GREAT NEWS FOR BALTIMORE RAVENS!
Recently, as Ravens fans, things ain’t really been looking good for us. We got beat up on by the Bengals last Thursday. The offense fell apart. The defense, they couldn’t barely hold anything together. And this team got more question marks than answers. But I’m here to give you several friendly reminders on why we still have a lot more to be excited about with the Baltimore Ravens. Trust me, you’re going to want to listen to all of these. Before we get into it, make sure you subscribe to the channel, turn them notifications on so you don’t miss a single update, and leave a like on the video because it helps out the channel a ton. and click that thumbs up button and hype this video up. And let’s get straight into this news. The Baltimore Ravens, yes, we lost to the Bengals last Thursday on Thanksgiving and it was ugly. And that knocked us out of first place in the AFC North, but guess what? The Buffalo Bills, they did us all a favor and they beat up on them Pittsburgh Steelers. They really did. They whooped it. It wasn’t looking good at first, but they started coming back and that was all she wrote. So, our past as one day Buffalo Bills fans, it went really, really, really good. So, thank you, Buffalo. Now, we back to hate watching, y’all. So, the Steelers, they are in second place in AFC North, and the Ravens are back on top yet again. So, what that means is that Ravens can control their own destiny yet again. They don’t need any help. They don’t need any outsiders. All they need to do is take care of business. Obviously, easier said than done, but everything is in their control. And that was a beautiful thing. So, that Bengals game, we can wash it away. We can forget about it. we can move on. I mean, we gonna have to see them again in two weeks, but that game is in the past. Let it go. Shout out to Elsa. Also, the Baltimore Ravens, they got some good news when it came to their roster because not one but two of their guys on injured reserve, who are key players for the Baltimore Ravens, they are on their way back. John Haw talked about last week, he said, “Are Darius Washington and Tavius Robinson, yeah, they could be practicing soon.” And guess what? He wasn’t lying because Tavius Robinson, he’s back practicing and you know that helps with the run support. That also helps with the pass rush a bit too cuz Tavius Robinson was solid there. But he has been a pretty good role player for the Baltimore Ravens. Is he going to completely change this defense around a lot? No, not necessarily. But he does have a big positive impact on it. So that’s a good thing. But Ararius Washington practicing this year too. I don’t know if y’all remember way whenas Washington first got hurt. We were all upset about it. It sucked. Uh, and we still were upset about it. It sucked because that just changed everything with this defense in a bad way. But our Darius Washington returning like John Haw said, “Oh, he got a chance to come back this year.” And I thought, “Uh, John, he just talking.” But he was not just talking. And he’s practicing too. And that’s crazy. Like Audarious like Audarius, he got that heart, man. He got that heart that a lot of times uh we be missing, especially on defense. But he can bring that energy. I did see somebody uh when the news first got announced that Areas Washington was going to be back. They say, “All right, now Ravens can run some four safety sets. Whoa, slow down there, buddy.” But it’s going to be interesting to see when our Darius Washington is officially all the way back. How they incorporate him into the defense. I would be thinking slot corner, maybe a role where he can like move around like Kyle Hamilton because you got Alohi Gilman, he settled in. You got Malachi Stark settled in obviously super duper Kyle. So where would you fit in Audarius Washington? Y’all, y’all let me know in the comments section where you will put Odarius Washington in on this defense. But see, the news doesn’t stop there because Lamar Jackson, our starting quarterback, our franchise quarterback, uh, still the best quarterback in the world. I don’t even care what you say. He is getting healthier. And this ain’t even about no practice report. This is about when we saw him in that Bengals game, he looked a lot healthier. He looked the not statwise, but he looked the best that he’s looked in a while. Uh, as far as just his body, his running, uh, he just looked a lot more comfortable. So, Lamar, a healthier Lamar obviously is a much better Lamar than an unhealthy Lamar. Um, so the fact that he can continue to improve, that’s always a good thing. Um, now, even though the offense against the Bengals, and really recently, the offense just it ain’t been looking the best. Um, every game is not going to go the way that it did last Thursday against the Bengals. And again, we keep talking about context. Context has been a big subject of discussion uh for me this week. Um, because when you look at the number, the numbers weren’t pretty, but when you look at the context, it’s like the plays slipped away, they were so close. Again, the Lamar pass to Isaiah likely, that would have been a huge touchdown pass, but Isaiah likely literally dropped it at the one. Um then there was the Z Flowers the touchdown pass but then the offensive pass it’s like really man come on now. Um and then he’s right there with TZ Walker twice and this one TZ Walker literally let it slip through his hands. Really both times let it slip through his hands. Um but then there also the misplays too. But John Hubal talked about it a while ago and um early on in the season he talked about, “Hey man, well hopefully the ball will start bouncing our way soon because the Ravens, they have had a lot of plays this year where it’s literally just the craziest stuff happening to them. Craziest negative plays happening to them. The ball literally not bouncing their way. But again, not every game is going to be like Thursday. So this offense has shown that they can get it right now. They got a big opportunity for that this Sunday against Pittsburgh. Why? Because the Pittsburgh