Clearly a head case. He needs to get it together this is the NFL

“Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated reports that Carter has had disciplinary issues for some time now, dating back to when Brian Daboll was still head coach.
The rookie pass rusher has had issues all year with being late and/or missing team obligations. Now fired coach Brian Daboll fined Carter for it on multiple occasions. Interim coach Mike Kafka has been heavier handed with it, with the most recent benching coming after Carter was also sat down for the start of the Giants’ Week 11 game against the Packers.”
Remember when he had a weird rotation for the first game of the season where he didn’t see the field for a while and everyone was wondering why?
People aren’t ready for a similar conversation about Nabers because he actually produces….
Our next coach needs to get this shit in order but unless they start winning right away, I don’t know how they reign in these kids without getting tuned out.

And he wanted LT and Phil Simms numbers yea ok good on our legends part and the Simms family. Hes nothing like when Nabers asked for the #1 hes held up on his end
Need this coaching change bad.
Forget the team holding him accountable. Players need to hold him accountable. The defense needs to have an identity, and it starts with coming to work.
He’s very average to be acting like a diva.

I’m starting to think he may have idolized Lawrence Taylor for the wrong reasons
Gooning memes aside It’s worse than I thought. He should be held accountable for repeat offenses for missing meetings, however, the lack of leadership in the Giants organization is partially to blame as well.
Giants desperately need leadership to check rooks or players to keep their head in the game.
Jfc this is not an endorsement of Gruden, but we desperately need that caliber of disciplinarian/culture fixer.
There’s a lack of accountability throughout this whole organization and it starts at the top
He was treated like a literal God on Penn State’s campus, where no laws or rules applied to him
Not surprised @ all by his behavior here with the Giants his Rookie season
Problem is he just ain’t that good, and his talent is not translating to the NFL quite the way we hoped… there is a reason a nigga like L fuckin T is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME TALENT
This brother ain’t even Carl Banks, hell he ain’t Pierce or JPP or any of those dudes
College football prepares players LESS for than the NFL than it did in the 80s, 90s, 00s… that is just a fact
It’s one reason half the starting QBs in this league are ass
Because he is ‘only 21’ some keep making excuses for Carter.
Every day there are literally millions of high school kids, who manage to get to school, practice and/or a part-time job on time.
I’m a strong believer of good coaching and the Giants coaching personnel is embarrassing.
We need good coaches to reign these guys in and bring out the best in them.
But I also don’t dismiss that he’s from Penn St and has probably never been told no or even disciplined
I can see how vets like Dexy would get disillusioned with this team if we had rookies pulling this shit while the team was still ass. Hopefully the next regime instills some discipline and culture (without being an ass like Judge or Mcadoo)
Team has no leadership. Daboll ran a fucking day spa, soft as hell.
I don’t care if the new coach has experience as a head coach or not, I don’t care if it’s a defensive coach or an offensive coach. I don’t need someone who can handle Dart’s development, you can hire that out.
They need a fucking leader. Someone who can set a course for this franchise that has been lost for over a decade and say this is how we do things, this is what we are about and this is where we’re going. If you don’t like it, goodbye.
They have no leadership at all. What are the Giants about? What is their identity? What are they trying to be? Nobody can answer that right now. Fix it.
