I see 2 courses of action here. Either go super hard with bears gear, or do whatever you can to make him hate the Packers. Like send an empty wrapped box and leave a note inside “the green bat packers stole your Christmas present”

Before this season and BJ I would have said do not ruin this kids hopes and dreams.
Now, bombard him with all things Bears.
Bear down and raise them up in the ways they should go
Just to be safe, are we sure the kid means American football? lol
Make him say FTP 100 times or Santa won’t bring him any presents for Christmas.
You do have to teach them the good with the bad. But make it about keeping faith and never being a fair weather fan. Good things come to those that wait patiently.
have him watch live feeds of Bears in Brooks Falls. It helps if he picks Bears because their Bears and not a team. The team will just be awesome because they are Bears. As well as Bear popularity with children’s books and shows.

What is funny is how seagulls will swim with the waves in droves around the Bears and the bears are just chillin. They will wait for fish to jump into their mouths. If not, they’ll let an entire swarm of fish pass them because they’d have to reach out and grab them. Nothing like a lineup of 5 Bears, like our O and D lines, and none of them are spending and ounce of energy catching the swarms of fish.
Are you a Cubs fan? He would have the Bears/Cubs dynamic. Cubs have a good logo for kids with an actual bear cub as the logo on the alternates. If not, well, FTP
Bears are Katmai National Park or it is also called Brooks Falls live Bear Cam
