Do you think we keep one of them? As much as I love Allegier I’d be surprised if he stays, and Kyle Pitts just hasn’t really worked out as intended unfortunately.

If we don’t keep any where do you think they will land once free agency hits?
I think Tyler Allegier could maybe go to the Chiefs and Kyle Pitts maybe to the Commanders.

What do you guys think of this or any other offseason decisions, like Kaden Ellis?

  2. Allegier is a RB1/2 material. We should get him traded for a 2+3rd round pick.

    Pitts will go for free to a a random team and have a mid tier career.

  3. I’d love id they resigned Algiers but he’s going to command more on another team RB1.

  6. We should keep Pitts. No one else out there that’s some big upgrade. And he’s still young, and Penix likes him.

  7. I would keep Allgeier over Pitts personally.

    Pitts gets a comp pick. Allgeier doesn’t. Their Franchise Tag cost is basically the same. And I think there is a market to trade Allgeier.

    I think the thing to do is focus on the future. Franchise and trade Allgeier, let Pitts go for comps, and let’s work on rebuilding the team. Extend London, Extend Bijan, and hope Penix can stay healthy.

  8. Only way Pitts stays is like a 1 year cheap prove it deal if they don’t feel they have other options.

  9. I actually would keep Pitts.  He was sure handed last week,  y’all acting like he been out there dropping ish all season. He’s got 3 drops all season in a few weeks, and two were definitely him running before he caught the ball.  

    Tyler gonna be gone. Some team gonna offer him all lot more because he has the 1k season. 

  10. Spending money on a backup RB when you have a top flight RB is never a good move. Love him but he’s likely gone.

  11. If Allgeier would take a two year contract(or front loaded three year) maybe there’s a path to keep him.

    I would bring Pitts back at FMV. He’s a bust based on where he was drafted, but he’s not the worst TE in the league and we’re unlikely to replace his production in the draft and I’d prefer to spend our limited draft capital elsewhere.

  12. Pitts shouldn’t get a new deal, unless it’s an extension of the current (which is not gonna happen). He’s a disappointment and needs a fresh start on a new team.

    Tyler is a starter on MOST other NFL teams, but the Falcons refuse (or don’t know how) to effectively use him as a “Thunder/Lightening” or “Sonic/Knuckles” type run game. An overuse of Bijan is going to lead to predictability and possibly, injury. The lack of touches this guy gets is a disgrace.

    Tyler deserves better – helluva guy and helluva talent. Pitts has checked out mentally.

  13. No need to pay Tyler are offense still sucks with him and we have a Rb, with Pitts only way he’ll come back is with a tag cause he would be a dummy resigning with us knowing we not gone have a Qb when the season starts and most likely the same coaching staff

  14. Have to let them go. We are not in a position where we are good enough to pay RB2 and Pitts needs to go. No way we let him continue to deceive us that he is a weapon. If he thrives somewhere else I can live with it, I can’t live with paying him and watching this show continue.

  15. We need a punisher like Allegier to spell Bijan, not necessarily Allegier himself. And I’d get rid of Pitts if he was a server at a restaurant I owned before he dropped hot food on some nice lady.
