Dallas has never had a prospect like Flagg. He’s routinely the best player on the court on both sides of the floor at the end of games.
He’s been doing it all year only we lost several of the games because of confusion and turnovers. Flagg got us the go ahead bucket or crucial stop, or most of the time he got both but we fumbled ultimately.
We are so used to one way offense juggernauts over the past 25 years in Dallas. Obviously they’re amazing all time great players and produced iconic moments and runs but imagine if Dirk was also a top 10-15 defensive anchor.
Imagine if Luka was also an all defensive candidate. That’s the level of player Flagg can, and likely will, eventually become.
He’s 18 guys. He’s the youngest player in the NBA and he’s already one of the best clutch players in the world.

Dude is an absolute menace at just 18.
Mavs fans, after all the shit you’ve been through, this is something you should be thankful for. You get to cheer for Cooper Flagg.
I wish I can say the same for my team.
Imagine this kid with a couple of seasons of NBA physical training regimen, somehow rounding into a Dirk/Kawhi hybrid.
20 more years of this, please
Luka being an all-defensive menace on top of his offensive juggernaut skill would make him the undisputed best player on the planet and painfully unfair to play against. God gave Luka offense, but balanced it out with little defense.
Now this is what I asked for 👍🙏🤘
I speak for all Mavs fans when I say: We deserve it friends! It was a tough few months, but we were rewarded with Flagg and I hope this time we can build a team around Flagg and not screw it up like Dirk and Luka!
I’m so happy y’all got him man, after the Luka trade y’all deserve him
I’m really invested in Flagg/Dallas as a secondary team now lol
That block sandwiched between two strong offensive scores against a good team was highlight film worthy.
