This is one of those weird spots where these teams just played on December 2nd. We saw uh these teams play in New Orleans and the Timberwolves won that game 149 to 142. It was actually pretty competitive and you know the Pelicans did end up covering that spread. And this kind of reminds me of a game this week that just happened. The Rockets and the Jazz played on Sunday. Rockets smoked them in that first game and then the Jazz actually won the next day they played on Monday. They won outright. And this kind of gives me that same feel. I love these back uh backtoback spots where one team wins the first game and then I typically like to take the second team or the team that lost in the first game. I like to take them in the second game and that would be the Pelicans in this one. And look man, the Pelicans not winning many games, don’t get me wrong. This team is three and 19 straight up. They are not a good ball club, don’t get me wrong, but they’ve been covering spreads. They’ve covered three straight games. They’ve covered in seven of their last 10 games. They’re 119 and2 ATS this season. They just played the same Timberwolf team on the road. They lost. Now they’re coming back home catching a big amount of points once again. It’s a system play. I’m going to be on the Pelicans. I know it’s gross. I know it’s ugly, but if you’ve been betting the Pelicans over the last couple weeks, you’ve been making money. And it’s as simple as that.
