The Timberwolves have A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY
A trade report came out actually linking a major, and I do mean this, major, NBA superstar, potentially getting traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves. We’re going to discuss today whether or not this golden opportunity is actually a good idea for our Minnesota Timberwolves. As always, North America, I’m Dave Da. Thanks so much for tuning into the Timberwolves Digest. I deliver daily Minnesota Timberwolves news, some trade rumors, some trade reports, and of course, a little bit of commentary on the side as well. So, we’re going to also on today’s Timberwolves Digest dive into what went down last night in the Timberwolves victory at home against the San Antonio Spurs. So, it’s a big show for you today. Now, remember, our show is interactive. In other words, I want to hear from you. I want to know what your thoughts and opinions are on our Timberwolves. And I’m going to begin by asking you this particular question. Should the Timberwolves seriously at this point consider actually trading for James Harden? Please go ahead and drop your comments in. Would you like to see James Harden on this particular team? Now, we’re going to get into that report in just a little bit. Um, that links James to the Minnesota Timberwolves, excuse me, the Beard to the Minnesota Timberwolves. But first, I think we need to do a little bit of justice to the T-Wolves based on what they actually accomplished last night at home against the San Antonio Spurs. Now, first bit of information worth actually taking a look at is of course Ant-Man became the Timberwolves all-time leader in 30point games. A fantastic game for of course Ant-Man once again. One other thing I want to point out is that Jaylen Clark actually got back on track at least a little bit last night from a three-point shooting perspective. 125 to 112 was the final in that particular game. Um, not too much else to really talk about from last night’s game. I think the Timberwolves certainly played extraordinarily well. I think they are at least back on track. Their next two games are in New Orleans against the New Orleans Pelicans. So things should be back completely on track, if you know what I mean, for the Timberwolves. All right. So the Timberwolves entered today actually in sixth place in the Western Conference. And one of the main things I really wanted to talk about on the Timberwolves Digest today is whether or not it is a good idea to actually bring James Harden into the Timberwolves and what would that ultimately cost the team to make something like that actually happen. Now, taking a look at where the Clippers actually stand from a roster perspective. As you can tell, it’s not pretty, especially for a team that’s actually playing in a $2 billion basketball arena. I didn’t say stadium, I said basketball arena, which of course spent $2 billion. Uh they spent $2 billion on that arena. So, we’re going to get into the report next. And as we take a look at this report, um, and I’m pulling this up for you right now. Now, uh, one of the things that gets pointed out, and I didn’t, uh, bring you the whole report here, but just bits and pieces of it, is that Tim Connelly is certainly the kind of general manager that is not afraid to actually make big deals. And I think it’s actually one of the things that I personally love about Tim Connelly. He tends to not actually sit on his laurels too long before he actually makes a move. And based on what’s actually happened with this Timberwolves team, at least to this point, this stage of the season, it’s become really clear that some sort of shakeup is needed. Now, I don’t know if we’re talking about a major shakeup like a bringing James Harden into the team, which as I pointed out um here in this particular report would cause the Timberwolves to possibly part ways with Nause, uh old man Mike Connelly, Rob Dillingham, and maybe Joe Ingles just from a salary cap perspective to make something like that work. Now, over the last couple days, we’ve also talked about possibly moving off of Julius Randall, which of course would be another option. I’m not sure that the Timberwolves and the fans, including myself, would like to see us part ways with Nas Reed at this point, but just from a peer, you know, stand, just a peer on the court uh player perspective, the very idea of having James Harden there with Anthony Edwards, and we all know that James Harden has started to ski down the backside of Career Mountain, but when we take Take a look at his stats from this particular season. They are outstanding. They are almost, if you will, Houston Rockets James Harden. Now, the internet wants James Harden to actually be traded back to the Houston Rockets. There’s uh several reports that came out over the last couple days about potential landing spots for James Harden outside of Minnesota and outside of Houston. also includes uh New Orleans and Dallas as potential landing spots for James Harden. I think the way James Harden’s been playing at this point, just about any team in the NBA outside of probably Brooklyn is a potential landing spot for James Harden at this point. Now, I really want to know what your thoughts and opinions are on Harden possibly becoming a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves. Do you think this is actually a good idea? And if it is, what are you actually willing to give up to actually bring James Harden to the team? Now, quick refresher for you all in terms of how much money Harden’s actually making this season so you have a sense of what you’d actually have to do to actually trade for James Harden. Of course, this would be a Tim Connelly major move if he did actually make the move. The Timberwolves certainly wouldn’t make the move without getting a slightly longer guarantee out of James Harden than what you actually see here on paper because they’re not going to trade a bunch of things away when the player actually has a player option for the upcoming season. So, love to get everybody’s thoughts and opinions on this particular deal. Do you think this is a good idea? Uh, what are your thoughts on James Harden potentially getting traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves? My thoughts on this personally are that I actually love the way James Harden’s been playing. He’s been playing and putting up these big numbers quite frankly because he has no help on that Los Angeles Clipper team at this point. So, it’s important to actually point that out. But down the stretch, especially the struggles the T-Wolves have had in the last five minutes of games, James Harden would certainly be a big benefit for this team. Now, I think if you’re doing a like Randall for Harden trade and you’re not giving up too much else, that would probably be the direction I would actually go. I don’t know for sure what your thoughts and opinions are, but go ahead and drop them in. Thanks so much for tuning into today’s episode of the Timberwolves Digest. As always, I’m Dave Dyba, wishing you all a tremendous rest of your sports viewing day.

I would say De’Aaron fox or Jrue holiday would be a good fit, but I don’t know if the spurs would give fox up
He is a veteran point guard. Depends what it takes to get him
Just looked at hardens stats this year was shocking.
No way in hell do I want that flopper on the wolves.
Dump randle bring in Harden.. start naz reid
Feel like For what we would be giving up for Harden we could get a younger star point-gaurd like Ja. That being said i personally would love to see us try and get a cheaper PG like Andrew Nembhard from the pacers.
You production is amazing.
It sounds good until you realize we have to trade naz or randle to get this deal done. That would be stupid to give them up for old james
NEW SUBSCRIBER! yess
Harden would be cool
? Ahhh hell, Finch don't want a guy who don't know what defense is.
It’s interesting because Chris did coach James in Houston it seems like a lot of Ant Chris has developed offensively was from the Rockets threes or layups era of basketball
Pass.
Nooooooo, noooo, nooooo!!!!!!! James Harden is 36!!!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
big nooooo
NOBODY WANTS HIM
NEVER WANTS TO SEE IT HAPPEN
PLEASE NO!!!!!!!
On paper it looks amazing but Harden is not a playoff riser….. He is the opposite of Jaden McDaniels and ANT…. He shrinks in the playoffs…. I'm not giving up Big Juu for Harden either, so the only way that trade would happen is if NAZ, DDV, Dilly, and TJ are sent out of town to make it work
Nty…
Ja Ja Ja
Fuck no. Go after Derrick White, Darius Garland or Lamelo Ball. we need people that add to our identity. Not some 16 year vet with no long term reliability.
Dumbest thing I ever heard
I would like The Beard. He buys us 2 years to find a reliable point guard. Its obviously Ant Man's team. The Beard could take pressure off the back court for Anthony Edwards. Plus he can pass and make plays. Double teaming Ant would make it dangerous!
Harden joins teams and they lose do not sign Harden every team is gone on even if they make the finals they lose
Harden is never coming here
🌲🐺
Beating the spurs without Wemby is NOT an accomplishment.
You tube has so many fake news and reports that you would think Trump owns it. It would be foolish.
