Tennessee Titans vs Cleveland Browns | Week 14 Game Preview
Tennessee Titans head off to Cleveland this week on a sevengame losing streak that has them two games up in the race for the number one pick with a starting quarterback who’s had a very hard time staying upright which of course bodess well for a certain Browns player chasing history. That’s KD. Here’s Pertie McKiv. The block. Here comes Garrett. It’s a sack. Miles Garrett now four away from breaking the all-time single season sack record after dropping Brock Pury once. He has 19 and 12 games played. Just repeating it. Michael Strahan 22 and a half and 16 games played. TJ Watt 22 and a half and 15. Cam Ward, the type of quarterback who could let Garrett break it in his 13th. Ward took three more sacks last week. Has been planted 48 times. No QB has been part of his many gardens in 2025. And Jacksonville bringing four. Here he comes again. Hines Allen Ward, one of two young quarterbacks in this game trying to find their way before the year is over. Neither of these teams is playoffbound, of course. Ward only threw for 141 yards for a brutal 3.7 yards per attempt last week. Ward over the middle and that’s incomplete. Looking for DK. Not exactly the kind of followup he was looking for after having a nice game the week prior. Ward’s counterpart, Shadur Sanders, only threw for eight more yards in his loss to San Francisco, 149 yards on a meager six per attempt. Did at least throw for a touchdown to boost his rate to 93 for the game. Has connected on plenty of long passes within the few attempts he’s had in his two games. Gets a block hit as he throws. Caught wide open. Fannon five. Touchdown. So, which kid has a better chance to look better this week? Tennessee secondary gave up 229 yards, two TDs to Trevor Lawrence, 8.5 yards per attempt, no interceptions, gave up a 111 rate to a dude who walked in with a 79 rating. Well, look at the pocket. There’s he has all day. And then look at the confusion on the safety. Their play versus Lawrence fits their job of the hut body of work against the pass. The Browns secondary Ward takes on tougher averagish numbers against the pass for the year after holding Brock Perie to 168 yards under six yards per attempt and 83 rating. So Cam’s road to redemption a little steeper. Chased on the play. Mason Graham was there to the end zone and incomplete and aiming for Pearl. Brown’s defense still gave up 26 points. That’s 23 plus allowed in four of their last five. to the end zone caught for the touchdown. Grabbed by Jawan Jennings. Titans defense gave up 25 points. So 25 plus allowed in five of their last six. At the line of scrimmage, Spartan tries to go low and Tuton easily gets into the end zone. So something has to give with one of these units. The two offenses involved combined for 11 points last week. Browns three for 11 on third down. No trips inside the 20, eight points. So Tennessee’s defense looking at an offense that has wobbled off the field with less than 21 points in all but two games. Got a block from Judkins. Got a block from Robinson going deep. Oh, and he had Judy, but incomplete. Both these teams put up 24 points the week prior, too. Solid production for offenses of their ilk. Both returned to form week 13. Tennessee’s only managing three points versus the Jags. Exactly like Cleveland as they have left work without scoring 21 points. 10 of 12 shifts. Quarterback sneak Ward throws incomplete. Boy, only one pass catcher with more than 40 yards for either team last week. Harold Fannon, the one who caught Sanders touchdown with 44. Jerry Judy 26. David and Jooku four. Chigo Conqu. Each team’s running backs more worthy of attention. Tony Pard six yards per carry on his 10 attempts. Will that carry over into this game? A first down run here and more. So a good start for Tony Pard. And Quinn Sean Judkins with 91 yards, four per try, snapped a six-game streak that saw him finish sub four. Oh, there was a great block in there by Leon and that opens the door for Judkins. Both backs face fronts that held their own last week. Tennessee held Travis Etnen to 28 yards, 2.3 a run. Cleveland held CMC to 53 yards, 2.7 per. So let the 6-3 or 36-33 predictions flow. Three wins versus one win. It’s the latest combat bowl. Real gamers get it. Classic. Maybe this one will be too. This has been a wacky season to say the least. Browns up on the Titans 37 to32 all time. first played in 1970 when the Titans were the Houston Oilers, which is what they were when they first met in the playoffs in 1988. The only playoff meeting ever between the two program here. Game day program. See the dogs here. Game day program here. Wild. Good afternoon and merry Christmas everyone. The Oilers playing the Cleveland Browns here at Municipal Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio in this the AFC wildcard game. It is a cold, rainy afternoon. This is the real house of pain. We’ll see today who tells lies and who don’t tell lies. I say this is the house of pain right here in Cleveland, Ohio. You better believe it. We’re on for today. We’re on for today. The Browns are ready. We’re going to the Super Bowl, baby. Hit the beach on the set. Hit the beach. Stro bumbled the snap. Ball is loose. The Oilers have it at the 16 yd line. Don Stro going out on the first snap of the second quarter with a jammed wrist. This has been the house of rain and the house of pain today for both teams. And here is Mike Pagel who was just activated two days ago in case of an emergency. And the emergency is at hand. PG firing deep right side. Brennan got the ball at the 10 yd line and down. The right PG was on the money. Fake handoff. Little swing pass. Knocked down in the back field. Is that a lateral play? Matthews picks it up and goes into the end zone. They’re going to look at this one again. It’s a lateral. It should be a touchdown. Strange, strange, strange. Despite two controversial calls against them, Cleveland overcame both the officials and the Oilers to take a late third quarter lead. Back in the pocket, looking over the middle, firing over the middle. Touchdown slaughter. He came wide open on the post pattern. It’s Deja Vu. For the fourth consecutive season, the Browns defense didn’t have it when they needed it most, permitting a lengthy game-winning drive. It cost Cleveland a playoff game they could have won. [Music] Though they never quit, Cleveland’s painful path to the playoffs came to an end. Can’t say that it didn’t go down to the bitter end in exciting fashion. When you consider that they went from Kosar to Danielson to Pagel to Stro to Kosar to Stro to Pagel, it’s kind of remarkable. They even came up at 10 and six and went on into the playoffs. We’ve come awfully close in the past four years, especially the two losses to Denver. It took a lot of heart out of the organization, but we had the resilience to to come bounce back. We want to make the final hurdle and get over that final hump and go the distance. [Music]

This is a game that could be sent overseas.
Browns will win 34-19
This is the game I look for Shedeur to show out! If he gets as much time in the pocket as Trevor Lawrence… it's gonna be his best performance yet!
Toilet Bowl alert!🚽I'm picking the Browns to win this game. Shedeur Sanders seems to have lots of potential in this league, but it's unclear whether or not either team actually wants to win at this point. If both teams play to their full abilities, Cleveland should be the better team at home, as last week's game was simply them being outmatched by a far superior opponent. Bengalsforever❤
