9. This isn’t at all surprising – but Drance listing off the dozen + attempts at trading for NHL ready youth that failed like the Hansen for Goldobin trade shows that we’ve been trying this move for a decade and it hasn’t worked.

    Absolutely idiotic. Whats 1 thing that the top teams did when they were bad? Accumulate additional picks while maximizing their own draft capital to be as high as possible in the draft. These guys just point at Buffalo instead of the 8 or 9 other examples of a successful rebuild through the draft.
