Look, if we give the 1st round pick away and things don’t work out, we’re trading Giannis anyway because he’ll want out. If we end up losing him in a trade we’re getting a whole lot of 1sts back.
It’s obvious Kuzma and Bobby are the ones that need to be looked at. They are the 3rd and 4th highest paid players on the team. Kuzma has been decent but is absolutely not worth his contract and Bobby is terrible outside of his hot scoring streaks. Gary is also probably not safe.
We suck at trading. OR we have zero luck.
The only one worth spending that 2031 1st is a game changer wing like Trey Murphy or herb jones.

This team is going to get blown up. Giannis will be traded away. The loss of so many draft picks has put the Bucks into a bad position and none of the trades or signings have panned out. It’s really unfortunate to see this go so wrong in such a short amount of time, but the Bucks will likely part with Giannis who will likely demand a trade. It sucks and I truly believe a part of him wants to remain in Milwaukee, but he also knows he deserves another ring and he’ll ultimately choose the ring over the city. Moving his family out of Milwaukee makes that easier.

The 2031 pick is their best asset so I wouldn’t give it away on a random gamble even if that’s what it’s worth. There has to be a vision for the future of the team. Something they know there could fit. They talked themselves into kuzma because thats all they could get but and under the 2nd apron. But nobody thought he would help them win.
Why do they always call everything “desperation” it’s just exhausting the resources they have during the Giannis era (which I believe is virtually over–SADLY).
