You know, I don’t want to get carried away because this is and man, we all need to understand this. This is not a flip this house. This is that’s not how baseball works. This is going to take some time. So, if you’re looking for like these two, you know, a director of baseball operations and a general manager, it’s going to be an add water and stir type of scenario. That’s not what this is going to be. And guess what, Richie? I I don’t need it to be that. Just show me growth. Just show me the new professionalism and culture within the organization.
