As injuries and losses continue to pile up, the Bulls are seemingly at a loss for answers.

“We have to figure it out for ourselves. Nobody else is going to do it for us.”

  1. I’ve got all the answers – just waiting for the FO and ownership to give me a call

  2. The long term answer is to sell the team and replace the FO/coaching staff. The short term answer is to trade Vuc, Coby, and anyone not named Giddey/Matas/Noa and fully commit to a rebuild for a high draft pick.

  3. Those of us who have been fans since the 90s know exactly what the answer is. But as long as casuals and BMO Harris sections keep getting filled every night, nothing will change. This team has basically turned into a another tourist attraction to come watch your team curbstomp the Bulls.

  4. My answer has been to watch pretty much any other team instead. It’s so exhausting trying to follow this nonstop shitshow. The players look checked out. I’m fine watching a team try hard and lose, but that’s not what I see when I watch the Bulls. I don’t think there’s an easy answer and I really don’t think this front office is equipped to fix this mess. And I especially don’t think these owners are capable of cleaning house and hiring a front office that can fix it.

  5. As soon as it was obvious the Lonzo, Demar, Zach, and Vuch core wasn’t going to work the front office needed to be fired and a new front office should have been put in place to rebuild.

Instead we resigned the front office, retained Billy, and we’re still trying to compete for a god damn play-in spot with a roster that isn’t capable of winning anything. The Bulls aren’t going in any direction and I wish our fans stopped going to the UC to support them. At least the Blackhawks had the balls to identify they needed to do a complete rebuild. You can at least support their young players.

The Bulls are basically praying to god they win the lottery with terrible odds.

  6. Currently listening to 670 and there’s a report that Giannis and his camp reached out to the Bulls over the summer about putting a deal together and was told “we’re not interested.”

This is coming from Lou Canellis. If this is true, AK & Eversely should be packed up expeditiously. It’s a legit fireable offense.

This current regime is so garbage and it seems like they have no idea what they’re doing. Not even being facetious when I say that, because what even is their plan. Nothing they do makes sense.

  7. Bulls ticket prices cratered this year, with some of the lowest prices in years. They picked up a bit with their early success, but will crater again soon. Most people I know have stopped watching Bulls games as they’ve fallen off TV and the team is thoroughly mediocre.

It’s mind boggling to me that Jerry will pay and show loyalty to a staff that’s tanking his total gate by what, 10-25%? And killing his local media rights.

AND, not even intentionally! Like not even trying to tank on purpose so they can build a championship contender later.

  8. The answer is rich people continuing to own our sports teams obviously. Packers do it right and their shareholders vote in the board.

  9. And I’ll be “searching” for 90s Bulls highlights on Youtube cause I’m over this season already smh

  10. AKM is just a yes man. Nothing will change until ownership changes.

Vote with your wallets and don’t go to the games. That’s a start to showing ownership that change is needed

The team should have been blown up years ago.

  11. “The first half of the 2021-2022 season was so sick tho! Billy and AKME are gonna turn it around soon!”

    – Me almost four years ago

  12. The day the Bulls have a new owner and the organization has competent people at all levels with a love as strong for the city and the franchise as the hatred of defeat, we will have already taken a big step forward. Unfortunately, that’s not going to happen any time soon…

  13. Vuc was checked out last night. At one point he turned the ball over and rather than getting back, kept walking forward to get to his spot on the offensive block. It wasn’t the only time he walked around rather than get back on defense. A lot of his 6 turnovers were just lazy slop. I don’t remember ever seeing him so disinterested.
If that’s what your vet leader looks like on the court, I can only imagine what it’s like in the locker room.

  14. The answer is “the team isn’t very good for all the obvious reasons we’ve all talked about since Jordan retired a second time.”

  15. The answer is standing over there on the sideline with his arms crossed, NOT making any adjustments and basically just collecting a check. How do you last this long as a coach with literally NOTHING to show for it. This team gets the same results, night in – night out, no matter who is on the roster! THAT is a coaching issue! He was mid in OKC, then they let him go and now they are the best team in the league fresh off a championship! WTF are we even doing at this point?! This is an embarrassing display or either sheer incompetence or sheer indifference or a combination of both! Either way its PATHETIC!

  16. We ain’t searching for answers, we’ve known the fucking answer for years, fire everybody and sell the damn team.
