Personally I am ready to end the KM experiment even though I know it may be rough until we find a successor. As far as coaching, I am less inclined to move of JG mostly because I don't know there is a clear cut slam dunk candidate out there at least at this point. But I'm open to hearing who everyone thinks would be one of those guys.

Whoever the top coaching prospects are we won’t land one. Bidwill will go with a lesser know name or someone other teams have passed over because it’ll be cheaper.

The cowboys could go to the playoffs based almost entirely on how good their offense is. If Gannon stays another year and as we all basically predict he’ll be fired. Bring back Klayton Adam’s as head coach.

Sean Payton would’ve been great, but Bidwill was too much of a cheap fuck and Payton knew better than to work for such a circus of an organization

Honestly feels like we’re going to need to luck out on a guy with one or two years of success and hope it pans out kinda like siriani or mcvay. Neither had really done all that much and I believe neither one was even a coordinator before getting the main gig. the rest of the staff you can fill out with experience guys like McCarthy, pederson and Daboll as OC for example
Bidwill will never get a top candidate, if we passed on Sean Payton we’ll pass on anybody. We have to be like Jacksonville or Chicago by getting lucky and finding a really good rising assistant.
