KEEP THIS MAN AT ALL COST.

  1. I’m so old, I remember when we all wanted to trade him for peanuts.

EDIT: I’m very dumb and assumed this was about Swift. I accept the downvotes of shame.

  2. He has played so well without any dramas/problems, teams will be willing to offer big money. Probably more than the Bears are willing to commit

  3. He’s got a great Motor. Seems like he flashes everywhere. Definitely has played himself into another year

  4. This was a sneaky good signing. He is aggressive and tough, some might say he’s a menace. Every team needs at least one menace.

  5. With him and Joe we have Super Bowl experience and you just can’t overlook something that valuable in today’s NFL

  6. Him and Nashon Wright have played themselves into a decent payday. Brisker is also up. Lots of decisions on the secondary this offseason

  7. Can’t keep a Miracle Worker like that.

His next stop will be the Browns and Jets, unfortunately.

  8. No, because he only helps the year he’s initially signed, anything longer than that he goes nuts and gets booted off the team. We’ve already gotten the boost he can provide this year, we should let him walk, we’ve got way bigger fish to fry in free agency this year.

  9. I swear this subreddit was saying he’d be a team cancer and was a terrible signing when he joined 😭

  10. It’s crazy bc I thought this was about Deandre Swift at first, same exact teams in that time span 😂

  11. Look CJ has been a good signing for us, but there is a reason he was on his couch. He is grateful to be playing again on a good team and his time away has renewed him with tons of energy.

The reality of this type of hot/cold player is that there is a shelf life and it should be at the end of the season. let some other team regret giving him a long term contract.

  12. I’m excited for the fireworks that will happen when we play the 9ers and he lines up across Juaun Jennings

  13. He def was not on the eagles last year 2024 and pretty sure he wasn’t there with the lions either,

  14. Played 3 games for the lions and one was the nfc championship where he was buns. Lions are cursed to have a terrible secondary for all eternity though, so kind of out of his control.

  15. So you’re telling me this guy goes to philly and gets to a Super Bowl, leaves for Detroit, goes back to Philly and wins the Super Bowl this time around; and then signs for an underachieving team turned division leader the very next year?

    That’s crazy

  16. You’ll hate him soon enough. And when he leaves, he’ll bad talk Chicago.. it’s his M.O
