  1. Joining the Steelers? Cool.

One more shot at the Super Bowl? Extremely unlikely, but love the optimism.

  2. Everyone is ripping on this move as if theres better options available at this point.

  3. We could sign prime Moss and Rice. Unless they enjoy catching the ball behind the LOS we’re cooked

  4. It feels like our front office saw The Expendables and was like “we should do this with our team”

  5. I was just saying, this team is one slow wr that can’t get open away from contention.

  6. I know we’re all doom and gloom right now, but if were gonna keep trying to compete, I dont mind this move. Give him a week to get acclimated, and he’ll hopefully help with the Lions since he’s played them 30 times.

He also can get open, which is above our current guys lmao

  7. Great, maybe they can actually suit him up, instead of keeping him on the practice squad while the starting lineup struggles.

  8. Out with the OLD….in with the OLDER !..SMDH !

iv decided to be a walk on ..calling him now ..please hold !

He’s on the line with Al Bundy..I’m on hold…CROSS YOUR FINGERS…PLEASE STANDBY !

  9. They should have traded him if he wanted to go to a super Bowl contender…

Putting him on waivers is just setting him up for disappointment

  10. Is he better than CAIII or Roman Wilson? Probably not. But is he worse? Also probably not

  11. Now I know I’m going to probably start a fight in the comments by saying this but signing Thielen is IMO a good move since it’s obvious that we’re struggling in that regard

  12. “Thielen, 35, wanted one more shot at a super bowl in his final season but was unfortunately claimed by the steelers”

sorry adam, but it’s not happening

  13. I know everybody has the jokes bc of his age but at this point anything over Calvin Austin right now.

Theilen had 100 receptions and 1000 yards 2 years ago and 48 for 615 and 5 tds last season.

He was in a crowded receiver room in Minnesota and if he can still run routes this is desperately what this team needs.

  14. Tomlin has nightmares about Wes Welker and Julian Edelman. He’s been desperate to find his own small, white slot receiver for the last decade.
