Took me forever to get over calling it the forum and it’s going to be the same thing now with calling it Amalie. By the time I’m going to get used to calling it Benchmark it’ll be the Draftkings arena.
Ice Palace just rolls off the tongue so much nicer.
Thunderdome and Ice Palace were both great names. I hate that we as a society decided it was okay to have an ad sponsor for every single thing in sports. Even our ice crew is sponsored by Mucinex! Because there’s snot on the ice? It won’t be long before Thunderbug is changed to The 1-800-Flonase Spray Bug

“Benchmark International Area” is just a mouthful to say compared to “Amalie” or “Ice Palace”
