NHL Highlights | Blues vs. Bruins – December 4, 2025
But it’s a bag of mixed emotions. Some great times and some very disappointing times. He said he had 28 people on hand from Winchester where he used to make his home here at the game tonight. Separated from the puck and the Blues will head the other way. Jake Neighbors wheels his way in, fires shrugged it off. The Blues after Montgomery took over went 3518 and seven. And after the four nations tournament scorching the slot, a giveaway and Corposal able to bail out the Bruins as Sudter was denied. By neighbors that Corposal fights off with that left shoulder then the turnover. Zidoro thought he had a play to the middle of the ice that gets taken by Sudter. Point blank and it’s sent around. Castle chopped it ahead. Mitten around a check into the circle. Shoots it to the stop. He flipped it to the corner. Now the net is dislodged in his favor cuz I think he got Tucker to relax a little bit. Kind of lose his angle and Mitten just blows by him. Explosive move through the neutral zone. Real good opportunity coming in off that left wing trying to sneak it short side high. Bington able to and it’s lifted out by Nick Bugstep. Now Joseph cuts in shoot and a good stop by Corposello after he and Broberg came over when they were tendered offer sheets. [Applause] Edmonton chose not to match. Now Asper a dish Lynholm geeky center ste. A beautiful play and finish. Alex Steves his sixth in 13 games. Bruins one, Blues nothing. Free zone play from out of their own zone. Use the middle of the ice. Line change by St. Louis. Cost them. Lynholm gets open at the offensive blue line. He’s aware that Geek is posted up at the blue line and because of the line change, he’s going to have a little room to handle that puck. Mitten wanted to hack it up the wall. It’s poked off his stick. Stays with it. Jano now centered looking for Castellick. Pennington the stop. Hands to Steves. He has the game’s only goal. Just under nine minutes left in the first. D’Vorski takes a look. Took a shoulder from Steves. [Applause] Morgan Geeki snaps one right by Penn Bennington. Bruins two and the Blues nothing. And we’ll reference it. Get pucks behind them and go to work. Establish the for check. Dorski can’t get that pass. Lyn Holmes looking for Geeki. It looked like he going to be picked off. Well, it wasn’t against the Geeki who’s got separation. The coverage is loose. And from that range, he’s deadly. Top shelf short side. Bruin shirt for another minute 20. Giveaway Steve’s left to the net. cuts in, shoots, and Bennington got just enough. So it trickles wide so fast right in and there’s there’s no escape and not a whole lot of protective equipment for the line. Here’s Kyro shoots. Blocked out in front. Chiseled out and Corposal picks it out of the air. A rebound a little bit of traffic. All he can do is kind of just chip at it. So now now we just played our first game against one of the new teams. So that was that was very exciting too and um yeah I’m pretty excited for the future and what’s going to help. How excited are you to get a chance to participate in Italy for Finland? Um I mean it’s it’s it’s amazing experience. Um I’m so excited. Um it’s going to be my fourth hopefully um for Olympics and um it’s in Europe so that’s that’s pretty special for me. My family and my friends are going to come to watch. Aba Buch Davis just able to fire one just inside the left circle and cut the Bruins lead at half there. Yeah, he found that quiet area in that high slot. He’s a good offensive player with good offensive. Drive to the hash marks. Kyro back of the net trying to tuck it in. Corposal holding the post. Bang that out in front. Corposal finally able to cover it up. Well, St. Louis putting pressure on Boss and hanging on to Bucks. And then it’s just getting pucks into that blue paint with bodies and sticks. Looked like Sunquist trying to send it to the back post. Oh, he did. He just kind of tapped it in the direction of Joseph. He couldn’t handle it. Crossed over his stick. Shoots Bennington to Arbitson. He scores his 400th point. A rifle shot by Bennington. Bruins three, Blues one. maybe had an empty net or if he could have got a stick on it. And a nice purposeful shot right here by Mason Laura. Low on the net. Bington’s going to make the save and direct it to the boards. But Arvinson, the veteran savvy right winger, he’s cheating in that direction, hoping the puck finds him. And it does. And he’s ready. He’s going to tee this one off. It’s almost like a one-time with that based on certain skill sets that you have on the players that are available to you. And uh you know if that gives him an advantage in terms of being called up, so be it. Steves out in front. Poke check by Bennington. Carried ahead by