Earlier this week, Brian Windhorst went on ESPN Cleveland and said Giannis “Asked for a trade already.” Yesterday, he went on air off of ESPN and said “Giannis has not gone up and said ‘I want to be traded’”

  1. “It’s a simple yes or no question”

No it’s not, because even if he says no, NBA media will still find a way to create a media circus around it.

They will switch the narrative to “is Giannis serious about winning if he wants to remain in Milwaukee”

I can’t even watch sports reporting anymore, nothing but idiot level on-court takes and manufactured off-court drama.

  2. I think that everybody freaked out about something that, uh, maybe isn’t *nothing*, but is far from *everything*

We wanted Giannis to say “that’s a lie!” like KD did right before he left OKC, but Shams has been saying this stuff for about 6 years and Giannis has consistently been like “I’m constantly talking with the Bucks about our future and I’m never going to ask out and I don’t talk to Shams in any way”

Until Giannis is traded, I’m inclined to believe his personal messaging and the messaging of the guys around him – like Doc and KPJ, who have denied the report

  3. I hate that I actually took them seriously this time after dismissing it so heavily in September and in every other instance.

Maybe it was just the disappointment of the Wizards game that made me believe he wanted out, but I should’ve known better when it comes to ESPN and Giannis.

  4. Giannis has not been honest about what he wants that’s the reason for the misreporting

Deep down he wants out but want the Bucks to be the one to make that decision

  5. You have never talked to Giannis, all the people that do talk to Giannis say he’s not thinking about leaving, yet you choose to believe he wants to leave.

Turn off ESPN, stop watching daily sport podcasts, the media is rotting you guys’ brains.
