NHL Highlights | Bruins vs. Red Wings – December 2, 2025

James Van Remdsteikeke the former Boston Bruin for 71 games a couple of seasons ago did not dress on Saturday night. He starts on the right wing. Comper in the middle. Fraser Mitten acquired from Toronto for Brandon Carlo who’s out for a while. Could have knee surgery coming up. Good pass there. Here’s Van Reamsteike scores. The former Bruin makes it one- nothing. Well, a good chance by the Bruins at the other end. Johansson with a long dump picked up just outside the blue line. And I got to believe that Swayman overplayed this to the short side. There’s the dump pass the linesman right onto the back of the blade of JVR. Yeah, he’s overplayed that way too much to the short side. Left hand shot down the left wing. It’s a pretty darn good shot. This a tough line for Boston. Castle throws it in. Jano got a lot of money from the Bruins. Tough guy. Save made. There’s another save made. Two big stops there by Gibson on. Stolen here by the goal scorer. Same spot. Makes the move. What a move in on goal and stopped this time by Swayman. Oh, Van Reamdikeke. Here’s a break the other way. Here comes Kane. Just lost it. Following up though came to left it there to Brink it across for Kane now for Cider with some room. There’s a stop. He scores. A goal and an assist tonight. Triple. Alander Cobb is right at the top of the crease, just outside of it. And you can see this lane is this is what the goalender’s going to look at. And the puck’s going to go in the net right here. There’s no way. All he can do is hope it hits one of his guys or it hits him. Neither happened and the Red Wings lead by a pair. Patrick Kane will get an assist. I know you’re probably expecting Lucas Reman. He got Logan Reaver instead. So, sorry about that. Ken, we’ll send it back to you. Say the same about Daniel, who was me. It was uh wonderful. Kids look great. Put it around in behind the net for Andrew Peak off the skate of Cider. Grabbed by Simon Edmonson into the zone it went. Loose puck. Finding it. Scores to break it. Let it go. And it beats Swayman. He got a piece but not enough. his 13th and it’s three nothing so far tonight. Loose puck bouncing. I got it. You take it. And oh my goodness, he wants this one back big time. Nobody in the road. It barely hits the back of the net, but it doesn’t matter. Number 93’s got another one in his 400. Save made there. Rebound. Danielson threw it out front and Boston sends it the length of the ice. Icing against the Bruins. Now Boston, they really like him. Blonde had it knocked away. Comes back here for Edmonson. Shot toward the goal. Loose puck. They jam away at it. And it’s in behind the net. Cleared by Zidora. A good feed in for Asamont and Morai kept it in momentarily but here’s a break on the wing. Here’s Lark and looks back to Kane and a save made. Good save Johansson to Sandine Pelica. That went wide to the net. Harbertson with good feed up for Jano. Tanner Jano goes in after it. Six NHL seasons with Nashville, Tampa, LA, and now Boston. Zador off across one-time scores. Big shot. Aspo. That’ll be his first point and goal in the National Hockey League if it wasn’t tipped by another Bruin. That’s Aspro’s first point hockey league goal for the undrafted 26-year-old in his seventh pro season. No, it wasn’t anywhere near a tip. This right through. This goal’s got to be stopped. Shot from the blue line. It was just missed. Yeah. Over with a pad and under the the catching glove by Gibson. He won’t be happy with that. Behind Christ. Couldn’t pick it up and cleared by Cider to center. Back instas Lynholm. Shot. Save. Rebound. Look out. They score. Just like you were saying, Steves gets the goal. His fourth of the season and his 12th game and his 27th in the NHL. Asparo. And now Steves. Well, Boston with lots of pressure. There’s a nice play. The nice play was made back to the point, the left point. And you got a juicy rebound. That’s no interference there. And you got a one-shot game. 422 into the second left and turnaround shot. Good save. That was off Elias Lynn home by Gibson. That’s way too good a chance Ken off a face off like that. Somebody missed the coverage. Red Wings got to get it together here quickly. And that won’t make Todd Mcllen happy because he has lamented poor faceoff coverage that has cost the Red Wings goals in recent games. Here comes Finny. on for Raymond. Now to Larkin to the slot for Sherrot scores. Ben Sherro a twogoal lead restored. There’s a goal for Tapio Michigan. Way to go, Ben. His second goal the past four games. And that’s what happens when you follow up the play. Larkin will get the assist, the primary assist. I think Raymond the second one. And that is a big goal after the Boston Bruins had it all going here with two straight goals in a one-shot game. Oy. So Swayman buddy who died at 911 in the trash. Uh went down to Boston three days myself. I’ll get back three weeks later. It was it was a little bit of fun. Don’t give him anything. We don’t need anymore. Get out of here with two points and get ready for the road trip. Good save there with the left pad by Gibson. Sure was kept in by Lynholm. Oh, a big check. Way too good an opportunity right there. Nice left batan comes to break it with yet another multi-point game. Dylan Larkin plays it back to Raymond to Cider. Raymond to Cider to Raymond again to Kane. Decider to Raymond. He scores. Beautifully set up. It’s 52 power play goal. Referee’s talking. But boy oh boy, artistic puck handling. See Raymond handles it twice and then goes to his spot and he ends up getting it laid on a platter right there. He makes the play to Kane. Back to Cider over to Raymond and it’s a power play goal. Raymond’s fifth in his last eight games in for Geeki. Morgan Geeki with it. Drops it off. Lynholm in front. They score. Tipped through by Merritt Hnadino with his fourth. And Boston within two. A fouron four goal. Sandy Pelica getting trapped in the other end. Now, they did get him back into the play, but scrambled to do so. He’s wide open in front of the net in behind everybody with only eight skaters on the ice. Easy tip and no chance for the goalender on that. Geeky and Lynholm will get the assist gets the goal. Shot missed from Lynholm. Geeky again to Hampus. Lynholm save made there to the corner. Husbandino Deniki kept alive for Zaka. Down low it goes to score. Set up beautifully. Zaka there to Steves. It’s a 54 game with nine and 710 to go. Time of the goal will be 1950. They’re going to check the clock here, Ken. There’s probably going to be a second or two go back on that clock from what I saw. That could be two. Right through the legs under the pads. And we’ll give you the overhead clock. When the puck go in, oh my Oh my jeez. 11 seconds. 3 seconds left. 2 seconds. And the Red Wings win it. They match Boston in points and get their first win in five. And a uh long time coming for that man, John Gibson.

Moritz Seider had a three-point night with a goal and two assists while Lucas Raymond, Patrick Kane, and Alex DeBrincat each notched two points of their own to elevate the Detroit Red Wings to a 5-4 win over the Boston Bruins.

  1. The Redwings can't win with these two goalies they currently have. Trade for a top goalie or this season is over. They just don't have consistent fire power to make a run.

  2. Detroit🏀 Red Wings is now my favorite hockey team because Detroit, Michigan makes me think of Iran 🇮🇷 because of comic book characters Spawn and Astaroth in Soul Calibur.
