Oh no…

This is an absolute disaster as things continue to go in the wrong direction for this Boston Bruins team after another loss with multiple things to take away from this game. We also have an update on David Poshnock once again and things continue to get worse on his front. We’re going to be breaking it all down here in this video. Ladies and gentlemen, before we do jump into it, I’m going to keep you up to date with everything Boston Bruins all season long. every single day. You will not want to miss it. So, be sure to hit that sub button and join me here on the channel because we know this Bruins team has it. We need to get healthy. That’s happening very, very soon hopefully and things are going to continue to heat up from here on the trademark. So, we have a lot of stuff that’s coming our way and I want to make sure you’re staying up to date. But, we need to jump straight into this one. I first want to go over the hockey stat card from last night. Touch a bit on last night’s game showing where we are now. a few moves that were made today by the Boston Bruins and also some more moves that are going to likely be coming here probably tomorrow or in a couple days time. But first going into this simply was not a great game. I think that’s a fair way to say it. Once again, the Bruins were able to come back near the end of the game, get a bit of a fight going, but it was too far gone at that point. Now, Andrew Peak didn’t play a great game. You see there of the team defense and team offense being down to negative6. That’s uh quite bad and honestly one of the worst I’ve seen I think ever honestly on this uh on this chart throughout the rest of the roster as well either down in the negatives or a whole lot of nothing. Some good games from Hintel, Morgani and Alex Steves once again really showing that he is on pace to become a fulltime NHLer and he’s doing that at a very good rate. Although him being in for an absence of David Poshock, some big shoes to fill, but he’s still playing as good as he can and I think right now he’s deserved that spot to at least stay here even when post does come back whenever that may be. But you look at the box score as well. I do apologize it is a bit small but you can sort of see it. Alex De’s two goals coming from him. Marat who’s not of another one. two assists from Geeky and you know for me the really the rest of the lineup of course Aspro as well one goal three assists from Hampton Slinttom it was only a handful of players that really had a contribution to this game you go to Andrew Peak being minus four on the night frankly unacceptable and even though you know still filling some big shoes Makavoy out having this defense really be almost scrambled every single game you got to be better and I I mean it’s tough to kind of do it every single game but in a game like this against an Atlantic team where we know this division is not great but it is very very tight and anybody can get into a postseason slot. You got to make sure that you are playing the best against games and teams like this. So even with that, Jeremy Swayman, another game that he uh, you know, started wasn’t great here in this one. Wasn’t all his fault, but it wasn’t on the fault of anybody else entirely either. Having his start be I believe it was his sixth in the last seven or eight games. You’re expecting some sort of slowdown. So Jonas Corposal did come in, shut the game out with the rest of the nine shots that he faced and will likely be in net to start next game. Now, going into it as well, the team did have quite a few shots, but were just simply not tight enough on the defensive side of things. You can only score so much. You know, a team that’s scoring four goals, you should realistically win. And in this case, once again, wasn’t the fact. You kind of even it up against the Red Wings now after getting one win in the most recent before last game, I guess we could say, and dropping last night. Still remaining physical, which I like. But one thing as well, 28 penalty minutes. When is this going to stop? When is this going to stop? It has been an evident issue that this Bruins team is taking way, way, way too many penalties. Now, I know there was misconduct and whatnot, but still, when the Red Wings have six, it should be the same for the Bruins or lower. You know, there should be no need to have a 22minute difference on the penalties. Had this not happened, would the game have been different? Certainly. This is a big issue that needs to be resolved and I know Marco Storm is definitely taking an initiative to stop it. He’s saying all the right things, but this team needs to gain some discipline and I know it’s a frustrating point for them right now. But that doesn’t change the fact that things like this are making them lose more games when your offense is playing pretty damn good. And I mean, you’re seeing Morgan Geeki still be hot. Alex Steves been playing some great hockey as of late. There are things here that you need to change to make sure that you are winning these types of games where it is a one-goal difference, but you’re taking 22 more penalty minutes than your opponents. So, that is something that really does need to be cleaned up. Now, the offense still was getting a bit healthier. Of course, Victor Arbertson back, Middlestat back, Lindholm back, three guys who have missed quite some time here in this season. Alex Steves on the first line, I mean, he’s earned it right now, especially with the absence of David Posnock. But there are some things that I think could be maneuvered around maybe to limit penalty minutes. And I feel like that’s kind of a weird thing to say because why would a line combination really go ahead here and spark penalty minutes, but let’s just say a smaller guy like Frasier Mitten gets hit. And I know this has really not