Steelers and their run defense is not looking good. We got a Derrick Henry. We got a Keaton Mitchell. We also got a Todd Mon who sometimes likes to forget about those guys. But Todd, we’re washing that game against the Bengals away. We’re going to let it go. We’re going to move on. And this week against the Steelers, you will not forget about the run game. You will not forget about Derk Henry. You will not forget about Katon Mitchell and you will not forget about we know you won’t forget about Rashene Ali. He had more carries than both Derrick Henry and Keem Mitchell last week. So it’s it’s very very important this this opportunity against the Steelers is not only for the AFC North, but it’s a confidence boosting game. You’re at the crib, you’re at home. Fans are like they’re on a fringe right now. They’re like, “What what is this team? Who are these Baltimore Ravens? We don’t know.” So, this is a great opportunity to rejuvenate the fan base, to rejuvenate the players, to rejuvenate this coaching staff, and to just instill confidence in this team because they could use it. So, turnaround game for this Baltimore Ravens offense. They getting ready to go crazy. I’m with it. Now, we have my favorite part of the video where we get to feature your questions. Getting straight into it. First one came from Trust Lab. He said, “The dog has returned. When Odarius Washington comes back, does he finally become the starter?” Because right now, Alohi Gilman is average at best. He’s a one roll box short zone safety who can’t cover in space, isn’t a playmaker, and wouldn’t start on most legitimate Super Bowl contending teams. That’s a great question. And when you put it like that, it’s like, oo, woo. I mean, he helped. He certainly helped us, though. But yeah, he he’s not a big- time playmaker. Um, or Darius Washington. Yeah, he’s definitely more of a playmaker uh than Alohi Gilman. So, that’s a really really good point. But would he start like right would they I don’t know if they would. I don’t think they would. But I don’t think they would just throw him in as a starter right from jump. Anyway, he says, “Sure, he racks up tackles and has a couple of fumble plays, but that doesn’t move the needle. He just manages the defense instead of changing it.” Or Washington, on the other hand, is a versatile playmaker who can cover slot receivers, play dime linebacker, uh, rotate into two high safety looks, blitz effectively, and force turnovers. He actually makes a secondary faster, more flexible, and harder for QBs to reo great points, man. You on it. He said, “If our doesn’t get the starting role once he’s healthy, it’s not just questionable coaching. is John Hawal trash level stubbornness because AD brings the type of impact the Ravens desperately need and Gilman simply can’t provide. Oh my goodness, you you said some stuff in there and some really good points. But again, with him being back from injury, he is practicing. He’s going to get ramped up. So I I still don’t think they’re just all right, you’re going to be the starter from jump. If they do end up making him the starter, I think it’s going to be an eventual type of thing to where they may throw him in a couple plays here and throw him in a couple plays there and he he keeps on just ramping up his um his snaps and then possibly he ends up taking over for a low he g. But let’s see. Question came from JJ. He said they my first time sending an email, but I’ve been watching your videos for years. Hey, I appreciate that JJ. Thank you. He said, “I was wondering why we don’t use Derek Henry more in the passing game from what I’ve seen. Whenever Lamar and Henry connect in the passing game, it goes for a minimum of five to seven yards and we need short passes because of how bad our offensive line is. To me, it makes sense because then Henry will be going against their secondary, which I believe will be amazing. That’s a good point. I agree. I’ve been saying that same thing since the Ravens got Derrick Henry. Uh, and they’ve done it a little more recently, but just a little more recently. And that will make them way less predictable, too. Uh, so when Derrick Henry is on the field, uh, he can be on the field for third downs, too. But you can get him involved in the passing game, and like we saw, he can do some damage. Anyway, he said, “Also, why don’t we use TZ Walker?” Great question. He like he could do some stuff, man. I know him and Leon, they didn’t connect the other night, but TZ Walk could do some stuff, man. Every game ain’t going to be like that. He said he just seems like a way better receiver than Baitman. Um I can’t necessarily say that, but um not that Oh, Baitman clears TZ Walker, but I I feel like TZ just the potential is there, man. It it really is. And the Ravens have an opportunity to bring it out, but will they? I don’t know. He said we also know Lamar loves giving the ball to his taller targets. Uh the way what taller talk is. I mean, he ain’t really got too much tall targets. Ravens love their the shorter frame receivers, man. Anyway, he said, “The way Harball and Todd Monkin keep talking uh taking people out and not letting them make plays to me, it does not make sense to me. Everything is not on them, but I believe a lot is.” Sit. Lamar Jackson. Next question came from my guy Derek and I don’t know. I don’t like it already. But let me continue. He said, “What’s up, Raven? Hope all is well with you and the family. I have a scenario that I want to run past team keeper clean.” As we can all see, Lamar is hurt and not like a little I mean like Lamar is hurt hurt. I I think he’s looking healthier. I I think he’s been looking healthy. Anyway, he said uh and him trying to prove that he’s not hurt is only getting himself hurt further. Uh Lamar is going through the worst stretch of his career. Is it a surprise that Lamar’s playing this way? No, not at all. Multiple lower extreme uh extremity injuries. He may not he may even have multiple injuries on the same side of his body on top of a shaky offensive line who can’t pass or run block this year. What truly makes Lamar special is his ability to