From this I see, Cleveland does so much with so little and it takes HR’s to win in the playoffs.

No one remembers the also rans.
We can take that the dolans see this as a success and will never put more money into the team.
That we don’t have what it takes to when it titles. What does it take? A combination of luck, resources decision making.
As a Guards/Yanks fan (Guards first in head to heads), it’s been a pretty disappointing last 25 years of baseball. I love regular season success but fuckin hell I just wanna see Cleveland win once in my lifetime
Not a WS title apparently
I knew we had one of the better records in baseball over a recent span. The category that pains me to see is the World Series titles. I cannot believe we stand completely alone. You’d think we’d at least have a little company, maybe a team or two.
Tells me we’ve got to watch some damn good baseball for 25 years. I know it’s more normal to complain about the Dolan’s, but realistically we should be spending some of these years far more miserable than we have.
0 really stands out and Angels? wtf
It says we are in a weak division
I really hate hearing Red Sox fans complain. They broke their “curse” and then won it all 3 more times and they still piss and moan.
Third best record in the AL. That’s something to be proud of even if they’re the only franchise in this list not to win a WS.
Low variance power hitting is a necessary component of playoff success, one of the most expensive things to procure, and we have some of the cheapest ownership in the sport that doesn’t respect its fans or players enough to even occasionally spend like they’re serious about winning.
Damn near the same record as the Angels and they haven’t made the playoffs in over a decade.
Big money vs a farm team with no title to show for it.
We’re both fortunate and cursed and I don’t want to watch MLB anymore.
We should of won 3 in that time span. 2007 2016 2017.
Organizationally we have warning track power
Imo it’s very impressive. With that being said fuck the Cubs.
As an outsider looking in, it’s funny how anti-Brown the Guardians are in terms of payroll, on-field success, media time, etc. That’s my non-Cleveland perception, at least.
Only similarity is the lack of chips – unfortunately
