I love Matty and he deserves every ounce of respect he didnt get while playing, but I wouldnt say so no. If he brought us our first Bowl, I would probably say differently though

I disagree with top comment. Put Matty Ice there. League MVP, it’s not all his fault we lost the super bowl. It’s his fault we got there in the first place. Some of Falcons best winning records and years were under his leadership. He was one of the all time elite pocket passers in the NFL.

Great ambassador for the city. And was pretty much solely responsible for the best stretch this teams seen. I mean I don’t know what earns one haha. But like if they were going to give a Falcon a statue; there’s not a better argument for anyone else really.