make plays happen on the fly. The impromptu scrambling when the pocket collapses, buying time for his receivers to get open or organized time for the receiver to get open, organized chaos. Lamar has been made mortal this year behind this soft offensive line which has been horrible compared to years in the past. In fact, I really can’t remember when either line offense or defensive looks so pathetic and out coach. Lamar’s a sitting duck. And I know a lot of people are going to say Lamar was running more last game against the Bengals. Okay, that’s what I said. U said, but if you watch our team when Lamar’s healthy, he looks way different. Uh his runs last game look very labored and he can’t maneuver the pocket to highlight his big playability. Uh he is always getting hit. If we going to have a chance of getting to the playoffs and actually do something, Lamar has to get healthy. And doing that means Lamar needs to sit out and rest. At least these next two games get his mind and body right for the stretch run to close out the season. Hunley can come in and be servable for the next two games. We need to win them as well. But to have a shell of Lamar Jackson against the Pats, the Packers, and the Steelers this close to the season or to close the season out is not only potentially risking him getting injured more and carrying into the offseason, but it almost certainly will wipe out any chance of us winning the division and trying to put together this improbable title run. I disagree. I I I I disagree all the way because again last you saw it you saw it last week. We were just talking about that at the top of the video. Lamar Jackson, is he hurt? Yeah. But is he getting healthier? Yes. And and then he had he’s had a 10-day break. Well, he’ll have had a 10-day break uh before this Steelers game. So, that’s another positive sign. But the plays were there. They literally just got taken away. They were still there. Remember the play to Isaiah Likely? He wasn’t just chilling in the pocket. He had to move around and then he had to he had he had to evade defenders when they came in the pocket and he threw it to Isaiah likely a play on the fly that you talked about the chaos play that you just talked about. He had to do that and he did it and he did it successfully. But obviously you know what happened at the end of that play. So obviously the offensive line has not been good. The defensive line has not been good. We get that. But I think this goes back to JJ’s question. Get Derrick Henry involved in the passing game more. Get the short passing game going. I would not sit Lamar Jackson for Tyler Huntley. If Lamar Jackson can play, I’m playing Lamar Jackson. I see what you’re saying with, “Oh, yeah, he’s hurt and whatnot.” And I think he is. I mean, everybody hurt at this point in the season, but is he injured? He I think he still is, but just not nearly as much as he had been in the previous games in the previous weeks. I I I do still think he did look a lot better in that Bengals game. It looked a lot more just loose overall. Uh anyway, he said, “Uh, but what’s really sad is that this is the Ravens coaching staff in front of his fault. They have refused to make significant changes which has led us to potentially missing the playoffs this year or at the very least a first round exit and you hurt your most valuable asset in the process. Now with with that part, I do agree with the uh the part about them they hurt their most valuable asset and they didn’t did not protect them as much as they should have. He said, “Front office, you get out what you put in. Grow a pair or don’t cry when eight says I’m out.” You thought Black Friday was done. You thought Cyber Monday was over. Well, technically for a lot of places it is, but not for Heart of the City because they are continuing to extend their Cyber Monday deals just for Team Keep It Clean. And they got these Vengeance Season hoodies right here for just $15. If you want to get a t-shirt instead, you can get it for just $7, man. And then with their flock apparel, all the hoodies in their flock apparel are just $30. And then all the t-shirts under the flock of payroll section are just $15. And then that’s already a deal enough. But on top of that, if you use code cyber engraving, we done change it up a little bit. I like that cyber engraving. Oh, anyway, you use code cyber engraving, you get an additional They already on sale. Super sale, but you get an additional 25% off. They really taking care, y’all. Make sure you go to harder city website. The link is in the description. Get there ASAP because they be giving you deals all year, but ain’t going to be deals like this for too much longer. Next question came from my guy Marcus. He said, “What’s up, peace and blessings to everybody?” First off, do you think was right all along throwing Monkin under the bus? His No, I don’t because Monin uh this year out of everybody, he’s actually been the one who has been on point. And really over the over the years, he has usually been the one out of all three coaches over the past two years, he’s been the one that’s done the best out of John Harball, out of Zack O, and out of Todd Monkey. Anyway, he said his horrible play calling is more evident now. Now, he does have some stretches where it’s like, what is going on? Anyway, he said secondly, more on Todd Monkey. Last year was good. First out, first as our offensive coordinator, and we mostly stayed in a wait for it, Greg Roman type of offense with double digit tight end personnel, Ricard Henry. Uh that offense almost got Lamar his third MVP. This year is more of a pro style. That really ain’t who we are. With the O line playing the way that they are. Why we don’t why don’t we go back to that to provide Lamar with more protection and more opportunities. If a play breaks down with the same weapons sliding out of the back field. Just your thoughts, please. Peace and love from the Carolinas. Oh, shout out to the Carolinas, man. North fan south, baby. Um I I I just think the offensive line has been different this year. So, um I I do agree. uh just having more two tight ends