Truly a thing of beauty

  1. During the Giants game the commentators were waxing about how BIG we spent this offseason and I was kinda worried we’d be in trouble going forward

Nope we’re still top 10 (no.10 exactly) next year lmao

  2. Too bad the FA market for 2026 looks slim. Also lets see if Kraft actually breaks out the checkbook.

Can’t wait to see what we do with all this next offseason

Aside from extending Gonzo and Chaisson, which seem like the two most obvious moves to make

  4. I’m glad they didn’t spend to the cap for older broken parts last offseason like this sub wanted.

  5. They could sign extensions, but otherwise they can’t do much with that. Also look at next season, it drops so much. Could hope for restructuring , but that would be a high hope for Kraft to want spend money

  6. And now veteran free agents are going to want to come here and we won’t have to overpay to get them.

Next year we quite possibly could be better than this year.

  7. We can also restructure a few deals (Williams, Barmore, Diggs) and get even more room

Onwenu is on the books for 25 million in cap, that’ll be a decision as well

  8. Sadly if you look at the cap space for 2026 you see that we are basically at 0 and all the money we have left for 2025 is needed to make any kind of moves in 2026.

Still a pretty good situation for a team that is 11-2 with a superstar QB on his rookie deal.

    Drake Maye

  9. Get ready for the we have to save money for maye articles coming from inside the building. I wonder how the eagles pay for all their talent?

  10. Just because they have space doesn’t mean they’re gonna spend cash. Don’t expect any big signings this year after last year’s free agency.

  11. 3 years from now, we are going shell out every penny for Maye if he tracks like he is currently

  12. That much cap space is ugly to see unless you’re Kraft pocketing the money. How much better would this team have been if they signed Khalil Mack for 1/$23m fully guaranteed? Or a more long term guy in Josh Sweat for 4/$75m and $45m guaranteed? Why do we care about the team saving money? It’s cool to see the efficiency, but that’s just leaving money on the bank that could be used on either high end talent or better depth for your back-to-back 4 win team.

  13. We are so fucking up. Can’t believe at the start of the season I thought we were in a great position with our cap space and our roster was good enough to win like 8 or 9 games and maybe get a wild card spot. Did not expect to be ahead of schedule like this.

  14. This image is of this year’s salary cap which is essentially a meaningless figure.

Pats are 10th in available cap next season.

  15. So they’re showing that if you draft, right and you coach up coachable players, you don’t have to spend all your money.

    Imagine that….

  16. It’s one of those things that will dry up kind of fast when we have to give deals to Gonzo, Boutte etc. Gonzalez is going to be the highest paid DB in football.

  17. They addressed the problem of not having family support with their last “do your job” video
