The Rams Just Got WILD News | Los Angeles Rams
What’s up, guys? The Rams just got wild, wild wild news. You’re going to love what you’re about to hear. Hit subscribe if you’re looking for Rams news updates, fresh takes, all things Rams. Hit subscribe for all of that stuff. I got a question for you guys that really does fit with the news, the wild news I’m about to share. Plus, later in the video, uh, I’ve got a setup for you that I think is going to make you feel really good as well. So, uh, stick around for all of that. But, let’s start with the question, uh, that I think you’re going to find really interesting. I don’t know why I put Puka Nukua on this picture because it’s probably not a player that most of you guys knew of. When you first became a fan, that’s my question. When did you first become a fan of the Rams? And there’s no wrong answer. No hate for late bloomers, okay? Uh, you know, I’m not a Rams fan as you guys know, but my dad, my late father, he was a diehard Rams fan. My childhood memories include watching uh the Rams with my dad because my dad was a diehard and he watched a lot of games and some of my best memories as a kid uh were with my dad um playing hockey and uh surfing and we watched football together. I loved watching football with my dad. He was a high school football player um and he was he was a big fan of a guy named Curt Warner as you know. And the reason I ask you this question of like when you became a fan because there’s something that connects this team with Puka to that team back in those days when uh I was uh just a young buck watching the Rams with my dad. Um and it’s this historic pattern that’s taking place which I think is incredibly fascinating. The Rams made the Super Bowl the last three times this happened. Here’s what happened. Um and I don’t know why the text is so gray. Apologies. The Los Angeles Rams are 9-2. The 10th time in franchise history that the team has won at least nine games through their first 11 contests of a season. The last three times that happened, the Rams reached the Super Bowl. This is from Kenneth Arthur, by the way. Uh so we’ll keep we’ll keep going through this article. There’s a couple little pieces here. I encourage you to check out the full article. Uh I I’m only just showing you portions of it uh because he did a good job on it. But the Rams started 10-1 in 2018. Then they reached the Super Bowl. The Rams started 9-2 in 2001 and reached the Super Bowl. The Rams also started 9-2 in 99 and won the Super Bowl. This year, the Rams are currently 9-2 and they’re about to be 10-2 uh very, very soon as they beat the Panthers, I believe. That’s uh that’s where I’d put my money if I were betting, I suppose. The last time the Rams started at least 9-2 and didn’t reach the Super Bowl, 1978. That’s a stat that goes far enough back that you kind of don’t really care anymore, if you get what I’m saying. like you’re not pulling stats from 1978 and saying that’s indicative of present events, right? So, you know, they’re just trends. They’re just trends, but it is what it is. Like the NFC right now looks very, very beatable. If the Rams merely beat the teams they have left on their schedule who currently have a losing record, so that would be the Panthers, the Falcons, and the Cardinals and the Cardinals again, they will finish with at least 13 wins if they only win those games. And any other team in the NFC would need to win at least five of the last six games, excuse me, to reach 13 wins. So, the NFC is is uh wide open for the Rams right now. Any other team in the NFC would need at least five wins from their last six games to reach 13, including the 49ers, who only have five games remaining yet because they haven’t had a buy yet. Crazy. So, when I say it’s an open door, who are these teams that I’m talking about? The Eagles, the Bears, the Bucks, the Seahawks, the Packers, the 49ers, the Lions, the Panthers, and the Cowboys are the only teams that really have a legitimate shot to do anything in the playoffs this season. Eagles give up 24 unanswered points to the Cowboys on Sunday. I don’t know if you guys saw that game. Unbelievable. and of course make me look like a fool when I’m texting my brother-in-law who told me the Cowboys have the best offense in in the NFC. And and I was scoffing him as I’m like, “Yeah, look at this team.” And they’re down 21 to zero at half. And then they did show something special against the Eagles, I suppose. Um still hate the Cowboys. Never never can respect that team, but you know, I still don’t think they’re the best offense in the NFC either. And there’s a lot of teams I’d put ahead of them, but but the Eagles give up a 21-point lead and they give up 24 unanswered in the second half. So, there’s a team that uh I would call that beatable. If that’s beatable, that’s beatable. Bears defense isn’t stopping this offense. There’s no way the Bears defense can stop the LA Rams right now. the Bucks are falling off a cliff and you just help ensure that they just keep falling like like they were kind of oh maybe we can claw our way back up this cliff and you’re like no they’re gone the Seahawks you just beat them and Darnold Sam Darnold likes to throw balls to players who wear blue if you know what I’m saying right I I just you know you cannot expect the Seahawks team uh very similar to what Sam Darnold did last year uh when when it got real with the Minnesota Vikings and all of a sudden that’s what’s going to happen again for the Seahawks when they inevitably I do believe they will make the playoffs. But I do not believe they will do anything meaningful. I think you get the point. Every team in the NFC outside of the Rams right now look very very beatable. No one’s easy. It’s the NFL. Everything’s hard. But my goodness, this is a great setup for the LA Rams. So you should be hyped on that uh as you guys are preparing for a game against the Carolina Panthers. Hope you found this information useful, helpful, uh, uplifting, optimistic. It should be all of those things for you Rams fans out there. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. As always, tell me when you first became a Rams fan, like what that moment, what that time was. And and no hate in the comments for people who became Rams fan during the last Super Bowl run or even more recent than that. Everybody’s welcome to be a fan of whatever team they want. That’s my personal opinion. All right, let me know what you guys think. Appreciate you guys. Hope you have a fantastic rest of your Wednesday evening. Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, by the way.

I became a Rams fan after the Stafford/Goff trade. I've been a hard core Stafford fan all the way thru his Detroit days. I'm still a Lions fan, but I wanna see Mathew get his due accolades.

Merlin Olsen, Rosie Greer, Deacon Jones, and Lamar Lundy. I'm going to go to the Rams versus Cardinals game right now in Arizona is still stay true to my team. I'll be sitting at the 50-yard line in club seating with all the drinks and food for free. It's a dream come true.
And I forgot to tell you I'm 60 right now.
1973, when I was 14 years old. I was spoiled with the Rams having a winning record every year from 1973 to 1980.
I’ve been a Rams fan since 1999, which is 26 years now. It was the first Super Bowl that I witnessed. At the age of nine, watching Marshall Faulk was an experience like no other.
The only wild news for the Rams is that they just lost to the fkn panthers 💩