and they have had a lot of two tight ends. There a lot of times where Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely Mark Andrews and Charlie Colola and with Charlie Cole it’s weird because he when they involve him things go really good. They they really do as crazy as things when they involve him things go great. Um with Mark Andrews like he’s been pretty invol he he’s been up and down. Is likely he’s been more down than up this year. Um so hopefully for the rest of these games he could be on the up and up. Um, but I I I I don’t even know. I don’t even know how to really answer your question, honestly. Um, the offense last year, I I feel like the off in my opinion, I don’t really think the offense really changed too much from last year. I think the only thing that’s been different has been the injuries. Um, obviously to Lamar, he was out for those games. And I I think the one of the biggest things has been his health. Uh, because he was healthy last year. He wasn’t getting hurt last year. He wasn’t getting banged up last year. He wasn’t getting hit all the time last year. So, I think once that started happening, I mean, it had been happening all season this year. I think that changed everything. Obviously, when he went out in that Chiefs game, that just changed the trajectory of the way that his season was go. That boy was balling. He was going crazy with it yet again. But then he got hurt, then he came back and just he he hadn’t been the same. So, I think as he gets healthy, as he continues to get healthier, we’ll get back to seeing that old Lamar Jackson from last year moving forward. Question came from LB said, “What’s up, Engravin? be on the family. Oh, well, I remember last year when Zay Flowers got hurt right before the playoffs and you said on one one of your videos that they should bring Dayton Wade up from the practice squad. Oh, yeah. I remember. Uh, he said, um, I have not heard his name in a while. Do you think we need him right now? Well, they can’t Dayton Wade, I believe, is on injury reserve. He is out for this year. Um, he had an injury. Um, but I believe he’s doing I think he had surgery on it, but he he’s doing straight. But he he can’t be used this year for the Baltimore Ravens. So, next season will be when he could possibly get an opportunity. Question came from Monday. He said, “How are you and the family, bro? I hope all is great. This is your brother uh Munda again. Uh my apologies for the misprononunciation of your first name when I first started reading the email. Thank you for correcting me though. He says, “So the issue is our middle linebacker. You can see why the Bears was ready to give up Roquan. Hear me out. He has a lot of holes in this game. They paid the wrong guy. Should have kept Pat Queen. He was a shield for him for Roan. Uh Pat was a great cover linebacker and now Rocoan has to be the primary guy and he can’t cover, bro.” Oh yeah, I can’t argue with you on that. I I that’s not his specialty. I I I saying I recently I said I do not like seeing Roan like in space. I don’t like seeing him in coverage and I don’t like seeing him blitzing. So, it’s like man, if you don’t like seeing those two, what what is a linebacker good for? He’s the good tackler. I thought he could be good in run the defense, but it just feel like he’s kind of limited. I don’t know. That’s just my opinion, though. Anyway, moving on. He said um the Oh, he Pat was a great cover linebacker. Now, Rocoin has to be that primary guy and he can’t cover, bro. So, that’s where the the defensive issue is. He cannot cover the middle. His skill set is very limited. Oh, he said it too. He said his skill set is very limited. We need another cover linebacker who can handle the back end, bro. How do you feel about that? Also, I’m in New Orleans City and I’m out like Lamar if they don’t add to that offensive line. Hey, I I I agree with you a million%. Next question came from my guy Deville. He said, “Peace, blessings to you and the family. I hear your little man playing football. Time to lock in and do some drills with him.” I need to I need to get on that, man. Uh but that season is over now. So, he taking a little break, but I appreciate you. Anyway, he said, “I’ve been watching and I see guys was happy about this defense lately. Not I. And those wins, we haven’t played anyone. Our rings are very predictable on both sides of the ball. We will not win a Super Bowl with ore and Todd around. We have Hopkins. There’s no reason he’s not involved in the offense, especially goal line offense where it’s obvious that we can’t score. We have to beat the Steelers. It’s a mustwin. So, hold up, Devale, you like you back and forth, but cuz well, actually, you ain’t lie, but well, not that you didn’t lie, but you said our offense, the Ravens are predictable on both sides of the ball. We won’t win a Super Bowl. But then you said, uh, we have to beat the Steelers. It’s a must win. So, I see that you still got some hope for this season, as you should. Um, but yeah, they the the Ravens, I can’t say they’re predictable on both sides of the ball because they do some stuff and we like, where did that come from and why is that happening a lot more times on the negative side than the positive, but there have been a lot of positives, too. So, I ain’t going to act like it’s been all bad because they’ve been pulling some plays out and we be like, okay, Ravens, we see you. So, we just need more of that. We need a lot more positives than negatives moving forward so they can go on this run. Next question came from my guy Brent. He said, “Angels going on. Hope all is well with you and the family. It’s a good day after seeing the Bills uh give the Steelers the belt. I’ve asked you a question like this before, but why does the media treat Lamar different from other quarterbacks? First, I want to say uh I do know he played bad on Thanksgiving. Not ignoring that. But the most annoying part about the game is what I know the media will say after the Speak Easy Show with AO and the crew had a video saying Lamar can’t win big games, which is crazy because just a few days before