Gonna go out on a limb here and say that’s a gold chain.
Not an expert on jewlery by any means but i am pretty sure it is a gold chain.
The chain is a reference to Bedard’s favourite album, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx by Raekwon. IIRC he listened to it on the way to early morning practices when he was in major junior and it just kinda stuck, so after he got his first ELC he decided to treat himself with a gold chain. He talked about it in an interview once with the Loch Ness Monsta.
This kid is a pure stud, on and off the ice. No way around it.
