1. I got a pair last year. They sent an email with the sale and they sold out within minutes (were offered to STH first). I called the fan relations office and asked if they could put me on a waiting list if anyone backed out and didn’t get theirs. Sure enough, a few months later I got a call from fan relations saying they had a pair of seats for me. I had to pay immediately and pick it up a few days later. I don’t live in Cleveland anymore so I had some friends pick it up for me. I suggest calling fan services and asking if any are available.

4. I got a set last year…I got an email and purchased basically immediately (not a STH). They gave two options for pick up dates…you drive up, wait in line, and you load them up. They have a bunch of employees directing and making sure the line keeps moving. They are fairly heavy and awkward so def need a roomy-ish vehicle and would recommend bringing someone to help you lift. (I bought for a Christmas gift for my husband, took a pick up and my dad helped me load them in)