they said the Bengals were weak uh even with or without Joe Burrow and didn’t consider it a big game. And it was also the same people saying the playoff game versus the Texans was a big game, but after Lamar won, they said, “Oh, it’s just the Texans.” And now you got people calling him a two-time MVP overrated. That is a nasty narrative right there. And it’s it’s weird because um this season Ravens were 1 and5. Then Tyler Huntley beat the Bears. They were two and five. So then at that point Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, they had to win their games and not necessarily win out because now we still in the first place in the AFC North and we just lost, but they had to win four out of those five games obviously to get in the position where they at. Were those not big games? Because the season’s on the line. I I would think, especially if the season is on the line, then those should be considered big games. But see, with Lamar Jackson, people they they flip-flop on what a big game is. And it’s it’s one of the nast one of the nastiest, most consistent agendas when it comes to Lamar. Anyway, he said, “It’s so crazy, man. Lamar has been my favorite player since Louisville. And I’m praying he gets a ring to shut a lot of people up.” you know, even when he does get the ring, when, not if, when, it still won’t shut some people up. They’re going to say, “Why it takes so long? Oh, he should have had more by now.” It ain’t going to never be good enough for some people. It’s going to be good enough for me, though. Anyway, he said, “But I appreciate you taking the time, and I’m out.” Next question came from my goddamn man. He said, “It’s so hard for me to watch a Ravens game because for some reason, the coaching staff decided not to attack the other team’s weaknesses. We can play a team that has the weakest rush attack, and the coaching staff decided to pass the ball and take Derek Henry out for most of the game. To me, they are doing this on purpose cuz they don’t want Lamar to get that ring. I know it sounds crazy, but I hope that I’m wrong. What do you think?” I I I think that would be very stupid if the Ravens were to do something like that. I hate to use that word, but it just wouldn’t make any sense to why wouldn’t you put yourself in the best position to have success? Now, we have seen the Ravens do that a lot and it’s like it makes it makes you scratch your head and like wonder like what is going on? So hopefully again this game against the Steelers, bad run defense, this a perfect game to just wipe the slate clean and get it right. Next question came from my Javanni. What’s up? As you know, I love your channel and find myself refreshing every day waiting for that team to keep a clean update. Thank you for giving us a platform to voice our opinions about our Baltimore Ravens. I appreciate that, Javon. Thank you. He said, “After watching Thursday, I felt like there’s no chance of us making some noise in the playoffs. But then I sat over the weekend and realized it wasn’t all bad.” See, I like you, Javon. That’s why I like cuz you you get it, man. It was not all bad. And if again, you that’s why you can’t just look at the stats and be like, “Oh, man. What a bad game from this guy, from that guy.” If you you got to watch the game now. There was a lot of ugly in the game now, but it wasn’t all bad. Anyway, uh he said, uh likely holds on to the ball going into the end zone. Momentum changes in our favor. Boom. Boom. That’s what we were just talking about. I I agree. He said, “If the ref sees Z never changed the defender’s direction or prevented him from being able to make a play on the ball, momentum changes in our favor.” Boom. Another one. He also said, uh, we are close to being the offensive old. Lamar is getting healthier. The offensive line has been looking better. See, see, my guy Javon is getting it, man. Man, this is like perfect. Anyway, he said, “Uh, my only problem is we should feed Henry and Katon more, which I hope would open up the passing lanes for Lamar as I did last.” Thank you. Thank you. I got you. Jamon, we family. Oh, I know we family cuz we all part of team keep it clean, but we we must be related for sure. Anyway, he said, um, also would like to add defense played a good game. Due to turnovers, which often isn’t a problem, Bengals held the ball a lot longer, which had the the defense on the field almost the entire game. I don’t see that happening the game. My question to you is, do you see things the same? Yes. Yes. And yes. And one thing I got to address because I know I’ve been getting on this defense um after that Bengals game. I was like, man, are are we really fools gold? But one thing I got to think about, they lost Nate Wiggins. They lost Nate Wiggins in the second half. They didn’t have him in the second half. And that’s when everything started to collapse. So is that a coincidence? Hey, we’ll see. Question came from my guy Cameron. He said, “Angra, hope you f are doing well and the rest of Flock Nation on this dark path.” Well, today my question for you engraven is, do you think Tom Mon is ready to get things started or is he talking to Lamar in the offense saying, “Okay, let’s go. was trying to get back on track. And a habit that these Ravens is uh when they’re doing good and have a good record, they think it’s going to be an easy game. But then when the losses start all to pile up and everything is bad, now they want to lock in and win. Uh or losing, there is no easy game. They got to carry a motivational mindset. The whole season there is no break. Uh we need a we need a win because the offense making mistakes. So is the defense. Even though the D is looking a lot better, it’s just those little mistakes on both sides of the ball. I’m tired and I know the flock is too. Sorry for the long message. Oh, no. It’s all good, my friend. Hey, this again, perfect opportunity against the Steelers this week. Perfect opportunity to get the offense right and just really the whole team. Next question came from DC Andy. He said, “I hope you and your family are enjoying the beautiful South Florida weather. Can’t