Can the improving Bills defense handle Joe Burrow and the Bengals?

We get off to slow start, buckle the F up
Well they have Joe Burrow, Chase and Higgins. And our Defense lost to Davis Mills, Tua and Penix. So the chances aren’t good.
Our DBs are playing well. D-line will have to generate some pressure without blitzing, which may be tougher if Bosa cant go. Offense has to maintain drives.
Can the offense put up a lot of points on the horrible Bengals defense?
Inside of the bills locker room there are two wolves –
One that sucks at football
And one that knows how to play
Each week we have no idea which wolf is coming out of that cave
How about not turning the ball over.
If they play man and try and mug the Bengals receivers to give the pass rushers an extra step or two then yes. But we all know that’s not gonna happen. We’re gonna play 5 yards off and let Burrow dink and dunk is to death
We need to repeat last weeks performance, this is a ground and pound game. Even if Kincaid and Palmer are back, run the ball. Keep calling the same plays, who cares just limit possession to Burrow.

Just stick Hairston to Jamar Chase and force Burrow to play on the ground.
I think the biggest elements are whether we can run on them and if we can stop their run. If we can make them one-dimensional and dictate the course of the game we will be in a great position to win the game.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Tre. He’s FAR from the player he was but it seems he’s been available (big thing that), he’s made the expected play and seems consistent. Yes- I’ve seen glaring problems too, but in the bend dont break concept he’s present.
Better question might be about the Bengal’s (previously?) worst D in the league and how hard we ball against them. Could be a repeat of TB

I’ll let you guys in on something here. Our defense is ass, top 5 worst of all time ass. And if you just force feed the ball to James Cook and keep the ball out of Burrows hands, you can probably easily beat us in a low score game, but expect Joe to keep us in the game at all times. Hopefully it will be a fun one, I’ve always enjoyed watching the bills. And it was really fun ending your playoff drought when we beat the ravens that one year. Here’s to a good game.
We need to get pressure on Burrow. Otherwise they are going to dink and dunk us to fucking death. I am honestly more concerned about offense though. The defense will get just enough stops, but if the O starts slow again or worse has multiple turnovers we are done.
Cincy has allowed the 2nd most yards in the NFL, the most passing yards in the NFL and the 2nd most passing yards in the NFL. their defense is absolute garbage – putting Burrow and his capabilities to the side, no reason at the very worst we’re in a shootout. the Cincy back, although talented – is 19th in the league in rushing. hopefully we can continue the momentum with our solid defensive outing against Pitt and limit their run game. I say we take Cincy out 🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬🦬
