I remember the powerhouse Cleveland teams of the 1990s. A friend noticed my license plate looks a lot like “BAERGA9”. I’m in CA, it’s not a vanity. Do any of you know the creative genius that snuck this in at the license plate factory?

If I recall correctly, according to cartoons, a license plate factory is a prison

I got turned down for my 604753 vanity plate years back.
In California a number, three letters, and then three numbers is standard. You just got lucky!
Lofton had 90 FEET on some red Ferrari (I think was his car), possibly a lambo
License plate factory? You mean the prison?
This is a standard-issue California plate. They’ve been counting sequentially upwards from 1AAA000 since 1980. [There’s a website that tracks license plates](https://licenseplates.cc/history.php?id=20) (because of course there is) and 8AER649 tracks to an issue date of around September 2017.
Probably Carlos himself… the man is not above a little self promotion….
Angeleno’s do love their Indians merch and vintage players from the mid 90s
