You can see for yourself. Respectfully, I think that 80s & early 90s vibe were great, but it's changed. Some will be triggered!

  1. Personally, I usually don’t hate the team itself, but some of their rowdy & vocal fans do like to proclaim this like Everett mentions. I don’t want to sound like I invalidate that perspective, but we have ours too as to why the Rams are linked to LA. We were here longer than any professional football team from 1946-1994, and then from 2016 to present. We’ve had ups & downs as a franchise who initially only won an NFL title in 1951 here. We didn’t lack stars as evident in Van Brocklin, Bob Waterfield, Elroy “Crazy Legs” Hirsch, Fearsome Foursome (Jones, Olsen, Lundy, and Grier), Gabriel, Everett, Greene, Ferragamo, Anderson, Jack Youngblood, Dickerson, Slater in our original tenure, but we couldn’t win despite being a playoff contender many times. Then, the Raiders wave came with their SB as well as the 49ers dynasty, followed by the Cowboys team. We ended up with a shaky footing once we left for St. Louis.
There were and are fans remaining all years long until the fate came in 2016 when the Rams were and are now Los Angeles Rams again. It’s so damn coincidental in timing that we hired Sean McVay and have seen a uptick in fortune back in Inglewood/Los Angeles. That Super Bowl LVI is so meaningful because it’s the first title in LA for the franchise after 70 years, no less.
It’s a wonderful circle that they won their first Super Bowl in LA, but they are still writing their chapters here as of now. I understand that the team isn’t as entrenched & big as the Lakers and the Dodgers, which I accept as it is. Our fanbase is growing with the young and old! We’re doing our job here in LA again! Thank you for taking your time to read this!

  2. Wait, isn’t he saying that “Raiders own LA” is a silly thing? I’m not sure this is a shot at the Rams.

  3. Nobody under the age of 40 cares about the Raidturds and their awful brand of football during literally the last quarter century.

  4. Raider fans bragging about anything is always hilarious. The Raiders are barely a step above the Jets as a franchise.

  5. Nah that shit just falls under gang culture out here shit with cowboys gear green at the list goes on and on

  6. Sorry but as a Raiders and Rams fan the Raiders fans absolutely fill up SoFi and outnumber Rams and especially Chargers fans even when they suck, Raider Nation is real

  7. It’s weird how we can’t fill our own stadium but when walking around town especially at the Westfield Mall in Topanga where a lot of celebrities go I see people with Rams gear (and some with Charger gear) all over the place but people just endlessly talk how the Niners and Raiders own this city lol. I may have actually seen more Jets fans around there than both 😂

  8. I haven’t met a serious Raiders fan under 30. Shit, my dad is still pretty damn die hard but he knows the team sucks ass. My uncles still root for them but I also watch them cheer if we’re watching Rams games so yeah.