Zidorov. He’ll cruise to the center circle. Hammers it into the corner. Kick to the slot. Bennington the save on a drive coming in by Jano. And the Blues ice the puck first when it came around the boards. Little kick for possession. Goes in the wrong direction by St. Louis. Shano just fresh on the ice off the Bruin bench. He’s going to skate right into that. Unfortunately, that puck was a little bit off. In 13 games with the Bruins and Brick, everybody talks about it all the time when you have injuries, it means opportunities for other players. Steves has run with it. Zaka cuts to the middle. Little space. He scores. Saka unleashed a bullet and it goes over the glove and a Bennington and the Bruins extend to a 4-1 lead. You know, I know it’s not an intense for check by St. Louis and there’s not a lot going on on the back check either. It’s plenty of white and blue jerseys back, but they’re reaching. They’re not skating and allow Zaka to take that long distance pass from his own zone and then just cut to the middle. He gets in between four St. Louis Holloway as he was trying to uncorp it went off his blade. Aspero working against Sudtor. Holloway shoots. Corposello the save. The rebound. Corposello lunges and got it with the right shoulder. Here’s Lynholm. Middlestat to the bumper up top. Middlestat now. Lynholm with five. Middlest shoots. Spinning to the save. The rebound. Let’s go. Did they get that in time? Pablo Zaka man just scored a second. Take a look at the overhead when this puck crosses the goal line relative to the clock. Kiki is going to get the rebound of the shot from Middlestad. He’s either looking for Lynholm or Zaka. Not sure who he’s trying to get it to, but it finds Zach with a lot of net. Question is, does he beat the clock? And it looked like he did. And that’s a Bruins Ford Bronco horsepower play. And one more time, puck across the goal line there. And he said to play that way, it’s hard across this type of schedule. That’s a challenge. And a big guy like him, Sterm said it’s even harder. I saw that with Zedeno Char. And those two are working together. Here’s Arvbitson. He’s got one. Zaka shoots just wide. He’s never had a hat-tick in his National Hockey League career. Lynholm shoots short side. Pennington the save. The rebound. Men denied. You just got to love the motion in the offensive zone. And this is Lynholm. Almost lost the puck. Now he’s going to rip one up high. Might have got Pennington in the mask. And then it was Arbertson in a one-on-one battle with Tucker, I believe. See if we get a good angle of it here. That’s a pretty good backhander from by Casamaki and the Bruins have it. Bustadinov has to pull up. As shoots Bennington a glove save out in front of the blue paint. You’re you’re being checked in center ice. Gustadinov right there. Stop on the puck. No flybys. And because he stops on it, he ends up with possession. St. Louis, Winnipeg, and Minnesota. That Minnesota team. Wow, they caught fire. Kyu fires off the leg. Corposal kicked out the right leg. They score. He made an incredible save, but the Blues stayed with it and make it 52 Bruins. Yeah, it looked like a short goal for Holloway coming down that left side. Good point by you. Holloway doesn’t quit on the play. Instead of saying, “Oh man, I can’t believe I didn’t score.” He gets that puck right back out to the front of the net. feeds the late option in Lynholm. Zaka ripped over the line. Geeki to the dodge. Set it out in front. Bennington couldn’t control it. Kyru shot is blocked. Two seconds left. The Bruins win. The Corposal will celebrate a win for the first time since November 6th. [Music]
Joonas Korpisalo made 37 saves on the night, Pavel Zacha added two goals to his season tally, and the Boston Bruins cruised to a 5-2 win over the St. Louis Blues.

Go Bruins!
Nice game boys. That first goal was sweet. Good chemistry.
Nice to see Korpisalo not let the first shot in.
That last goal kind of sucked.

FU-K this….When are we going to wake up and realize that our GOALIE IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It may not be his fault this time but it is his fault enough times that it doesn’t matter. it’s his fault now. Send him down for conditioning and if we loose him great
Good per by the Bruins! Binnington by getting 5 was the best Blues on the ice. That says all about the qualities the Bruins showed us tonight!
1970 NHL Stanley Cup Final rematch
2019 NHL Stanley Cup Final rematch
Very happy the Bs won. I have to say, though, on Pavel Zacha’s first goal the Blues displayed the standard NHL 2.0 traffic cone defense. This is becoming way too common in this league. The puck carrier, on a solo mission, just skates through 3-4 defenders, and nobody even gets a shoulder on him…or even gives him a dirty look.