been the fact this year, but you have Tanner Janell, Mark Castle, two very tough guys there on his wings. They’re going to step in. We know that. And we know these two guys don’t mind a fight. So, let’s just say they go up against someone that will not be willing to fight. They get an extra five and the opponent don’t. You know, things like that can change the kind of impact of a game. Like I said, I don’t think that’s majorly an issue. That really hasn’t happened this season. These guys are some of the most disciplined, which is kind of crazy to say at this point right now because this team, I don’t think really anybody is disciplined, but something has to give and whatever it is, they need to figure it out very, very soon. And like I said on the defense as well, the injuries here, things suck. Things definitely suck. You’re looking at the right side right now. Andrew Peak being your first line right defenseman. You know, we saw it last year. Definitely a tough thing to do with Yoki Haru out. Charlie Makavoy out. You have Mason Lory and Aspro both left-handed defenseman on your right side. You have five left-handed shots on your defense. I mean, there’s a lot of guys they can call up and I don’t think that, you know, something is going to change miraculously with a different move, but why not try? Why not try at this point? Asproen playing pretty good. Michael Callahan up hurt now should be fine, but for what we know right now, there are a few guys, one name being Frederick Brunette that is down in the AHL. Certainly could be called up. So curious to see how that does play out on that side of the puck and uh where things go from here because it certainly seems like the Bruins are going to be making a move whatever it may be whether it’s a trade. We’ve seen Kefir Sherwood, we’ve seen Connor Garland be in conversation. Now, whatever it is, I don’t know just yet, and I don’t know if this team knows just just yet what’s going to be happening. But with the sheer amount of injuries and the more this team continues to drop games like this, a move will need to be made if they want to remain competitive. And I know that’s not the full goal here in this season, but being competitive is good because your players learn how to win. They learn how to lose and that translates into a very, very good situation when the team knows how to win well. I think that comes with more wins. So hopefully something is coming soon. But like I said, hasn’t been an easy schedule either. The Rangers, who are a team that should be good, but aren’t. The Red Wings, same kind of goes for them. The Sharks are good. The Ducks are good. Hurricanes are good. The Senators are good. I mean, those are some good teams that you’re losing against, and it’s only really a one to two goal game. Usually, the last two haven’t been great. Multi-goal, apart from, you know, really last night where you did come back and get a fight. But still, these are games that had you not taken penalties, had you been a little bit more competitive, had you been healthy, would have been a major difference. Now, a few moves were made, but I want to know what you think about all of this kind of last few games for this Bruins team here in the comments below. Before we do finish, we finish this video off though. Few moves have been made. Bel Frasier announced this today at 1:30 Newfoundland time. The Bruins have announced that they signed Ford Riley Tuy back to Providence. A move which is going to likely make some more room as well for a few other players to kind of get an opportunity here. And I’d be curious to see if that may be a Fabian Lysel. do recommend going to check out that last video if you haven’t on what the situation is with him. But also one update which has been one that we’ve been repeating on and I I don’t like to cover this once again because it’s revolving David Poshock and it is not a good one and comes down to this. Kevin Paul Dupont put out sounds as if posit not skating today in Brighton here in Detroit. Sturm said his first he first wants to see 88 in some practices or if you skate wants players at 100%. That is correct. We’ve mentioned it here on the channel. Make sure he’s healthy before he does come back. But the first part sounds as if Pashnok will be down for a bit. We knew he wasn’t going to be skating this week, but I just don’t know if dayto-day means something else outside of the English language because we’ve seen it before. We saw it last year dayto day didn’t play after November pos it’s not that extreme at that level but daytoday doesn’t seem like it’s day to day anymore and now we’re at the point where it is week to week because this is what week two of this so far we still have not seen him on the ice was only supposed to miss a game or two but at this point right now we don’t like where we are so let me know what you once again think about a David Poshnog update I promise you I’m not a broken record because things keep on dropping here about him, but it’s not good news. So, let me know what you think about him as well as this team, how their play has been going over the past couple of games here in the comments below. But that is all I have here in this one. If you did enjoy it, give it a like, hit the sub button as well. I’m signing out though. Thank you for watching. Hope you have a great day. See you later.

  1. Regarding Pasta, at the beginning of the season I remember reading somewhere that he had Tendonitis in the knee . Judging by how slow he's been I wouldn't doubt it's a knee.
BTW: Brunet is pronounced 'bru-nay' Not Bru-net. Also the use of the word "suck" means that you need to expand your hockey vocabulary.

  2. Dude, there were 2 ridiculous game misconducts called and 1 if not 2 of the minor penalties were BS. Yes, penalties have been an issue but last night was not the case.
