Why does Stafford have four stars on his captain patch and Goff only has three?
Closer than I expected honestly
This is perfect. To me, it’s about that one extra win for Stafford and that one extra loss for Goff.
Superbowl wins?
Goff needed to go. I like the guy, and I’m happy for the success he’s had with the Lions. But it just wasn’t working out here, whether it was his fault or not.
Goff in LA actually reminds me a lot of Romo. A lot of talent, but just couldn’t come through when it mattered most.
I wonder how many fumbles each of them have, I swear Goff fumbled as much as he threw interceptions.
I hope we don’t boo the goofy boy when he comes back. He helped revive this organization, he just couldn’t get us the chip
It’s insane that JG had more passing yards up to this point than Stafford does. I can’t believe how closely comparable these two are, but clearly Stafford has just shown up more when it mattered. Still love Goff, but happy we got Stafford now.
I’m not sour at Goff at all, the 2017-2018 seasons were great times. Two great QB’s we’ve had.
Super Bowl Championships:
Stafford 1 (2?)
Goff 0
One has a clear floor as a qb though and that’s the talent around him. He will never rise above or beyond his teammatesÂ
The advance numbers probably favor Goff but Matt is obviously better

69 games, Nice!
Need to add SBs and “Shitting the bed in key games” to accurately compare.
(I jest. I love Goff really).
Wow actually
my initial takeaway from this is how disgusting the bone and yellow colorway looks. good lord that’s abysmal

Those records being so close surprised me for a second until I remembered the Super Bowl Hangover season ðŸ˜
Goff rallied the Rams to the SB v Patriots, which we could have won with a fully healthy team.
Super Bowl:
Stafford 1-0
Goff 0-1
Oh this cherry-picked graphic again.
Now do fumbles.
Edit: 42 for Goff 🥴, 22 for Stafford
The main difference, one started as a rookie and the other had been through hell and back with the lions.
Frankly, given how close they are, Goff did pretty well by comparison.
I fear the years post Goff and Staff. I’m not ready to go back to the Austin Davis hype train days.
I wish we could see Opponents win percentage.
Feel like that is one of the most important stat comparing qb stats. Rams rarely have easy opponents.
