How concerned should the Bucks be with Giannis grubbing his social media? Uh, I mean, we all have crash out moments when we want to delete things. Um, I know I do all the time. So, I don’t really pay too much attention to that. I think the real concern is the Bucks just trying to find ways to win. Um, I mean, whatever is going to happen is going to happen at this point. Um, you know, with with the Bucks, I mean, they already shot theirel in the foot when they got rid of Drew Holiday. I feel like that’s what started it. Um then you get rid of uh Griffin when he came and they were winning they were third or second in the East. So uh yeah it’s been I mean you know it’s been coming coming to this point. Um you know dealt with injuries. Kevin Porter Jr.’s been out. He’s just getting back. So it’s just all over the place right now. Um and the team is just not good. You know like I said before Giannis is 90% of the team. 95. So, you know, I think more concern is the Bucks trying to figure out what’s next and their future. Giannis franchise player. Bucks have made some interesting moves these past few years. Fired Benhoer obviously led them to the first championship in 50 years. Brought in Adrien Griffin. He lasted about 40 games. He was replaced with Doc Rivers like you mentioned. Yeah. The Dame trade which it’s so hard to say goodbye to yesterday. No, no, no, no, no. Hey, there’s a lot of [ __ ] going on in your world, man. Then obviously people, you know, you got the internet sleuth. We’re not monitoring Giannis’ social media. They monitor. They don’t care. Late November. The fact that you can go back all the way to them tweets is crazy though. That sucks. But deleting them one by one like like you know how Twitter works. So every you got to go all the way back down to find somebody. Deleting one by one just all my history just just me just I don’t want it. Like Instagram Instagram is you can delete the picture. But Instagram you can archive, right? So you can just hide it from hide it for a little bit. Twitter I believe once it’s gone it’s over. Yeah. You can’t. Sean, what do you think about Giannis deleting the bulk of his Bucks related content, just keeping it championship centric 2024 NBA Cup 2021 championship? Um, I think a lot of uh my worry is him being with that one organization for his whole career. I’ve always liked when players do that, fight it out, you know, figure out how to get with the management and make [ __ ] happen for his benefit and theirs alike. But I mean, at this point, the way the NBA is being formatted and the way it’s functioning, they doing what’s best for business. Everybody’s getting all this money coming in. And if you really look at it, the Bucks ain’t using their money to pro they paid the coaches more than they paid the players. So, you look at the players on that roster, you look at what Giannis has been asking for to get rid of Chris, get rid of Drew. Do you feel like Giannis has been doing I mean I’m not saying he’s doing it but he’s at least known that yeah he’s aware of all of these moves based on just like any other star wanting better talent you know he’s like yo get us some real talent in here to get us back into a competitive mode and that not happening leaves you to like really think do I want to be here with this energy when they they not listening to me type [ __ ] So, I think wherever he do go, it’s going to shake some [ __ ] up and he going to have more pressure wherever he go cuz he going to have to win cuz there’s no reason to lo to leave and not win and just be out there, you know, patting packing the stats and all that type of [ __ ] But I think it’s going to be a sad day for Milwaukee cuz the Bucks stops here. What? Uh, so them getting Dame that wasn’t real talent. I don’t think they I don’t think they wanted home talent. Yeah, I don’t think they wanted that deal. I think that deal had a lot of legs based on Miami not being able to take advantage of that deal. They needed to do something. They got it done. Definitely didn’t look like Dame wanted to be there. Yeah, I think it was the wrong talent. The wrong talent. He needed help. He definitely But I don’t think they should have like just from the beginning, you shouldn’t have traded Drew like you like you said like like we said, you should have never traded Drew from the beginning. Treat Chris Middleton that way, right? guys who helped you win, right? They they were a part of what Giannis helped do. So, you defeat them guys that way. They’re just coming back to roost. You don’t think they had to to get rid of Middleton was hurt? No, he had just came back like he like he played in the playoffs hurt playing on one leg and Yiannis was out that he played well. Yeah. Like he played well in that playoffs when Yiannis like he was the only one out there. He played well and then he got healthy, right? But he had the bilateral ankle surgery. Yeah. But he made it back from that and was playing well in that playoffs and then you do that like and then Drew wasn’t scoring and they figured scoring. He wasn’t scoring when they wanted. He was the same player when they wanted. That ain’t what Drew Holiday is built on. But for you to go out and do that then the damage then it backfired. Then Drew go [ __ ] Boston went into champion. So, it just backfired all around and now this man has been asking like, “Hey, I’m trying to be competitive in the NBA as a team. I’m trying to be competitive as a team. I’m already competitive as a person.” Was it the wrong talent or was it just that they got hurt the wrong talent with with Dame? Him and Graham can’t play together. By heard a lot during contrast style cuz wasn’t they number two? It was number two in the East. So they were winning. Yeah. But when he got I just didn’t I don’t think I think that styles contrast. That’s why he always bring in Miles Turner. Giannis supportive of that move. Still talk about did he know, did he not know that would mean Dave was going to get wave and stretch to be able to accommodate Turner on the roster, but sign Yiannis’s brothers. Now obviously first team with three brothers on the active roster together. So it seems like this team has done a lot to try to accommodate Giannis and what he’s looking for. And there’s another report obviously uh that the Knicks and Bucks were discussing a trade, but I don’t think a lot of people realize that Giannis apparently asked for that trade request for those conversations to go. The Knicks are one option option, but uh according to reports, the Lakers could try to make a move for Giannis if he decides to request OKC. We talked about on the show yesterday, OKC having the ability to make [ __ ] you trades. The problem is they, you know, it’ll be some tough decisions and likely have to break up some of that big three for some of the money. Knicks are already big time. But with Giannis on that squad, you talk about Giannis pairing up with Luca, two of the best Euros in the game right now.