say the same about the weather in the East Coast. It’s all good, my friend.” Uh, but I appreciate you. He said, “When watching Lamar Jackson, his lack of confidence is evident when you start seeing the miss throws he usually doesn’t miss. The occasional helmet slams and his overall body language. This is a human element. If any person loses confidence, their performance declines. I believe the best way for him to overcome this mental hurdle is to have the right people around him. Starting with a coach who brings a different mentality. I know Lamar sees the critics every day and people always bringing out the fact that he has not won a Super Bowl yet. Uh I question the true commitment of John Haw in the front office to winning a Super Bowl with Lamar, especially since Jon already has one ring. The lack of urgency is reflected in the team’s failure to make aggressive moves like bolstering the offensive line or trading for a star defensive game changer like Quinn Williams type player instead of relying on what you call just guys such as Brent Urban and Tav Bryan. Are they comfortable simply being annual contenders who sell tickets because they have a star quarterback? If a goent change is on the table, a philosophy change is also needed and other front office personnel should be next. Now, I do agree with a lot of that stuff that um a a a just a philosophical shift is needed for this team um for them to do better. And I do think that the Ravens owner like Steve Bashad, I think he is comfortable simply being annual contenders who sell tickets because they have a star quarterback. Um it it does seem that way. Uh and and it just seems with the Baltimore Ravens, they make safe moves and they’re like, “Hey, our roster our roster is cool. We our team is good. Let’s hope we can get to the playoffs and if we make some noise, great. But if we just in the figure of things, that’s cool, too. Cuz these fans still showing up to the games. We still making money. That’s how it seems. Uh we would obviously hope that that’s not the case, but that’s what it seems like. Um as far as Lamar Jackson lack of confidence, I don’t know. I don’t think it’s that I I think he he does certainly get frustrated. He certainly gets frustrated. I think with the helmet slamming, uh there’s that running joke that hey, whenever Lamar slams his helmet, then we lose that game, which I think it is true. But um I don’t think that’s a lack of it’s just frustration. He just want things to be right. He want things to to to to keep going. He want the offense to be on point. And if it’s not, he gets frustrated. Who wouldn’t get frustrated? If you got all this this this firepower on offense and you are who you are and you know what you’ve done, you know what this offense have done. You know what this team has done. It anybody would be frustrated if it ain’t going right. A draft strategy is not working. Next question came from my guy Josh. He said, “Hey, engrave. Hope you family is doing well. First time sending a question. Found your channel last year and it’s been cool to see you do your thing for Flock Nation. Praying you continue to blow.” Hey, I appreciate that Josh. Thank you. He said, “But down to the question, what do you think of the Raven strategy of not drafting or using offensive linemen that actually play the guard position?” Oh, they’re making him switcher rules. Nah. Yeah, that see this is why when we had Pat McCari, um, they had him move around, do a little bit of everything. He was like that sixman. It was cool. But I remember, um, I was so happy when they drafted Tyler Lindab because he was somebody through college, through high school that actually played center. We have been doing musical chairs with guys that play guard, play tackle, and they they had them playing center and it was like, “No, man. We need somebody that actually played center.” That’s a thoroughbred of true center and they did that with Linda Flender. So, I was happy. Um, but yeah, they they do do a lot of flip-flopping with these guys. Emory Jones, he played right tackle, they got him playing left guard. Daniel Fle, he played right tackle, they got him playing right guard. They like to do this flip-flop stuff. I forgot what Andrew Voyy’s played in college, but it probably wasn’t left guard, but but I don’t remember for sure, so I can’t say on that one. Anyway, he said um he said uh because from where I’m sitting, it’s not working. It doesn’t make sense that we keep drafting tackles and try to move them to the guard spot. It’s unnatural for these players, and it shows. That’s such a great point that it has not been brought out enough. Thank you for bringing this out, man. Uh he said, “Our offensive line hasn’t been great this year, but at least with Ronnie, Tyler, and Roger, they have been work workable this season because they are playing their natural positions, but where our offensive line is failing the most is with File at Guard, who was drafted as a tackle, and Vorhees at guard who started off his college career at tackle. If we’re going to make this Super Bowl push, EDC needs to let them or let go of this compensatory pick formula and let them bench fire lately and try something different. Got to do whatever we can to keep them all clean and upright. Appreciate the time and just like whoever faces us in the Super Bowl this year. I’m out. Oh yeah, bring that confidence, baby. That’s what I’m talking about. But yeah, that this such a great point and something that needs to be brought out way more. Coaching matters. Next question came from my guy Coach G. He said, “What’s good, man? I got to keep it all the way 1K. I believe the Harball era is over. Not because he isn’t a good guy or even a good coach, but because I don’t think the players have a sense of urgency with him at the helm.” Well, we’ll see. He said, “I think that we need a guy that can hold him all when he’s not playing well and encourage him to fix his body language because he’s the leader. I’m tired of seeing eight throw his helmet and all of that, dog.” Uh, he said, “It’s just getting old seeing that.” Well, that’s the we we