Wait until the teams draft spot is more decided and potential draft positions of the draft class is a bit more decided.
If they’re drafting top 5 they’ll be getting a good player and that’ll be the guy they get.
They could also have a few other picks in the first round if they get a 1st for razz in the next draft and will have 3 1st round picks in the draft which those later 2 picks might be more important as guys are passed on.
Assume the ownership is investing quite a bit on the scouting department.
