Giannis’ dream is dead guys. Turns out it was just made out of thin air just to pressure the Bucks, just like every Giannis reports are for the last few years. Time to stop dreaming.

  9. I don’t think Giannis will ever be the first to demand or ask for a trade publicly. It seems important to his image. That being said, warriors I don’t think can put together a good enough package for him. So we were never in it unless Giannis wanted to be a warrior.

  10. Honestly the best move the franchise should make right now is to trade him regardless of his desires. There will never be a better value for him than there is now as he starts getting older. The roster is a dumpster comparatively to the one that won the championship and they have no draft capital to either develop or trade for another high caliber piece. They should be eying that Atlanta pick from the Pelicans and hope it lands top 3 and get some of their other picks back with multiple team deal. The haul they could get from this one trade could jump start the franchise in a quick rebuild. They have no chance with their current roster and little ability to improve.

  12. I mean, getting Giannis is a pipe dream if we’re being honest. The pieces we have to trade don’t have the same value as what other teams can offer. And, the situation we can provide him is not as good as some of the other potential landing locations. So, we have a combination of potentially not having enough to even get him, and he might not even want to come here over other options he has.

    Maybe, if some of the young guys start really popping and doing a complete 180 from what they’ve been playing like so far, maybe we have a shot. But as of right now, in my opinion, it’s better to look at players like Myles Turner that can contribute at a high level but are not all stars.

  13. Giannis has been on his bullshit for several years now. I don’t believe this bs coming from Haynes aka mouthpiece. 

    He has more diva tendencies than fans want to admit. 

    As far as the “dream” of coming to the Warriors is/was exactly that, a dream. 

    At this stage, give me Jimmy + Curry + Draymond and trade JK/Podz/picks for ancillary pieces. 

  14. It wasn’t a dream. It was a fantasy like Santa Claus. We probably had the 10th best package to offer the Bucks. 

  16. Regardless of if giannis gets traded or not, he isn’t coming to the warriors. We simply don’t have a good enough package to match other teams

  28. We are not getting him, but he’s definitely leaving. The Bucks don’t have enough fire power to compete and he doesn’t want to waste anymore time on a non-contender. The only thing holding him back is optics at the moment.

    If anything. Windhorst needs to get under scrutiny as either he’s making this stuff up. Or his sources are baiting him to put these false claims out there to ruin his credibility

  34. Even if it was real, no superstar would play for a dumbass.like Kerr. I’m half convinced he is gambling tje games away. Like how do you lose a game witj %98 Win probability, 10 seconds left up 1 with posession? Why finish the defensive posession with 4 guards?

  35. I’m a big Giannis fan and I stand by the fact that he’s an attention whore at times. It’s been years of this at this point. He’s leaving at some point, but everyone should stop holding their breath and reporting on it until a deal is done