don’t see that too often. We don’t we I think it gets highlighted so much because we’re Ravens fans and we notice when Lamar does it. And like we talked about earlier, like that’s that’s really spells the end of that game. If if he throw that helmet, then that game is over. It’s done. But we don’t see that too often. Uh anyway, he said, “I know he’s frustrated and rightfully so.” Oh man, that’s what I was just saying earlier. He said, “I know he’s frustrated and rightfully so.” Um so with that offensive line of questionable play calling, a guy like Brian Flores, I believe, would be a phenomenal head coach with the Baltimore Ravens because a defense would be elite again with him there. And I think he’s just one of them dudes that keeps it 100 at all times. Oh yeah. I mean, you saw Wild Tour was his quarterback. That man, you know that. So anyway, he said um simply put Lamar simply put Lamar needs a relatable head coach that can talk to him differently than than the one that we have currently can. Sometimes you got to do the uncomfortable thing and get some people going. Now I do agree with that. I I think a different coach could get um the most out of Lamar Jackson more consistently and get more out of the team overall. Sometimes you just you need somebody different in your ear that can really just bring the best out of you. Now again last year, remember last year? Last year. Hey, hey, they did it did their thing. But just um consistently, more consistently. Uh and it’s not even just about Lamar’s numbers, but it’s just about the the the team overall. Can some who can bring the best out of this squad? Who can get the best out of both the quarterback, the defense, who can get the best out of everybody? And that sets you up for just success, man. Obviously, more success cuz Ravens have had regular season success. We need to get that. But postseason success, can you go on a run? Can you make some stuff happen? Now, we obviously going to see how the rest of the season shakes itself out, but um if for whatever reason it didn’t go so good, yeah, I wouldn’t mind change there, but I think the Baltimore Ravens, they would. Next question came from my guy Kante. He said, “It’s getting frustrated.” I’m getting frustrated with the Ravens, man, because I have been calling out uh weaknesses. I’ve been saying we need interior presence. How about me saying to draft a quarterback? Wait, about me saying draft another power back. I seen your video talking about the Steel offense and it’s still because yes, we have pieces, but they are too predictable with the personnel we use. If we know every time Tylen is on the field, it’s more than likely a run. Don’t you think that defensive coordinators know that when Ta is on the field, it’s likely a deep shot to him. Uh or how about when Justice is on the field, it’s a screen. And let me not blame everyone else because I don’t. It doesn’t matter how we slice it. Lamar holds the ball too long looking for the deep balls. Yes, the O line is bad, but Lamar has to help. Slants are open because linebackers are playing aggressive to slot. Lamar and Henry, it’s basic knowledge. We just don’t take advantage of the easy things. We’re 10 and seven. 10 and seven is incoming. And if we go 10 and seven, we will win the Super Bowl. But next season, offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator need to go. Don’t worry, offensive coordinator, he’ll be going. Tom Monkey going to be out of there after this season. Uh, but anyway, he said, “Go get Marcus Freeman for for defensive coordinator and Mike McDaniel as offensive coordinator and get Marcus ready to be the head coach when Harball retires in two years.” Uh, we’ll see about that one. He said, “Fly Super Bowl 2026, then scrap the staff. What do you think?” Now, you know, if Ravens win the Super Bowl, they ain’t gonna be scrapping their coaching staff. Like again, we’re talking about it again. I think he’s already gone. I they probably talked about it already like, “Hey, you’re out of here at the end of the season.” Yeah, I’m sure go at the end of the season. You don’t want to talk about me like that. Write articles about. But anyway, um, as far as scrapping the coaches, you now you you know they ain’t going to do that. Curse of passion. Next question came from my guy Joshua. He said, “Hello, Raven team. Keep it clean. I wanted to wait a few days before I put my thoughts to you. The offensive line uh very clearly still looks to be a problem even with Ery Jones out there and you got the Ravens signing a running back instead of pursuing a free agent in regards to the offensive line. There are 27 free agents that could help. 12 of those guys are under 30 years of of age and that’s a concern. You got Lamar Henry looking unsure about the team at a point where Lamar has the choice to move on. I do blame Harball and EDC for failing him by not trying to get personnel based around the weaknesses of the team. You know th those were these were problems with the team but you don’t try to get NFL ready guys. I’m very concerned that Lamar may move on from the team because they haven’t given him a reason to believe that change will come. Wow. You said it perfectly, man. I ain’t even got no rebuttal, no no reply, no response. You said it perfectly. He also said, “Maybe I should have more trust in this team, but that’s earned, not given. And if the QB for this team doesn’t seem to trust the team, that seems bad to me. These last six games are more vital than ever. Now the Ravens have put themselves in a win or die situation that may be more significant than when that fivegame winning streak started. Cincinnati has reason to believe they have a chance. The Steelers are what they are. And from the looks of things, only one AFC North will be able to make it. I don’t know how some Ravens fans remain optimistic in a spot like this, but it’s tough right now.” Oh yeah, it certainly is tough. But like we talked about at the top of this video, we got a lot of reasons to still believe. Anyway, he said, “I don’t know how uh how y’all do it. Maybe Baltimore can prove me wrong. Maybe they won’t.

