, I’m just ignoring all that [ __ ] I don’t hear none of that. Yeah, because Zach Lavine is like rich, super athletic, doesn’t have to try that hard and is playing in Sacramento, and I don’t think that he cares that much right now. Okay. And what what if the Kings game plan is is to play this certain way and that guy that’s yelling play defense sees it a different way? Yeah, but uh I don’t do a lot of teams I’ve never played in the league. Do a lot of teams is their like philosophy don’t play defense? Oh, no. I’ve never heard that in my not from anywhere from seven year olds to the But I get it that there’s definitely fans who don’t know. I’m just playing devil’s advocate. No, no, but there’s Yeah, there’s fans who don’t know what the scheme is and it’s like do this or that and it’s like they don’t I’m all for the fans yelling [ __ ] whatever you want to yell, but but if you get personal that that [ __ ] can come back to bite you in the ass. One, and two, you ain’t no need to keep yelling play defense, play defense. If he knows Zack Lavine heard him the first time or second time, let that [ __ ] go, bro. He said, “So, so I started letting him have it. No, I pay to be here. You go home. You get paid over 40 million per year. You got eight points in the fourth quarter. You don’t show up.” And Lavine probably got wasn’t feeling that. Yeah. But now, but if Lavine or Lavine’s buddies pull up to him on the on outside the arena, they’re wrong, right? Well, if they pull up to his job, I don’t think they’re wrong. If they’re like, “Fucking mop the [ __ ] floor harder or whatever, you know?” I think that that’s like uh they say they don’t pull up at their work, and I get that it’s a players league, but what do the players want? like an echo chamber where everybody has pompoms for them after every [ __ ] like miss or make that they’re like, “You’re doing great, sweetie.” Like, you have to be able to hear it. You’re getting paid that much. That’s part of why you’re getting paid that much. And as much as people are paying to cheer, they’re paying to like cheer for and be frustrated by their team if they so choose. Like, I don’t think that you should be able to like say whatever. I think that like if you’re a scumbag, other fans should be like, “Yo, shut up.” Like, you’re being an [ __ ] But I think you should be like, “Hey, get back on defense.” Yeah. Do you think Zack Lavine meant to go three for 12? The [ __ ] But he’s talking about defense. Something effort based. Whatever he was. Something effort based is way different from missing shots. Yeah. Well, I don’t feel like fan like I get if you talking like the giddy thing. Like what are you talking about, bro? Like you made it personal. Yeah. Yeah. I feel like a fan is in his right to be like I’m watching this game and I’m just yelling. Can you please play defense? Yeah. I’m I’m I’m okay with that, too. I feel like in this situation, I’m like like you I don’t think he should have been thrown out of the arena for that. When you’re talking crazy, you getting personal, all that stuff. I get it. And I I can almost guarantee you that he got thrown out for being crazy. He didn’t get thrown out saying play defense. Play defense, bro. You think I’m getting kicked out for that? You think I’m getting kicked? There’s no way. Did you see the the Draymond one? I think it was last week, but we missed it. But um where the fan the fan was the fan was like calling him like Angel Reese or something. No way. Yeah. Draymond like went up to him. The guy But the guy was like he was tall. Yeah. He was like He was like, “Whoa, bro.” Yeah. And I think that that’s okay. I don’t think that that’s personal. He took it somewhere. That could have been a compliment. Kept calling him angel. That ain’t right. Why isn’t it right? So you think Draymond You think Draymond like should have like is that fine for Draymond to walk up to him like that? No. I think I think Draymond should just ignore [ __ ] that type [ __ ] man. Or you could say something. Just don’t get him kicked out. Be like, “Man, shut up. You’re pay paying to watch me?” like you talk your [ __ ] or just ignore him. Yeah. Or ignore him. But but getting him kicked out, I think that that’s I don’t know if this one got if he got kicked out. I don’t know for certain, but I I’m going to go out on a limb and say that the the k getting kicked out [ __ ] There’s some personal [ __ ] said. That’s that’s just my opinion. I don’t think there’s any guy in the NBA that’s going to that’s going to get a guy kicked out for for keeping it real. I think it’s more sexist to get someone kicked out for calling you Angel Ree because then you’re saying you take it as an insult. You should just say thank you that you called me Angel Reese. She’s a great basketball player. That’s right. She’s a great basketball player and I I walking double double. Did your rebounds come in yet? But meounds haven’t hit yet. I sold out worried about them because my wife probably just got them for me for Christmas. She’s probably just waiting to surprise me guy. Meound. I’m a meound guy. Really? I have been a rebound guy. I think that they were a great sponsor for uh Survi or Yeah. Surviving Bar Stool that we did earlier this year. Oh, sweet. Rebback just got into golf, right? I think they did, but I think Adidas is our golf sponsor who is who are also fantastic. Fantastic. Gotcha. Keeping it Adidas makes some good golf gear. Yeah, I ain’t going to lie. What are you playing? I’m a Nike guy. Yeah. Yeah. The best or as not as good as Adidas. I’m going to stop talking. Uh pooping and hollering. Another great episode. Uh subscribe to the show. uh make sure that whatever platform we are, you know, it helps the show to to comment. Uh obviously, we’re trying to build something here and uh we want to we want to make it as big as possible. Uh huge things coming and uh just just the absolute pleasure. Studios supposedly coming. That’s what they’ve been telling me, dog. I mean, I don’t know, dog. Yeah, right. They’ve been They better get to work. We better see some guys in hard hats bending that corner over there. I’m gonna have them [ __ ] shipped. I’m not bringing nam. That [ __ ] is too big. It’s like as big as this table. I’m not going on a plane with that. He had some He had some paintings, bro. I got some [ __ ] for the studio if you want. He had some fire paintings. We can’t put them all in there though. That No, no, no. One or two. Yeah. Not one. Yeah. Like when dudes have like a like a statue of themselves at their house, it’s it’s a little bit over over but like we had one or two would be nice. I concur. I don’t have I’m not at that level so I don’t know what you have some sick paintings of yourself though and it’d be what a fans send them to you or how do you wind up getting those for sure. That’s sick. I don’t know if you see web I’ve had that for since my rookie year. Yeah, that’s [ __ ] sick. That’s a sweet one. I Which one are you about to bring in Web? I think we should do that one. You know what? I could just take that out of the frame and bring that with me and reframe it. They could ship it though. They’ll ship it. You don’t have to. I’m afraid I’m afraid to get shipped, man. Get cracked. Yeah. You don’t trust the uh postal system and and [ __ ] do you? I don’t really trust too many folks in the world. Why? Why is that? Cuz this world’s gone to [ __ ] Yeah. So, back in the day, you trusted people, but now people are back in the day. I trust so many people. Yeah. Like Like I never locked my door as a jit, bro. Now I’m in Bale, West Virginia. Ain’t too much cracking, but but still no way. I’m I’m locking my door now. I’m in the gated community. Really? Yeah. Well, those are the sneakiest ones sometimes. You’re right. Yeah. Got to lock your door. The [ __ ] going on out here, bro? Another day at Barcel Sports. Another day at hooping and hollering. See you guys next week. Yeah.