I really think Brain Heartline should be our next Head Coach
Let’s go 💜🖤🐦⬛
This team will be playing golf soon
Gilman has been solid for us. Hate the hate on him
Hey INGRAVEN NO COACH QB COMBO HAS WON THE SUPER BOWL IF THEY DIDNT WIN IN THE FIRST 5 YEARS TOGETHER. FOOD FOR THOUGHT. It over for us.
Why do these people want to sit Lamar? I will never understand that. Unhealthy Lamar is still 10x better than Snoop…
I think it's because they wait until they come to Playoff time. They don't want the main players to get hurt. When they gonna need them the most in the playoff, they try to finangle their way around the traffic to get to the playoffs, and if they get there, I think they're going to try to explode with nobody watching..
As long as Harbaugh is the HC I have no faith in the ravens winning the rest of their games. Maybe next year.
We must win the next two games to have a modicum of chance to make the playoffs. It’s a must.
I know Monken is battling a bad offensive line, but I've seen OC,s adapt when they lose players and still win . We have said use all the running backs, put them out on the field at the same time . Stop taking Henry off the field after he gets 6 yrds . Then he runs to the sideline when we know he can ware down the opposing team after he gets going. He panics and calls questionable plays . He leaves Lamar in a one dementional situation when he takes Henry and all the backs off the field I just don't get it . His vault is limited. He had a couple seasons were we couldn't be stopped now were predictable again . Yes I know the offensive line is bad ,but it's his job to get creative and put Lamar and the offense in the best situation to succeed. Too many long developing routes for the receivers. I just don't get it . Lastly i wanna know why all these people worried about what. Lamar is doing on the. Sideline.
Great news? That means John harbaugh is fired right?
I would love to see four safety sets Hamilton and Washington played the middle of the field while Gilman and Starks continue to play up top. That would definitely help our middle of the field past defense which is where we tend to give up chunk please
If that looks the best lj been and comfortable lmao we are done
The ravens just signed mark andrews to a three year deal. Keeping him over likely. Unbelievably stupid. I’m done with this clueless ignorant org.
get 77 off & get a good line men
Lamar not gonna leave the ravens we took him when nobody wanted him. Dont forget
Nate Wiggins was an obvious huge loss
They just extended mark andrews we needa positive video bc alot of people are unhappy with this singing except for me best TE in the league shall remain with us
Everything is wrong. They def offbeat, off tempo, in the upside down…
AW IS A TRUE RAVEN FOR THIS MOVE💯🐦⬛
@ingraven he IS THE BEST QB IN THE WORLD
Mark being signed sets my mind on this team as in we ain’t goin anywhere no time soon
Is Lamar allowed to change plays at the line of scrimmage? The best QB's use audibles at the line, maybe I have missed it, but some of the plays Monken calls need to be changed at the line. The offense is horrible when it comes to getting in and out of the huddle. Speed up the offence sometime even two minute in the middle of the game, use Henry or Hill in the screen plays . More variety is necessary because the Ravins are to predictable at this point.
Were counting on Wigg to take care of Ja'marr Chase. You can see what happened.
Harbaugh just looks old. More concerned about the length of his tenure than winning.
He need not forget Henry don't run good unless Lamar loosing the defense up. But Monken problem he run on 1st and 2nd down and pass on third down with two tightend who is to guard on defense. Play walker, Flower, and Bateman at the same time
Do yall think henry leaving?
21:11 See a team can have a weak rushing attack but our O-line so trash we can’t take advantage of that. Bills ran all over the Steelers. You think we will with #77 starting? 🤦🏾♂️
Monken need to get Lamar started the 1st half, stop waiting to the second half to get Lamar going. Use Lamar and Henry in the run, but run Lamar up the middle.
To open up the passing game Henry got to move the stick, one big run don't make run game successful
Fan don't look at that it be 3rd and 14, and the raven is behind 14.
Defense did good against the bengals they held them to 12 pts off field goals. Offense couldn’t score just imagine if offense was scoring
Sucks the vengeance company doesn't ship to Canada
A'darius back great will be interesting because Malaki fitting right end now you go Kyle lerkin round but he may fight with gilman cause I personally think A'darius better js
The Steeler game is a "must" win game! Lose this game, while we won't be out of the playoffs, our chance decreases greatly with no momentum even trying to make the playoffs.
Mark andrews extension babyyy!
0:19 Why do y'all keep saying that? The defense performed their duties; I don’t care if it’s the 2000 Ravens D. If you turn the ball over five times and keep giving any above-average quarterback short fields, they will score. And we all can agree Joe is a top 5 QB when healthy with probably the best WR in the NFL if not one he is 2 some put JJ above him.
